Mario’s responsibility. Washing for Sam, rushes in store room, opens cupboard knocks over guitar, minor damage. Victoria Hall. Anne Bailey hosts the trunk road meeting. Heather and Sandra discuss success of meeting, how good it is to see the hall so full. Pity they can't get such a crowd for the WI meetings etc,.
Anne talking in Carmella’s about public meeting on Friday in Victoria Hall, asks to put up notice in coffee shop. Robbie apologising to Sam re making evening out into a group event. Sam saying fine if Robbie wants to go out with his mates of course (insincerely!) Fiona and Raymond discuss meeting attendance
Fiona and Raymond discuss Chantelle’s beauty salon. Becky, Alyson and Laura discuss Chantelle’s beauty salon too Carmella shares her delight that Silvio has gone home with Mario, Vicky and Sam.
Silvio meets Fiona in the coffee shop. He asks Carmella about the dead body. Bob and Robbie discuss registering for apprentices on the government website. Traffic chaos on the on the new road has a knock on effect for Raymond at Wavelengths.
Mario and Ryan have a disastrous rehearsal Dave reassures Chantelle that her Beauty salon idea is still viable Silvio turns up in the middle of a row between Carmella and Mario
Carmella announces her brother Silvio’s imminent arrival. Fiona, Mario and Sam discuss Uncle Silvio and the fact that he is not popular. Mario approaches Dave for advice on the band.
At Wavelengths Fiona and Mario are discussing the beauty salon and first sign that Fiona thinks she might have been too hasty in refusing to entertain the idea. At TW Ryan tells Alyson about Raymond’s doomed massage/beauty salon plan. Tw is closed for the evening but seeing Alyson is still there, Chantelle knocks on the door and receives a not too friendly reception from Alyson. Alyson tells her she needs to seriously rethink her offer of the premises at Trimming World
At Wavelengths Raymond tries to take coffee money from Mario's tip jar but is prevented by Fiona. He sends Mario to kitchen to make coffee. Disgruntled Raymond decides Mario should also answer the phones and demonstrates how to do isn’t quite prepared for the enquiry. In Carmella's Fiona has camomile tea to calm down and tells Carmella she and Sam are working late. At Wavelengths Sam leaves early to meet Robbie. Fiona thinks she is alone in the salon so is shocked when Mario appears. He offers to walk her safely to her car.
At Carmella’s Raymond comes in smelling of booze from the night before. Chantelle collars him about the possibility of using Wavelengths for her Beauty salon and storms off when Raymond is dismissive. Raymond’s card payment is declined. Bob speaks to Raymond outside Carmella’s to ask advise about apprenticeships. In Wavelengths Ray receives a frosty reception from Fiona who tells him she will decide what goes on in her salon. Raymond insists they must keep their options open. Fiona receives a phone call but there is nobody at the other end of the line.

Chantelle and Dave are in Carmella’s for their morning coffee. Chantelle is still feeling a bit groggy after yesterday’s head massage. Alyson overhears Chantelle talking to Dave about her chat with Raymond about the massage parlour. In Wavelengths Sam is angry about a comment Dave made and Fiona is still worried about the opening night.

At Wavelengths Raymond tells Fiona she is too slow and manages to belittle Heather Green's holiday plans. Chantelle comes to salon & Raymond insists on treating her while Chantelle tries to tell him her plans for massage business. He says they must talk sometime. Chantelle feels giddy after long massage and Dave is phoned to collect her. Charlotte arrives home delighted that Raymond has behaved well all week until Mario tells her he heard Raymond and Chantelle discussing opening a massage parlour in back of salon.

Fiona reminds Raymond that Mario deserves to be treated fairly as an apprentice and employee. Sandra Pinkerton delighted with head massage from Mario and cut from Fiona. Fiona and Sam decide to let Raymond take over the hair washing and Raymond thinks of it as opportunity to observe and improve working of salon.

Raymond drinks too much on opening and event crashed by golfing mates. Mayor gives quick speech but is very “in and out” and doesn’t hang around. Fiona very cross with Raymond. Dave turns up to make a point and demand compensation. Mayor brings Anne as council representative, Anne doesn’t hold back on veiled criticism. Charlotte sends an official best wishes message to Wavelengths via Skype. Robbie turns up and tries to protect Sam from hooray henry golfers, scuffle ensues and call Robbie a “grease-monkey yob”.

Fiona worried that sale of godmother’s flat will attract the attention of mystery London Man who will then track her down. Raymond decides that the salon needs music, disagreement with Fiona on what genre. Raymond asks Dave to perform at launch. Automatic door jams open, Mario tasked with keeping guard. Dave’s hair appointment – talks to Raymond about 80’s rock and roll scene. Mario makes a grave mistake.
