Justin started out just like many of you. He didn’t go to college and just went right into the utility industry and worked to become a Lineman. For years he dreamed of getting away from the sometimes 100 hour weeks and being able to take a leap into another career that he felt he could truly enjoy.

Enter real estate investing. He bought his first house as a foreclosure in the bay area California at 22 years old in 2009. He worked on it over weekends and after several years sold it for a small profit. Fast forward to today, and he has increased his Net Worth from 5k bucks at 20 years old to over 7 figures at 32.

He currently owns over $2 million worth of real estate, which consists of 12 rental units and a single family house, and he has done about a dozen purchases and sales of other properties over the last couple years.

Joe Conti is one of the original "Day Traders" that we hear about today. He began his career in 1990 under the tutelage of Harvey Houtkin. Harvey was known as the "Godfather of SOES Trading" (small order execution system) and is largely responsible for the market's current transparency, allowing the public access to the depth of the market and order flow, which at the time made Mr. Houtkin the most hated man on Wall Street.

Over the past 30 years, Joe has trained or educated over 1000 traders and continues to trade and teach to this day. He has seen virtually every mistake made, causing more than 93% of traders to fail. Joe has been featured in Forbes, CNBC, and an entire chapter was dedicated to him and his trading success in the book, "Electronic Trading Masters: Secrets from the Pros".

Joe has also enjoyed a successful 8-year run on radio in South Florida. His last show was hosting the 101.1 FM Morning Show.

Joe's passion is still trading, and he has combined his 30 years of trading experience into a live, two-hour, stock trading course designed to keep traders trading for decades, not days.

The entire backbone of what gets Kaylee out of bed every day is her “why”. This is something she’ll share when asked personally about it, but at a 30,000 foot view, it is to create independence and space for those experiencing codependency and toxic relationships which hamper their ability to visualize and then manifest what their amazing reality truly could be. At heart, he’s really a small business owner, and, like many business owners, Ross was frustrated with the conventional financial system that seemed to benefit Wall Street but not the investors. Ross has replaced his transactional income of exchanging hours for dollars with passive income from his investments for his livelihood, and he wants to help others achieve the same goal. Ross has owned 40 or more single-family homes, written 2 books, one specifically on real estate investing. Ross is selling his homes, and he’s transitioning into commercial real estate investing, which includes self-storage, mobile home parks, office parks, a coffee farm in Panama, a resort in Belize, and multifamily apartment complexes.

Salem is the founder of Naked Capital, a private investment company focused on late cycle recession resistant assets and their underlying mathematics. To date, his company has $10M in assets and is growing rapidly with a target of $20M by the end of 2018.

Prior to Naked Capital, Salem worked his way out of a challenging upbringing all the way to Wall street where he was building the math behind ultra-high net worth financial products at one of the world's largest investment banks. Dr. David Phelps owned and managed a private practice dental office for over twenty-one years. While still in dental school, he began his investment in real estate by joint-venturing with his father on their first rental property in 1980.

Multiple health crises suffered by his daughter, Jenna (leukemia, epilepsy and a liver transplant at age 12), caused David to leave practice so that he could spend time with his daughter. Unfortunately, a divorce and failed practice sale provided additional setbacks that he had to think and work through.

Today, David is a nationally recognized speaker on creating freedom, building real businesses and investing in real estate. He also combines his professional and personal experiences to illustrate how the tactical and aspirational work together. David helps other logical, rational professionals become dreamers, then strategically manifest those dreams into freedom. He authors a monthly newsletter, “Path to Freedom” and hosts The Dentist Freedom Blueprint podcast.
