We are back and with a special guest. We love inviting people on our podcast to give their opinions about our all time favourite show & this weeks episode we had a little competition so let’s see who out of our listeners are the real winners. How well do you know the ladies of the square? I know I know you are wanting to know what’s happened in EE this week, so let’s do a quick round up. It’s been heartbreaking to say the least, the absolute babe Rainie was never pregnant and none of us can understand why she got put through that. When will she get the happiness she deserves? Honestly she deserves it more then anyone!! Speaking to honesty Lola finally came clean we can’t say we was sad that they ended cause in fact we celebrated it. The one person who isn’t celebrating anything is Mick, the poor guy just can’t seem to get a break. Is he going to be our Christmas episode? Will all be revealed about what Katie did? There are so many unanswered questions but Mick ain’t budging! Guess we will just have to see what this week unfolds....!!
It’s that time of the week where we sit down and discuss all the goss from the square and there has been some juicy gossip. Let’s start with an ending the ending no one saw coming Jack and Denise, I mean we didn’t see them coming as a couple but the ending was raw. Almost as raw as Stacey getting banged up, I mean the queen came back rocked the square up for a little while and then got sent down. Will she return? That’s something to talk about Keegan is making movements selling food truck, that’s probably the best thing to come out of all the drama as he’s got his mojo back. Speaking of having a mojo Kush man why do you think you are so good at gambling, he really has out done himself with shame. Now this one is a tough one to discuss because Honey really is a little Honey and seeing what she went through was just so hard to watch. Can’t Eastenders just bring Billy & Honey back together again? There really isn’t anything positive going on in the square, I mean even Shirley is being a thief. We need a little bit of positivity EE during these weird times!
This girl (or guy) is on FIREEEEEEEEEEEEE (or tried to be)...Gray Gray Gray you really are trying to take the easy option out. Does he really think EE will let him kill off his whole family. I mean props to him for getting his kids excited to see Chantelle again but boy oh boy he really is feeling the guilt. Guilt that’s one thing Whitney doesn’t need to feel anymore as she’s NOT GUILTY. Honestly that’s the best outcome to come out of that storyline, she was put through her paces but let’s be real she will cling on to another guy soon, watch this space December 2020 & Whitney will have another man. Speaking of clinging onto a man Ruby really is feeling threatened by the return of Stacey. We all know Martin and Stacey are getting back together but little miss Ruby is just in the way. She’s like a little chihuahua yapping away but we all know she’s just chatting shit to ease her mind even though deep down she knows she isn’t Martins on true love. Love can be so cruel at times and Mick is showing how cruel it can be. Poor Shirley always getting called out for what happened in the past. All we gotta say is - Mick tell the truth, in the end they are going to find out so stop being a dick to your mum and let her help you. Family sticks together right? Well that’s what Phil always says about the Mitchell’s and he hates it’s when he gets crossed. Will gangster grandma Ellie be able to take on the big bad wolf? Or will Phil out smart her and get his son back. With all this going on in the square not many people are concentrating on the real gangster in town....RONA - well apart from Bobby whose fallen into Rona’s trap of being super anxious about everything. Let’s hope for Bobbies sake this isn’t another pointless storyline so he can get back to focuses on his Lucy Fund. Let’s see what unfolds in the square this week....
It’s your favourite time of week. The weekly update by yours truly. We’ve seen a lot of drama go down this week and honestly don’t know how to feel about it. Miss Deans trial is causing chaos from Mick breaking down to Gray loosing his head. Was being on show too much for their little secrets? Speaking of secrets how long do you think it will be until Denise finds out Phil is trying to get Raymond back. We don’t suspect it will be too long as nothing is safe on the square. Mick & Linda are the all time perfect couple yet they always seem to be in a spot of bother first Max and his kiss and now Frankie. We wonder how Linda will take it all or will she make it all about herself. Too be honest the only positive thing about Eastenders these past weeks is blessing us with two weddings, but the down side is one wedding should NOT have happened, but we all know Martin & Stacey will find a way back to each other soon❣️
THIS IS NOT A DRILL I REPEAT THIS IS NOT A DRILL, Reg apologises for “shouting” but you all know how passionate he is about the square. Speaking of the square what’s been happening like jheeeeeez Ian is really making moves on Kathy, how can that guy sleep at night knowing he’s so slimy. Slimy guys seem to be appearing left right & centre & rumour has it Lucas is coming back. But why is he linked to Raymond, let’s be real we’d love to see a Phil & Lucas fight. Boy oh boy that will be a showdown. Almost as big of a showdown when everyone finds out Gray killed Chantelle & that he’s not feeding kids. Speaking of kids is Frankie really Micks daughter that’s going to be a good one to see unfold. Plus Lick & Minda really are having trouble in paradise with Minda kissing Max & spiralling back to the drink. Another family spiralling out of control are the Panesars Jags is finally standing up for himself to win back his mrs whilst his mum is plotting revenge on the banished son.
Another week back on the socially distanced square. Policemen Highway is channelling his MI5 skills by working for both Phil & DC Dickhead but does he really know what’s he is getting himself into? Too be fair Callum is a good police officer, taking on a fatal car crash must be hard to get over. Denise knew straight away, her mothers instincts never went away. Ellie 100% knows she’s Raymond’s mum so it will be interesting to see what happens next. Next, please is Isaac & Phil who knew Denise could take on Phil & shut him UP! That scene was TOO GOOD. That being said Frankie really is playing fire with fire and Mick is gunna suss it out soon enough. I mean the guy has a point it’s strange she’s taking photo...wonder what’s it will expose later on! EXPOSED, Ian really thought he could get away with lying to Max not on that square. An Ian vs Max blowdown never fails to amuse us as Max can go from 0-100 real quick! Real talk though why isn’t Karen and Mitch uniting properly throughout Chantelle’s death...oh wait they were going too until Dr Gray entered in, slimy Dr Gray he 100% is feeling the guilt and soon will slip up. Let’s save the best till last Rainie & Stu sitting in a tree K.I.S.S.I.N.G - marriage bells all the WAY!
Guess whose back. Back again. Square News is back. Back again. It’s been a hot minute since we’ve sat down and discussed what’s been happening on the square. We hope you all are staying safe and well. We are glad to be back. Let’s get too it though cause these past two weeks have been interesting. Dangerous Dotty exploded and told the truth about Denny boy but Sharon stood her ground and threw her out her pub. Damn that feels good to write HER PUB or so she thinks. Poor Ian constantly getting his heartbroken & believing everyone wants him. Wonder what Max will do once he finds out he’s been conned by the Beale. Talking of con artists we think Gray deserves a medal for being the sneakiest guy on the square wrapping the wool over everyone’s eyes.....apart from Kheerat & Mitch. Poor Karen saying goodbye to her first born, still can’t believe that’s happened. One thing we can believe though is QUEEN STACEY IS BACK 21st September WOWZA one whole year and she came back with a BANG! We can’t wait to see each story line unfold and how the directors work around the COVID rules.
Alright alright alright, Albert Square has been delivering some iconical episodes the past fortnight. The dynamic duo are back in action taking charge & doing what the Mitchell’s do best. Dodging dodgy deals. Daddy Phil has been waiting on his baby mumma making sure they could live the best life after their boy passed away. Whilst the Mitchell boys where cooking up a plan, it was time for that all in important op for Benny Boy but not all went to plan when he got the sniffles. Albert Square is known for the scandalous love affairs but there are two dirty dogs, Martin & Max. It was nice to finally see Martin back on the square after his disappearance but he’s certainly cooking up a storm with Ruby. No wonder Max thought he was getting a cheeky night with his beautiful brunette and bubbly blonde. Although it’s love & romance it’s not a true square episode if someone isn’t going loopy...the ultimate slater girl jean is definitely feeling a bit blue with her day dreaming with Daniel. When the sun shines and storm brews, which is sadly what Keegan is experiencing...when will he get to live his life in happiness. Why does he always have bad things thrown his way. It’s his time to shine!! With that being said we all thought it was farewell to Karen & Keegan & Lil Kaden but EE was just messing around❣️
Who knew 2 episodes a week could give us this much juiciness. Will Kheerat be Chantelle’s knight in shining armour and rescue her from the Gray nightmare? Speaking of nightmares is Ballum gunna end in disaster now that the dynamic father son duo is back together causing mischief. Mischief is definitely the word to use for the past couple of episodes...Kush Kush Kush, what you doing mate? The only positive we can take from this whole storyline is that when K & S come back shit will go down. Just as much shit Keegan is going to get in from his recent social media upload...with that all being said slimy Peter Beale is still making our skin crawl especially with the disaster music used. Let’s hope Habiba PI can find all our answers in the next episodes.
From birthday bashed to club crashes, everything seemed to be happening on the square this week. Isaac finally found out who his real daddy was but will their relationship bloom or doom? Jeans loosing the plot, whilst Whitney’s clocked that her kidnapper knew all along. Superior Beale is really trying to win the heart of a Cotton but has he taken much more then he can handle. One things for sure Queen L needs to get of her high horse and realise everyone is fighting something.
We might have disappeared from the scene but we were just lurking in the loft with Leo...so much has happened in the world right now but EE is still giving us that juicy drama we crave. A famous Mitchell showdown left a tearful farewell for Sharon as she said sleep tight to her baby at the beginning of the year. Whitney never seems to get a break from men or their mothers, will she have to live out the rest of her days under lock and key? One things for sure Keegan definitely deserves more so when will he get to live his life he’s always dreamed of? We back baby, bigger than ever! 🥂
It was a very merry Christmas but an even better new year, am I right? Martin definitely ended 2019 with a bang. (Or maybe not) We say one last goodbye to Keanu, we’ll see him again in 10 years, probably. Stay tuned! Grey’s been watching a bit too many kungfu films since working from home and it all goes terribly wrong when Chantelle’s arm snaps. Sonia decides to quit the NHS to become a Nigerian scammer. And lastly let’s have a toast, raise a glass or 2 or 3, for Linda’s incredible acting. I’m sure she’d approve. (No pun intended.)
And in unrelated news, when will Dot find out Fatboy is dead. Looool.
The Christmas cheer is circulating the Square, some with festivities and others with grinchivities, not all seems as joyous and free. Sonia is wishing upon a Christmas kiss from her long-lost lover. The dynamic duo MandM (Mick + Mich) are hatching up a play that will blow the residents away. A nasty blizzard has hit one of the houses on the square, seeing the slaters cheer disappear as the fear of being homeless comes hurling in. All may seem merry and bright with the Square enjoying a Wonderland night but the Ghost of Mitchellmas past comes back again to taunt one resident in. Is this the end of the long lusting secret? But who will we see when the cracker pulls aparts?
This week on the Square we saw romance and heartbreak all in one. The Mitchell/Taylor clang welcomed their daughter Peggy Melanie Taylor, P.M.T into the world but behind closed doors Sharon tells all to Lisa, will she be able to give Keanu one more chance? Meanwhile on the square, Mick and Linda are getting drowned by the bottle, whilst Billy found a new loveable taste for Kiki but is, he still craving some Honey? Little Peggy took a turn for the worst leaving the whole family worrying for her life - is she a fighter like the rest of the Michell army? Tiffany hears the shocking truth about who Leo really is - will PC Halfway save his damsel in distress one last time?
Well well well a lot happened on the square this week. Ball and Change really did leave a nasty mark on some of the couples. With lovers endings and new romances starting it’s leaves us all questioning how strong everyone’s romance really is. Are Honey and Adam done for good now that he needs to see the dentist? Will Linda’s thirst for alcohol drag Mick down too? Nether the less Gray seems to be on the straight and narrow but will their renewal be a happily ever after? Besides all the couples drama there is one thing for sure sniffer dog Phil is sussing out who is the real baby daddy.
Another dry spell in the Square for some residents but others are pouring out their emotions. Is Linda’s secret going to topple over or is she able to keep doing the walk of shame? Is #Ballum forever or is Ben just going to let us all down again? All these questions but ones thing for sure we love KeKe + The Captain and can’t wait to see what the wife swap has in store.
It’s been all go for the residents this week. They raised a glass or two to say farewell to Mel, whilst Lisa ran rampage pointing fingers back to the Mitchell Gang. Lick and Minda are trying to keep their perfect family afloat. Meanwhile Chantelle is heading down a dark and ‘Gray’ nightmare - will she ever wake up?
The Square has taken a almighty turn this week. You saw the return of the grace of gays herself, Pam Coker! The two star crossed lovers finally walked down the aisle. Whilst Mel rallies up to take down the Mitchell clang once and for all, only to realise nobody can out rule the Royal family. Have we seen the last of the baby games or is this the start of an explosive seasongiving?
The Square has been a little quiet with only a few disruptions this week. Ian and Keegan go head to head to see whose the best chef but it takes a turn for the worst and ends in bloodshed. Meanwhile around the corner we say farewell to Ashid and Mariam. Despite all that and the terrible Halloween episode we are excited to see what unfolds in the upcoming episodes. Is there going to be an explosion between one family that leaves the square in shock?!
