In this solo episode of the Self Help Show, Gina Margaret Tiger explores gratitude from a deeper, more universal perspective, beyond religion, beyond forced positivity, and beyond simple gratitude lists. This episode reflects on gratitude as recognition: the ability to notice what has carried us, supported us, protected us, changed us, and reminded us that life is still unfolding.

Gina reflects on how gratitude can help us stop rushing past our own lives, soften entitlement, build acceptance, and reconnect with the quiet support that is often easy to overlook. This is a grounding conversation for anyone who is healing, growing, rebuilding, or learning how to appreciate life while still becoming.

In This Episode, She Talks About

  • Gratitude as recognition, not performance
  • Why gratitude is universal, even across different belief systems
  • How to honor God, Creator, the Universe, life, or whatever source feels true to you
  • Why gratitude is not the same as pretending everything is perfect
  • How acceptance and gratitude can exist alongside ambition
  • The invisible support systems that carry us through life
  • Why some closed doors, delays, and redirections can become blessings
  • How gratitude helps us stop rushing past our own lives
  • The difference between entitlement and appreciation
  • How to become more present, grounded, and emotionally aware

Key Takeaway

Gratitude is not about having every answer or living a perfect life. Gratitude is the practice of recognizing what has carried you, what is still supporting you, and what remains possible.

Powerful Reflection From This Episode

Sometimes we are so focused on what is missing, what is next, or what has not arrived yet, that we forget to notice what is already here.

Breath. A new day. A lesson. A chance to begin again. A person who showed up. A door that protected us by closing. A strength we did not know we had. A moment of peace we almost overlooked.

Gratitude brings us back to the present and reminds us that life is not only valuable when everything has finally arrived.

Listener Reflection, Ask yourself:

What has been carrying me that I have not fully recognized yet?

Maybe it is faith. Maybe it is love. Maybe it is grace. Maybe it is timing. Maybe it is your own quiet resilience. Maybe it is life itself. Whatever it is, take a moment to say thank you.

Artificial intelligence is no longer something far away in the future. AI is already here shaping how we work, create, communicate, learn, build businesses, and even think about our value.

In this solo episode of the Self Help Show, Gina Margaret Tiger opens up a powerful conversation about AI, the future of work, emotional resilience, identity, purpose, creativity, and the human mind.

As tools like ChatGPT, automation, generative AI, and machine learning become part of everyday life, many people are asking deeper questions:

Will AI replace jobs? How do I stay relevant? What skills will matter in the future? What happens to creativity when machines can create? How do I protect my mental health in a world that keeps changing so fast? What does it mean to stay human in the age of artificial intelligence?

This episode looks at AI through a self-help and personal development lens. Instead of only focusing on technology, Gina explores what AI is revealing about people: our adaptability, our fears, our creativity, our relationship with productivity, and our need to build identity beyond work.

AI may be changing industries, careers, and opportunities, but it is also inviting us to become more conscious, more emotionally grounded, and more intentional about who we are becoming.

This episode is for anyone feeling curious, overwhelmed, excited, uncertain, or inspired by where the world is going.

In This Episode, I Talk About

  • How artificial intelligence is changing the world
  • What AI means for the future of work and jobs

Key Takeaway

AI is changing the tools, the platforms, and the speed of the world but it does not have to take away your humanity. The future belongs to people who can adapt, think clearly, create meaning, regulate their emotions, and stay connected to who they truly are.

Ask yourself:

Am I using AI to support my growth, or am I allowing it to disconnect me from my own thinking, creativity, and intuition?

This episode is perfect for listeners interested in AI, artificial intelligence, ChatGPT, the future of work, AI and jobs, automation, personal development, emotional intelligence, mental health, self-worth, creativity, career growth, digital transformation, human skills, technology and society, and how to stay human in the age of AI.

After six months away from the microphone, I’m finally back.

My last episode was released on December 30th, and honestly, there were moments where I thought I might not continue. Podcasting takes a lot, the planning, recording, editing, publishing, promoting, and showing up again and again. Most successful podcasts have teams behind them, and for the past five years, I’ve been doing so much of this journey on my own.

But on June 25th, the Self Help Show officially turned 5 years old.

That milestone reminded me that this work still matters. The conversations still matter. The healing still matters. The people who listen, learn, grow, and feel seen through these episodes still matter.

So this episode is a personal check-in, a comeback, and a recommitment to the journey ahead.

In this episode, I share where I’ve been, why I needed time away, what it has really taken to keep this podcast alive, and why I’m excited to continue. There are more conversations coming, more experts joining the show, and more honest reflections on healing, growth, self-love, emotional wellness, purpose, and becoming who we are meant to be.

Thank you for being here, whether you’ve been listening from the beginning or you’re just discovering the Self Help Show now.

We are still here. We are still growing. And this next chapter is going to be powerful.

In this episode, I talk about:

  • Returning to the podcast after six months away
  • What it has taken to keep the Self Help Show going for five years
  • The reality of building something meaningful without a full team
  • Why rest, reflection, and pauses can be part of the journey
  • Celebrating five years of the Self Help Show
  • What listeners can expect from the next chapter
  • Upcoming expert conversations and deeper healing topics

Key takeaway:

Sometimes stepping away does not mean the dream is over. Sometimes it means you are gathering strength for the next chapter.

Thank you for listening to the Self Help Show.

In this episode, Gina-Margaret Tiger sits down with mental health author and coach Brian Sachetta to unpack what depression really is—and what it isn’t. Brian breaks down depression as more than ā€œsadness,ā€ describing it as a deeper state of hopelessness and helplessness that can make life feel pointless and heavy. Together, they explore how to rebuild your life when motivation is nonexistent, how small ā€œwinsā€ become evidence that change is possible, and why faith (in God, purpose, or something bigger than self) can keep hope alive when logic can’t find proof. The conversation also dives into the modern mental health battlefield—attention-hijacking apps, dopamine loops, and overstimulation—and offers practical boundaries to protect peace of mind.

Key Takeaways

  • Depression isn’t just sadness
  • Judgment makes it worse
  • Small wins rebuild agency
  • Faith + agency is the winning combo
  • The internet is built to hijack you
  • Sleep is mental health armor
  • Seasonal shifts matter

Best Quotes / Soundbites

  • ā€œDepression is a pervasive state of helplessness and hopelessness.ā€
  • ā€œThe antidote is taking action, seeing its effect, and stacking small wins.ā€
  • ā€œWhat we resist persists.ā€
  • ā€œYou need a healthy balance: agency through action + faith in something bigger.ā€

Pick the smallest possible win that counts as progress for you, such as:

  • Getting out of bed
  • Taking a shower
  • 10 minutes outside
  • 15 minutes on a hobby
  • One task that proves ā€œI can still moveā€

Boundaries For Mental Space (Tech + Attention)

  • No social media before bed (at least 30 minutes)
  • Reduce notification triggers (turn off or limit app pings)
  • Create friction between impulse and action (pause before opening apps)
  • Protect sleep as a priority because it strengthens emotional regulation

Use these as simple mental scripts when depression hits:

  1. ā€œI don’t know how, but something good is going to come my way today.ā€ (Brian)
  2. ā€œThank you God, thank you Creator… I just want to be happy.ā€ (Gina)
  3. ā€œLet’s get this over with.ā€ (Brian — non-resistance / letting the feeling pass through)
  4. ā€œLet’s ride the wave.ā€ (Brian — riding the emotional surge instead of fighting it)
  5. ā€œTrust the process.ā€ (Gina — surrendering outcomes while staying committed)

Brian shares a timely reminder: when days get shorter, mood can drop due to less sunlight exposure. His advice:

  • Get daytime sunlight early
  • Block 10–20 minutes for outside time
  • Prioritize fun, mood-lifting activities during darker seasons He notes this is especially relevant where he lives: Boston, Massachusetts, where it gets dark early.

If this episode resonated with you, share it with someone who might be silently battling depression. And don’t forget to like, follow, comment, and tell us what hit home for you.

In this episode of The Self Help Show, Miss Gina-Margaret Tiger sits down with Benny (Via Stoica) for a grounded and insightful conversation on Stoicism — one of the most enduring philosophies for mastering life, emotions, and character.

Together, they explore the origins of Stoicism, its foundational principles, and why this ancient philosophy remains deeply relevant in today’s high-pressure, fast-moving world. Benny breaks down complex Stoic ideas into practical wisdom that can be applied to everyday life, relationships, and inner growth.

This episode is a powerful reminder that true strength comes from self-awareness, virtue, and focus on what we can control — not external circumstances.

🧠 What You’ll Learn In This Episode

  • The origins of Stoicism and how it evolved from ancient Greece to Roman society
  • Key Stoic figures such as Marcus Aurelius, Seneca, and Epictetus
  • Why virtue is central to living a meaningful and grounded life
  • The Stoic concept of eudaimonia and what it really means to live well
  • How Stoicism teaches self-awareness and emotional regulation
  • Why focusing on what’s within your control changes everything
  • How modern psychology, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), is influenced by Stoic principles
  • The importance of pausing, reflecting, and responding rather than reacting
  • How Stoicism helps us stay present and resilient in challenging times

✨ Key Takeaways

  • Stoicism is not a religion, but a practical guide to living with clarity, discipline, and integrity
  • A good life is built on character, not comfort
  • Self-awareness is a daily practice, not a destination
  • Inner peace comes from mastering your response, not controlling the world
  • Ancient wisdom often offers the most modern solutions

šŸ’ Reflection Question

Ask yourself:

What am I giving my energy to that is outside my control — and what would shift if I redirected that energy inward?

Sit with it. That pause alone is a Stoic practice.

Men are hurting, silently and most of them don’t even have the language for what’s happening inside. In this electrifying episode of the Self Help Show, Gina-Margaret Tiger sits down with Dr. Avrum Weiss, clinical psychologist, PhD, bestselling author of Hidden in Plain Sight, and one of the few experts courageous enough to expose what men are truly afraid to admit.

Together, they break open the unspoken truth: men fear emotional intimacy not because they don’t want closeness, but because they’ve been conditioned to believe that vulnerability makes them weak. Dr. Weiss shares eye-opening psychological frameworks, personal revelations from thousands of case studies, and the raw internal realities most men carry into relationships without even knowing it.

This conversation is not gentle it’s transformational. Gina and Dr. Weiss tackle the roots of emotional shutdown, the generational programming of ā€œtraditional masculinity,ā€ and why men often feel unseen, unvalidated, and emotionally unsafe even with the women they love. They unravel how societal norms, survival conditioning, and silent emotional trauma shape the way men love, protect, pursue, and pull away.

Welcome to Season 2 of A 1000 Voices Podcast! i am so pleased to have this momentum going. Like i promised in the previous episode, I will be having experts coming to the show to share so much gems!

I am super excited with this chapter and I would like to invite you to hold my hand as we go through this journey called life.

Let me introduce our guest. Rahti Gorfien, a Creative Calling Coach.

For twenty years, Rahti Gorfien has coached independent creative professionals such as actors, writers, artists, filmmakers, and entrepreneurs, who are scattered and overwhelmed.

Her coaching enables her clients to make decisions, focus and follow through on their goals so that they can profit from their passion, instead of treating it like a hobby because they’re always pulled in 50 directions.

Rahti is a professionally certified career and ADHD coach who has been recognized three times by Expertise.com as one of the 15 Best Life Coaches in NYC.

She lives in Brooklyn with her husband, son, and a Yorkie named Pookie who is rightly considered a neighborhood celebrity .https://creativecallingcoaching.com

Here's out chat broken down. Do make sure you listen in, below is snippets of our great conversation.

Enjoy!

  • How did you become a coach?

    • No one says 'I want to be a coach when I grow up' when they're five. Its something I evolved into out of a career as an actor and playwright.
    • What is the number 1 issue your clients come to you for help with?

    • Consistency. Which is needed for the followthrough and completion of things in order to experience success.

    • Why is that a struggle?

      1. Not having a step by step plan
      1. because you don't have a clear relationship with time
      1. So you don't make plans
      1. Or in the past you've tried to make a plan and it hasn't worked because you found that you couldn't count on whether you'd be in the mindset to follow through on it. You haven't developed that mental command.
    • What are some ways people can become more consistent and finish what they start?

    • Keep your goals in front of you. write them down every day. Then create accountability by finding people to keep your word to. Be sure your word is smaller than you think you can keep!

    • What is going on in your business right now and how can people find out more about it?

    • I am launching a group program call 'From Goal Setter to Goal Getter in May of 2022 that gives folks the opportunity to learn and implement the systems and structures that will allow them to finish what they start! You can actually begin to learn some of these skills via the webinar I did to promote it. There, you can also find the link to the program: https://youtu.be/i-UN3FtTxmY

I would like to talk about something so intimate and personal. Today i wanna discuss or share with you on how to deal with the voices in your brain. You know sometimes you are stuck with questions and decisions to make and you just don't know which voice to listen to.

The voice in you should be just your inner self, when you find yourself with multiple voices, its either influence from other people, or the food you are eating that affecting your brain chemicals or the people you surround yourself with.

We are energy as humans and being around someone can literally affect your thought patterns. The voices in your head are also caused by past experiences.

Pay attention to what you consume. You let in information through your sense, Sight, Smell, Hearing, Taste, Touch. All that affects your brain. They are on your head. Direct entry.

You should only have one voice when you are aligned. It should be clear, it should be straightforward, Its effortless. Its a flow.

The moment you start feeling some type of way, check out what you are tuning into. Who is influencing you. Who is around you ? What information are you taking in.

Listen more for the steps you need to take to filter out all those voices that cause depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts and even leading to dis-ease. Disease.

Are you welcoming money into your life ? How do you feel when you use money ? All this contributes to how you receive money on a constant basis.

Today I would like to talk about money, This was a request and i had to share what i think about money, According to my experience, money is energy. As much as its in paper, now its digital its all code, its match. Its energy. How you feel towards money is will determine your bank balance.

How do you feel about money ? Do you feel good when you use it or do you feel resentment. Are you stingy? Since its energy, you have to receive it. You have to be happy giving it. It also comes with levels. According to Ken Honda, he says Arigato Money. meaning, thank you money for coming when you receive and thank you money when you give.

Check out his book Arigato Money by Ken Honda. How you feel brings money to you. You also have to practice some money affirmations such as money loves me, money wants me, dollars want me. I will do an episode on some affirmations you can try.

In essence, the spirit is a part of you, it feeds of something, it also repels you know. It’s there, you just have to be aware you know, you have to be aligned with your spirit. This is the time you align with your mind, your body and your soul because there are so many things that are happening around us and you need to be woke.

You need to understand yourself, you need to be in charge of your mind, you need to be in charge of your body and the moment you experience spiritual health. Your spirit, your soul, is going to guide you and you will be safe, you will be shielded, you will be protected. Now one might ask how they can practice that, number one, pray, I feel like, and let me talk about myself.

Growing up, you go to church, you are introduced to the pastors and other people, and whatever. So, I have earned praying in different ways from that age and also seeing how other people were praying and seeing how other churches pray, seeing how other religions pray so keyword is pray. Everyone is praying and that’s what I took out of it, so prayer is definitely the right track to guarding and nurturing your spiritual health.

You might not ok people believe in God and all kinds of different things but I want to to believe in the creator that made you ok. So you might be in a situation that you are confused and you just don’t know what to do anymore and you been praying to God and you just feel like God is not even answering and then you wanna try this and you wanna try that.

All I can say is that you are made, you did not bring yourself here, you were brought here by something- the creator. Whatever that made you is what you need to pray to ok. So you can choose to how you wanna go about it, you can still do church, you can still do whatever but deep down inside of you, always recognise where you come from.

Don’t sort of tie yourself and identify yourself with the things you don’t understand cause that will cause confusion. It is causing confusion to a whole lot of other people right now, so I want you to listen and pay careful attention and realise that you are already connected to your creator. You are already linked to whatever that gives you life.

Realise the emotions that you have to focus on, it’s very easy. We all have emotions, every human being has emotions, take charge of your emotions. Hello and welcome to A Thousand Voices Podcast , I trust you are well wherever you are and that you are feeling good and always remember it always gets better by the day, so I remember, I promised an episode about emotions right.

The greatest test of this lifetime is your emotions and you will notice that a lot of challenges that you experience, all those challenges are pressing your emotions like a button. Like literally, you will get into some situation that will press your sadness button, happiness button, anxiety button. You will get into a situation that will test you to see if you will break and you know, the power lies within you, so before you jump into anything or make any decision especially when you are faced with any challenge you are not sure of.

Always remember to trust in the process, you are not alone, you are supported, you are safe, you are guided, always pray, speak out, find out what you must do, and above all the power is in how you feel. How you feel will the outcome of each and every challenge right. Let me repeat this again, how you feel determines the outcome of each and every challenge that you may be facing, so when I say the power is in you, you have to control your emotions based on that challenge.

Today, I just wanna express how important breathing is, that’s number one. Your breathing builds you, each time you are breathing air in, it’s going inside each and every cell of your body. So one, breathing is important, two, is the quality of the air that you breathe. You have to take some time around you and check the quality of air that you are breathing. Are you constantly surrounded by the smoke, are you smoking probably, and I am not coming after anyone who is smoking,

I am just talking in general. Are you surrounded by natural air from the trees, are there like trees around you. Sometimes its important that we check like the quality of the air that we are putting inside of us because it contributes to how your brain functions. Take for an example, you go on a vacation, you spend time in nature and you spend all this time breathing beautiful air, surrounded by nature.

It feels good because you are away and you have went away and you had a chance to just breath and now if you can use that same concept and just find a spot by yourself and just breath, just take a breath, breath in and breath out. Before you make a decision you are not quite sure of, breath in and breath out. Before you speak to someone you want to confront and maybe they are owing you, or they did something to you and you are upset, breath. Just breath, breath in and breath out.

The focus here is to make your life better each day. So you wanna be able to make better decisions right for your life, before you jump into conclusions and do something’s you know you might react to or regret. Just breath for once, I am saying this from a personal perspective because I have struggled with anxiety and depression and having to overcome that was through breathing.

Taking my time just breathing in and breathing out. It calms your nerves naturally, even when you feel like you wanna fight or shout at someone or you are furious and angry and you can’t contain it anymore. You have to protect your energy so you have to breathe because expression of negative emotions only brings negative results too. So you need to express your emotions in a positive way because that is how you want to live the best version of yourself.

You are wasting your time. You are wasting your time being afraid, you are wasting your time being afraid of what people will think. Hi, Hello and welcome to A Thousand Voices Podcast. I hope you are good, ok, I am quite convinced that you are quite good wherever you are. Thank you for joining me, I wanna talk about fear, what are you afraid of? What? Yoo guys, let me talk about fear.

I used to be scared of the dark, I don’t know if there is anyone who has that type of fear or who might have experienced that fear. I remember, I used to be afraid of the dark, I would sleep with the lights on and wouldn’t wanna sleep alone and in time when I would have to switch the lights off, I would be so terrified. I remember this one time, I was sweating and shaking and I am asking myself what was wrong with me, why was I so afraid of the dark. Why?

Apparently, it’s like a psychological thing you know, but I don’t wanna get into details because I am not like a certified doctor and stuff. I am not a physiologist, so yeah let me shush. Yeah, so anyway, I healed from that, like I said its psychological, I had to go through therapy and I think therapy helped me to get over a lot of other things. So yeah, I was so afraid and now reflecting back, that was not the only fear I had, I was afraid of what people would think, I was afraid of wearing certain clothes, I was afraid of a whole lot of things and I totally understand if you are like someone who has fear, especially the fear of losing.

The fear of losing love, money, or fear of getting hurt or heartbroken, fear of being disappointed. There are so many different types of fear out there but what I wanna tell you is that you are just wasting your time being scared hey, honestly and I am being brutally honest. I am saying that because I am coming from that part, so I experienced that fear which was hectic and crippling but now, I came out of it and I am able to explain to you that you are wasting your time.

You are wasting your time being afraid, you are wasting your time not doing the things that you love because you are afraid of what people will say. You are wasting your time not taking that risk because you feel like you are gonna lose a lot of money. You are just wasting your time, entertaining that fear because anything that you need, anything that you want is actually behind that blanket of fear.

Like fear is just a deception, that grey and thick cloud that’s covering you from seeing the beautiful picture of how your life can be. Only if you let yourself go and get rid of that fear, just go on the cliff and jump, you are going to grow wings on your way down. It sounds crazy, dramatic, taking risks people are so sceptical but that moment when you get into the space of the unknown, your past is not controlling you anymore. So you are in this place where you don’t know what’s gonna happen and being positive going forward will be the only thing that will save you.

We all have it, don't save i don't have a purpose or how do i even begin. Its all within you! You know how we all have different taste when it comes to clothes, shoes, cars, colors, we all like different things. This is all based on how we are unique. Today I would like you to embrace your uniqueness.

Do not feel strange about it. The fact that you have your own fingerprint should mean that from wherever you came from, your creator uniquely designed you for a reason. You are special in your own way and if you don't know this yet, spend some time alone to discover it. Believe me, no one else can do whatever you do. Find out what it is and nurture it.

Spend time with yourself getting to know yourself better. See the kind of texture that goes well with your skin or what makes you tick because we all have that one gift and once you discover it you will find fufillment in life. Perhaps you can make people laugh, maybe you are the greatest chef, are you good at singing ? Are you great with animals ? Once you know what is it, spend some time building your uniqueness.

Ultimately if you spend years building yourself you will find yourself shining as bright as the stars. All these amazing people that have done well for themselves have already discovered it. If you might have been discouraged in the past about your gift, listen to me now, let that go and start again. It is never to late to mend. You were brought here to serve a purpose and the instructions are deep within you.

Discover yourself.

Faith is having that conviction to believe what you want for your life will come true. Today I wanna talk about hope and faith. Sometimes you get to a point where you feel like its not working. That hope comes from a place of discouragement and disappointment.

I want to tell you that the moment hope disappears, faith steps in. This is the time where you will see miracles happening. When you believe and have faith, anything you want can happen. Do you have faith ? Do you believe that things will work out in your favor ? Do you have have faith that you are going to receive all your hearts desires.

Do you believe that God will answer your prayers ? Faith is the only thing that will take you there. You just have to have faith and believe that whatever you want is making its way to you already. Be committed. Be driven. You have to at-least water the plant to see the fruits.

Are you fair with your time especially when it comes to you ? If you are not performing at your best level then you are just wasting your time. Today i am talking about time. You know it's very important. We all only have 24hrs in a day. Once all that time is gone, you will never ever experience that time again. From the moment we are born to the time we are die, everything is controlled but our time is not. Time is not yours, so how are you taking charge of your time ?

Time is actually more valuable than anything else in this lifetime. We need time to travel, we need it for certain things to take place, for things to start or end time regulates that. How are you as a person using your time usefully ? Spend some time doing an audit on how you use your time. This will help you see and monitor your habits in-order to optimize your life for the better.

Your life is in your hands, always remember that. Be fair to yourself and manage your time for you. Do not be a slave and sell your time for temporary pleasures. One day you may look back and realise how your time has gone without you living the life of your dreams.

You can’t go forward by pulling on the strings from the back. You cannot go in forward pulling in all the pain and the anger from what happened – FORGIVE THEM!

Hello and welcome back to A Thousand Voices Podcast. Today, I am going to talk about something that I am not sure you are ready to hear but have you forgiven your ex, have you forgiven your mom, have you forgiven your dad. I know, I have. I have forgiven my mom, I have forgiven my dad but have you forgiven all those people that did bad to you? If not then this is for you. Guys, I cannot stress this enough, forgiveness is key. Forgiveness is like fertiliser to your success. Forgiveness will help you heal, it will help you grow, it will just spread your wings and you will just fly.

If you haven’t forgiven anyone for what they have done to you, guess what, that is that extra baggage you are carrying with you throughout this journey and you don’t need that. Let that shit go, forgive them for whatever they have done- Forgive. I know it hurts, I know they broke your heart and did so much to you, I know they took what was yours. I know they reaped you apart, I know they scattered your home, I know they divested your whole life, they made you start from scratch, I know they stole from you; I know they took your heart, stepped on it and threw it away to the dogs. I know it can be any worst situation and it hurts. Forgive them, ok. It’s not easy. I am gonna help you forgive and this is what you have to do:

First of all, think about what they did to you right, it was wrong, it was terrible and horrible. Cry if you have to; take some time to cry it out. If you are a guy or a girl, especially if you are a guy, I know you hold things inside so let it out. Cry it out first. Number two, realise that whatever they have done to you is in the past. It’s gone, it’s not gonna happened to you. That particular event is not gonna happened to you again, it’s gone, so stop reliving in that experience. Stop reliving in that experience, stop thinking about it over and over again. Relax and release that pain, relax and release yourself from that anger.

Relax and release yourself from that inner turmoil because it’s not serving you, it’s only hurting you. So pick it up, look at it whatever that might have happened is in the past, you are here right now. You are here right now. Your power is now and you can take charge of a situation now. So let go of the past. Number three, acknowledge that they did you wrong and it was terrible. Just acknowledge it, it happened, it has happened and there is nothing you can do about it now.

Maybe then you could have done something but we are talking about now. Just acknowledge there is nothing you could have done and there is nothing you can do now and there is nothing you have to do except to move on. Your strength will come in letting it all go. I promise you that it’s not going to be easy. I mean if you practise, you will see, you will let it go, and you will feel lighter, more creative and smarter. You will be more successful.

You can’t go forward, pulling in all the strings from the back, you cannot push forward by pulling all the pain, anger and the hurt from what happened. Forgive them, that person, wherever they are, life still goes on.

Copy it, as long as it’s good. Don’t be copying habits that are detrimental to your health. Hey , welcome to a thousand voices podcast. I hope you are good and thank you for turning in. I wanna talk about something that you already know but I wanna emphasize on it. I know people are always like do not copy what others are doing or whatever but what I wanna say is that someone like Ciara. A singer, a very successful singer, she is a dancer, a mom – copy that! If it’s good, copy it.

These exceptional role models out there, copy that, don’t hate it, just copy that. Improve yourself based on that. There are so many examples; I mean so many people that are out there that are doing really well. There is absolutely nothing wrong with copying that as long as they are doing well because at the end of the day you can see that actually they did it and am sure they also looked up to someone and they implemented what they learnt and they became who they are now, so there is absolutely nothing wrong.

There is nothing wrong with copying, make sure that you get elements from, like, 1, 2,3,4,5 and then knit your own beautiful item and then that is you, it becomes you. It will help you just structure yourself to become whatever that you wanna be. To be honest, we are in a world that is full of variety, there are a lot of options and if you add your own style and activity to it. It becomes good as new and once you start doing that. Somebody will start doing that too and then they will live happily ever after, as long as it’s coming from their gut.

This world is abundant; we will never run out of things to do or ideas. Find four or five people that are in the field that you would want to be in, find out what they do. Yoh, thank God for social media, use it wisely, watch what they do, see their habits, see their lifestyle, see how they take good care of themselves and how they live their lives. That will motivate you, we as humans, we tend to forget even things we love and wanna do. Even things we love, we do for only two to three days and we forget about that and let go. We need to be determined, focused and know what we want.

So once you find those people look up to them and see how they do things and then make it a point to get something out of it. So if its exercising, their routine, meditation or the food they eat, implement that in your life because it is a step to help you to get to a better place. Copy it as long as it’s good, don’t copy habits that are detrimental to your health. Don’t be trying out things that are not gonna push you forward. Remember you are there for you. You gotta be there for you now, for you to see through, you gotta give it your hundred and you have to do whatever it takes to get there.

If it means setting up interviews with them and asking questions, I know they are busy right but if its deep down your heart and you ask for it, we have the power you know. Deep down, if you ask for it, one way or the other, suddenly you will have this person responding to your messages and they start interacting with you. You will have the opportunity to get the real experience of the people that you want to be like. Someone that you look up to is so amazing, like I have met people that I look up to and I am grateful because it was such an amazing feeling. It has contributed to the person that I am today, it has built brick upon brick towards what I have become and I am forever thankful.

You are not alone, your Creator is right there to give you anything and everything you want. All you have to do is ask and receive. Did you know that this whole life is up to your creator. Your God. You were just born. You found yourself here. Sometimes when things do not go our way, we tend to worry.

Why worry. Trust divine timing. Whatever that is happening in your life is happening for a reason. Everything that you want will come to you only if you believe. Your God made this whole world as we know it. So why should you lack or worry when all there is was made by the same force that made you. Trust the process. All you need is making its way to you. Ask and it is given to you. It will always work out anyway. Yes you might be in a point where you don't know what to you, you are stranded, you have asked everyone for help.

No one is there. I want you to remember that you are not alone. Your creator is right there. Moment you believe what you asked for is coming, you will see it show up. Remember when you order pizza, you trust its coming right. Same law applies. A dream home, car, money, partner... all you need is right there, you just have to ask and believe.

There is no need to suffer. Look around you, the air you breathe, water, the sun, the tress. All has been made for us. All your dreams and desires are waiting for you to just ask and believe to receive them. Practice mindfulness, patience, happiness and trusting in the process.
