On this episode of Minds of Motorsport we chat with Arron Windus. Arron is currently racing in the Australian RallyCross championship and also the Australian / Victorian Rally Championship.

Arron has won multiple races in the Victorian Rally Championship and is targeting a championship in this year’s Australian RallyCross championship.

My chat with Arron focused a lot on what it’s like to race in rally vs rallycross and we got pretty deep into what it takes to prepare for each. We also spoke about Arron’s experiences in racing over in the UK and Europe.

On this episode of Minds of Motorsport we chat with Alex Sedgwick. Alex is currently racing in the 2018 NASCAR Whelen Euro Series and has previously raced in the Ginetta junior Series, Renault Clio Cup as well as competing in multiple endurance races throughout Europe and the Middle East.

Alex was a 2014 Ginetta junior scholarship winner and went on to place 10th in the championship that year. In 2017 Alex was a class winner in the 2017 12hr of Imola and a runner up in the 2017 Dubai 24hr.

My chat with Alex focused on the preparation and mental game of racing in these longer endurance style races as well as discussing his own personal sponsorship journey and his views on the best ways for other young drivers to approach sponsors in this current economic climate.
