Sure, education needs to change. But, before that, students need to realize that they can be solely responsible for their own education. Today, we have the resources to learn almost ANY skill that we want. The question is: Are you going to keep blaming the system for not teaching you the things you really needed, or are you going to take responsibility for your own education?
There are a few things you need to know from this episode: (1) Sleep is an essential, but often overlooked portion of everyone's health. (2) Narcolepsy, just like many other diseases, does not have a cure - but there is available treatment and help. (3) The simple fact that you are taking the time to listen and learn about this already makes a difference.

Perhaps you never thought about it, but it's super hard to grab someone's attention on social media.
During presentations, however, you have FULL control over an entire room filled with people. Use those chances to make sure you become the best speaker you can be. Being a good communicator can be a game-changer, but you're never going to be good at it without practicing and making (a ton of) mistakes!
As for schools, make sure you don't treat presentations as another "requirement" for students. Instead, give them good feedback that will actually make them better speakers. A good or a bad grade is irrelevant if there is no growth with it.
