Our true potential can only be achieved by the work we put in. Nowadays, we see the finished product on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other social media platforms but we don't see the body of work that was put in. Everyone that is great only achieved it through relentless hours of hard work, dedication, discipline, and self-motivation that we don't visually see on social media.

It is important to remember the historical oppression of people because that is the only way we can identify the barriers minorities face today. We can only strive to be more equal by remembering the historical junctures that led to inequality in the first place.

After the Notre Dame Cathedral fire there was a lot of controversy around the billion dollars raised to repair the damage done. People wondered how fast world issues can be fixed if the wealthy donated to causes such as homelessness, poverty, famine, food/water security and etc.
How many more mass shootings are we going to see around the world until we start to do something serious about it ?
What are the causes of violence within communities of Chicago, Los Angeles, and Miami? Why don't governments make this a top priority when it is here at home? It could easily be fixed with financial and educational support.
