Michael Chapman 1928-2022It is with huge sadness that we announce the passing of Michael Chapman, who whilst serving as Executive Producer was the most important member of The Bill production team for over a decade; instrumental not only in the creation of the series, but also its enormous success in the 1990s.I’m sure I speak on behalf of all “The Bill” fans worldwide when I say that Michael’s work will be enjoyed, celebrated and appreciated forever.
