Everybody has a story. Mine involved a pitch black endless tunnel. The exit was bright and clear full of dreams come true. The tool needed to get through was a flashlight. This collection is that flashlight to conquer the inevitable tunnel we all have to walk through at some point in our lives.
Many times we question things in our life that mold our present and future. However, we lack resources, options, and knowledge in how to conquer them. That answer lies in identifying fear which is what really prevents good things in our lives. Don't lead your life with your fear foot but rather with your courage foot.
Exercise 1: Is coming to realizations that Your opinion alone is all that you need for validation in maintaining Confidence & Self-Worth.
Took a break to find clarity, purpose, and back in action to share more that I've learnt as a person and bringing more to TreBeChic's Beautiful Table!
