Nobody likes to have their boundaries crossed or their values dishonored. When this happens, you feel pain and disappointment. We are always quick to guard or protect our boundaries. Still, more often than not, we never consider the fact that we are also responsible for watching other people's boundaries as well. In this episode, I get a little vulnerable and share a personal story that shocked me to my core, but also revealed my hypocritical ways and double standards. I call myself out on it and share a few tips on how to communicate, defend and honor our boundaries, and other people's. Listen in.

It's only February and I'm already experiencing the roller coaster that comes with setting and pursuing goals. Some days I feel like "I got this", other days I'm like, "what was I thinking?". Oscillating between those two phenomena has been frustrating as much as it has been humbling. But I'm learning to cede some control and leaving room for magic. I'm appreciating that impossible goals are the best because they remind us that on our own we cannot make it. Take the journey with me.
