Thank you for joining me on this journey. This is the start of Season 2 / Episode 1: A new format. I'll be sharing with you as I take this journey of gratitude, a different approach to issues of my mental health and physical health and I discuss one social issue at a time. On today's journey I express my gratitude of my foresight and my vision. I briefly discuss beginning a journey of intermittent fasting and the social issue topic of today is "benign neglect", doing nothing believing the outcome of ignoring an issue could be better than addressing the issue.

Hello, i'm back, I have been missing 'in action' for about a month. I didn't know which way way to go as I have been rethinking my podcast format, my youtube channel (WinnersSquare101), my Instagram, Twitter and my Facebook. I think I will try the 10 min a day approach and let's see. I must give credit to @PodCastWithBae...I follow her on IG and I listen to her Podcast on Anchor...I am copying her format (not her content and not her tag line...just her format of uploading everyday, a 10 min podcast)
So, what is 'fatal force'? When is too much really too much and when is enough enough? The Washington Post has a database which tracks the fatal shootings by police in the United States. In 2018, 992 people were fatally shot by police, in the United States. As of Thursday, October 17, 2019 3:49 PM, 717 have been shot and killed by the police, in the United States. Today, I have identified only 11, 11:717.
