I run down some general sports news talking about the XFL folding then get into my top 5 favorite vintage uniforms of all time. The show wraps up with a big interview with Old Dominion men's basketball player Loren Brill as we discuss what his journey has been like in basketball and what his new found role has been at ODU.
Episode 2 involves talk about some of the top college basketball transfers and what kind of impact they'll have on their new teams. Flashback Friday is the segment for the day which features a look back at Cal Ripken Jr.'s historic season in the summer of 1995.
Episode 1 includes NFL draft talk with highlighting a few of the top picks and who they could potentially select. Later on the subject of one and done basketball players comes up and the discussion of which players that have been successful through this process and which ones that haven't been as successful.
