What can you learn from someone in the trucking industry? Way more than you might imagine! One of the first companies I turned around from failing to profitability was in the trucking industry. I learned so much: how to succeed in a low-margin industry, the importance of people, culture, and clients, and last but not least - that nearly everything in life in the US comes courtesy of the American truck driver. (Thank you!)
Now, I’d like to share some other industry learnings with you. I’ve known my guest, Matt Beach since I was in the 7th grade. He’s been in the trucking industry all of his life, first in his family’s business, then recruiting more than 3,000 drivers per year for a large trucking company in the Southeast.
