Children nowadays start to learn English at very young ages. Some of them enjoy learning it, some are reluctant because being forced by their parents to learn it. I am going to discuss about it, not only based on the handout about Teaching English to Young Learners designed by National Geographic, but also based on my experiences in teaching my students and my son.
People working in a mini market or any kind of stores are supposed to treat the customers in a very well manner. Today I found they were just getting more impolite and being reluctant to 'care' the customers. Saying sorry was unbelievably hard for some of them.
