As you desire more of and open up to Jesus, He meets you, opens your eyes and restores you. He restores your soul by revealing to you exactly what you need to move you out of your lukewarmness. You will find that your desire for Jesus intensifies the more that you receive from Him.
God is after someone who will move toward Him. Let go of your lukewarmness, get up, and open the door to Jesus. If you respond to Him, then you will find that the fellowship you experience with Him is a beautiful, sweet communion, more than anything you could ever have imagined.
The Lord is calling individuals by knocking on their heart’s door. His desire is that each one responds to Him by opening to Him. If you will sup with Him, then He will sup with you. It is a two-way street, for He will take what you have to offer Him and turn it around and give you the sweet fellowship of communion.
If you would turn toward God, giving Him just a few more minutes, you could get a greater glimpse of just who He is. And in that time, He can do something in you, to you and through you that will change your life.
The Lord is waiting for you to turn toward His call and draw nearer to Him. If you take that step toward Him, then He will move in His power and speak to you. Get ready, for He may have a mighty plan for you.
The Lord will allure you into the wilderness to reduce you. He will boil down everything in your life and make your only desire Jesus. Our priority needs to be adjusted so that we may behold the beauty of the Lord, then what we ask for will be right. Spiritual priority leads to spiritual perception, which leads to spiritual petitions.
Throughout the Scriptures we see that the Lord has established divine order. When we try to interrupt that order, we run into disaster. Keep the divine arrangements and you will find strength, peace and growth in Him.
All things are possible with Him. The Lord has something for us to experience like never before, if we will just wait on Him and let Him lead us with a word, our time will not be wasted. We will receive the promise He has given us in His time, and through it all, He will lead us to the next level that He has prepared.
If you are obedient to the word that the Lord has given you, then you will be able to say: At Thy word - I will survive, at Thy word - I can see, at Thy word - I am sustained, at Thy word - I and others are spared. For when we have obeyed His word, the Lord fights for us and He will act on our behalf in a supernatural way.
The Word of God is power, it has life. Each of us need a word from God - a word, that we can count on for it will never pass away. In this changing world in which we live, we find that God’s Word is unchanging and through His word, He will move in a mighty way within our lives.
Those problems that can cause fear in your life are also those things that the Lord uses to remind you that He is with you, standing there ready to strengthen you. He did not redeem you so that you would be lost, but He redeemed you to be His own. With Him you will make it through.
Jesus Christ, our Redeemer always has our best interest in mind. He will always take care of His own, so fear not!
Our Savior is our Redeemer and because He purchased our redemption, we have no reason to fear. Christian look up, don’t worry, because He will honor His word and keep you.
Throughout the entire Bible we are told to “fear not.” If you are a child of the King, then He rules you as your Lord and Savior and you have no need to fear what man can do unto you.
Christian, does Christ dwell in your “house” or life by faith? When He does, then it will require you to do something. You will have to admit that because of Him, other things can no longer be there. More of Jesus will mean less of everything else.
Faith allows Christ to dwell in your heart. For when He is Lord of your life, He will help you live a balanced life, a life of obedience for Him. You will then experience a life of sweet communion with Him.

Does your walk match your talk? Do they weigh the same or are they equal? Does your life match the Gospel of Jesus Christ? Christian if you want to be counted worthy, then saturate yourself in the will of God. When the circumstances of life hit you, His strength and power will be what comes out of you.
If you have a burning, a hunger and a thirst for the Word of God, the Lord will perceive the motive of your heart and reveal Himself to you, giving you the Word that you need. But be ready, for He may also give you a miracle, and in doing so, shake the lives of those around you who need to know Him.
Jesus considers the motive of my heart and reveals the amount of truth that I am able to handle at that moment. If the motive of my heart is right, then He will work and place a burden on my heart that is eternity focused and press me to do a work that He has prepared for me.
Jesus wants to reveal truths to us, but He knows our every weakness. He also knows just how much we can handle, and little by little He will reveal more truth which will influence our growth and development in Him.
As a Christian you need to be “being” filled with the Holy Spirit. This is a continuous filling as the Holy Spirit brings an added dimension to your life. He will affect the way you behave and respond to the circumstances around you. Christian, seek Him, draw near to Him, and watch Him move and work a change in you, for His glory.
If you are filled with the knowledge of the will of God and the Holy Spirit your walk and talk with be affected. What comes out of you will reflect what you have been feeding on, and in so doing you will be an influence on the lives of those around you.
Are you a wise walker? Your walk influences the lives of others, so it is important to walk a balanced life in the wisdom of the Jesus Christ
How should the Christian live? Find out how Jesus walked, ask Him to help you to walk in love and light just as He did. When you do, others will see Jesus in you and want Him too.
As a born-again Christian, you have been blessed beyond all measure in Christ, therefore you should walk worthy of your calling.
A wise man will be discontent until he finds truth, Jesus Christ, and then he will fall down and worship only Him. When the wise man rises from worship, he then will be willing to give his all to Jesus Christ his Lord allowing his Savior to lead and guide his every step.
A wise man will keep Jesus as the center focus of his life without fear of what will happen in the presence of those who are offended or angered at His name. For Jesus will demand a change in the lives of those who are not in step with Him, but it is that name of Jesus that can also heal, change, and set the bound free.
A wise man sticks to the truth he has been taught long ago and puts it into practice today; for his own personal experience with the King will make him settle for nothing less than what is to be preeminent in His life – Jesus Christ the Son of God.
Before the Lord will bless you, He works a change in your life that prepares or transforms your character so that God can be the ruler of your life. Focus on Him and who He is, and you will find that in the presence of the Lord, you will be changed and be blessed.
God will confront you with who you truly are and the sins in your life that you are hanging onto. Christian, come clean with God, surrender to Him and you will be refreshed. He then will be able to give you the blessing that he has planned just for you.
Jesus will work in you, altering you, touching and changing you, so that you will not have any self-confidence. Instead, focus on Him and His grace, for He is the one that will get you through and in the end bless you. Hang-on, don’t give up, let Him continue His work in you.
Before the Lord can bless you, He may require a change in your heart. The Lord will move and work in you, isolating you from others in order to develop within you character that grows you to be more Christ-like. In that place you will learn to depend on Him.
You went into the wilderness in your own power, but as the Lord Jesus works on you there, He strips away the worthless things on which you have leaned, so that He can create an instrument for His purpose. You find that as you leave the wilderness you come out leaning on the Lord’s breast strengthened by the heartbeat of your Master.
Sometimes, the Lord leads you into the wilderness so that He can do a new thing in your life. He wants to bring a fresh encounter with Him, filling you with His Holy Spirit. Don’t question Him, but just begin to worship and He will give you a song in that time. As you come out of the wilderness your attitude is changed and you are filled with His power for you will find that He was there with you the entire time.
We as children of God should be “becoming” more and more like Jesus Christ. Our love for Him will show as we imitate Him with our lives.
The wilderness times of life are difficult, but in them, God has a plan. He is working on you, sanctifying you, by separating you from the world and speaking to you so that you will come out of the wilderness more like Him.
When Jesus is the One leading you, and you follow in obedience, then you are able to go through any experience or wilderness that He brings you to. He will give you a word from His Word that will strength and empower you to face the difficulties there. For He is there with you guiding and teaching you so that you can come out the other side more like Him.
When I see Jesus for who He is, then the impurities of my own heart are brought to light and I can see the divisions in my own heart. One glimpse of Him will give me a greater vision of who God is and He will change me to be more like Him.
We must decide to get alone with God, enter into the tower and spend time with Him. For in that place God will meet us, give us a word and fill us with joy that will be the strength we need no matter the circumstances we face.
Sometimes there is a disappointment to our faith. We must decide to back away from the problem and get into our Tower, Jesus Christ, and there in His presence He will speak to us. He then becomes the sustaining power that will give fullness of joy in the midst of the difficult situation. The Lord does this to develop us as He also delivers us.
Have you ever been disappointed that God has not answered your prayer? Have you ever wondered why the righteous suffer at the hands of the wicked? Or maybe you have questioned if God really cares for you? You are not alone, many have suffered from these same disappointments. Within the Bible we find the honest truth of the weakness of our own hearts. God wants you to be honest with Him. He will be a tower of refuge for you, for He has an answer for you.
When we compromise, we never influence others for Christ. In fact, our compromise will cost us and affect those we love. We must get back to living for Jesus, now. Make Him the treasure of your heart, and you will safely arrive where God has called you.
Christian, be sure that you are not leaning toward the world allowing it to draw you in and, in doing so, spiraling down into a compromised lifestyle. How you decide to live will influence those around you, leading them towards the Lord or possibly pushing them away from Him. Your influence is great! Don’t compromise, keep the Lord ever before you.
When we take the initiative for our own lives and don’t look to the Lord for His leading and guidance, we then will go in the wrong direction and our choices will negatively influence the lives of others. Let God take initiative for your life. Keep your focus on Him and you will never regret it.
The balance of Truth in the Christian’s focus is so important to the health of their spiritual life. Sometimes it is easy to get distracted and focused on just part of the truth. By opening the Word and allowing Holy Spirit to speak to us through all of the scripture, we will see our error and He will bring pois, balance, harmony, and stability to our Christian walk.
Sometimes, we try to escape the happenings in life because we have read and clung to only part of the truths of the Bible. We find ourselves depressed because what we expect is not what is happening around us. Both sides of the truth are important, for it is liberating and brings stability to the Christian’s life.
Truth is always balanced, but we as Christians must consciously work at keeping truth balanced in our lives. It is so easy to get our focus on one part of truth and ignore or not see all of the truth that is being given to us in the scriptures. We will then be out of line, out of unity or you could say off balanced. Christian, open the Bible, feed yourself on both sides of Truth and live a balanced life.
If you are in the will of God, then you can look at the experiences that you are facing with the right perspective. Through the difficulty in front of you today, the Lord will work to grow you, to influence the lives of people surrounding you and also the lives of others in the future, and through it all He will receives the glory for working it all out for good. You can trust Him in your difficulties!
How can I glorify God with my life? If I live within the boundaries of His Word, I will be doing His will and my life will glorify the Lord.
The Christian’s destiny is Heaven, but the divine objective of the Christian is to glorify God. When we keep our focus on Truth - the Word of God, He speaks to us and constrains us, so that we will live to bring glory to Him in every part of our life.
The world hates Jesus, but the Holy Spirit will counter that with words of truth, telling you to worship Jesus Christ. He will speak through the church so that the church can be a witness to the world of who Christ is.
Truth is the source from which the Holy Spirits comes to act in our lives. The Spirit of Truth brings to our memory the things that Jesus taught us at just the moment that we need it. This can bring about change in a believer’s life.
The test of a Holy Spirit filled church is the focus of that Church – are they focused on Christ? With a focus on Christ, the church will experience true unity; while the individuals who have been baptized in the Holy Spirit will live with a new powerful dimension in their lives.
The Holy Spirit is our Comforter, He brings strength to our lives, as He also reveals who Jesus Christ is. He will always uplift and bring everything around to focus back on Jesus and place Him in center. With our focus on Christ, the church and the Christian’s life comes into balance and growth and development can take place.
We need the Holy Spirit in our lives to have discernment, to see what is truth and what is false doctrine. If we meditate on the Word of God, the Holy Spirit will reveal truth to our heart and bring repentance. Lord, give me truth no matter what it does to me for the Scripture says, “…the truth will set you free.”
A person filled with the Holy Spirit will have an effect in the society where he/she lives. If they become who God has made them and planned them to be, those around will receive blessings because of a life lived through the Spirit. Christian you may live in the world, but you don’t have to be part of the world.
The ministry of the Holy Spirit is greatly needed in our times. We can read in the New Testament what Jesus said about the Holy Spirit, who was to come and the truths that He would give. We also see, that sometimes He waited until certain people were not “in the room” before He had the freedom to share these truths.
Unfortunately, the Holy Spirit is pushed aside and has little focus in the modern church. If we open the Scriptures, we find the description of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. All three are an active part of the Trinity. The Holy Spirit is the “power” of the church. He convicts, convinces, and converts the sinner. “It is not by might nor power, but by my Spirit says the Lord.”
In Luke 5 the people’s motive for being with Jesus was to hear a word from Him, and because of this motive, He gave them so much more. If your motivation is a heart that desires Jesus and His Word, He will be set free to give you a word that will prepare you for His next plan for your life.
