In today's world, overwork/hustle culture has become so normalized and it is often glorified to the point where we believe that we should be part of this problem. We're taking a look at overwork culture and burnout and what this can do to our mental and physical health. It's simply a raw conversation about why we shouldn't be buying into the cult of overworking and rather start living our lives for ourselves and not for our jobs. Take some time to take care of yourself and reevaluate the parts of your life that need to be modified in order to actually work to live and not live to work.
I hope you're all taking care of yourselves. Sending you all of my love <3

Nikki has been feeling like a fish out of water recently and didn't understand why which, led her on a research spiral to figure out what was happening inside her head. Once she came to terms with this, she pulled out the mic and spilled all about her findings. We see you over there, feeling the same thing, so take a listen to hear a different perspective on this little thing called 'impostor syndrome'.
