World Mental Health Day was on the 10th October 2019. In our latest podcast Alan Gibson asks Heather Jamieson and Andrew Neill to explain what we mean by "mental health", the impact this can have on individuals and why employers should support positive mental health in the workplace. Recorded in front of a live audience.
Neurodiversity refers to the different ways the brain can work and interpret information. It highlights that people naturally think about things differently. We have different interests and motivations, and are naturally better at some things and poorer at others.
