JK gave us his first impression on what it was like meeting Americans for the first time (3:28). He then shared the story of how he joined MFC (9:03) and his work as a missionary with Catholic Christian Outreach (CCO) in Canada (25:06). We debuted a new segment called rapid fire questions (43:46) and closed with a lesson from JK on Canadian slang (48:17).
As Phase 1 begins in a few states across America, we talked about the places we can't wait to at first 2:20. Kylle told us a short story about his failed attempt to play baseball today. Then we started a new segment called Start, Bench, Cut and it included groupings of rappers (Drake, Kendrick, J. Cole) 16:32, famous half-Filipino icons (Bruno Mars, Dave Batista, Dante Basco) 23:25, and the best martial-arts movie stars (Jackie Chan, Jet Li, Bruce Lee) 38:35. We closed our thoughts on last week's edition of The Last Dance and did a preview for the fifth and sixth episodes 45:35.
The boys did a recap of how our favorite NFL teams did in the draft and free agency this year 1:07. Then we switched over to a review of the first two episodes of "The Last Dance" and gave our thoughts on Dennis Rodman 31:48. Kylle gave his insight on Draymond Green 41:43 and we finished off the episode with a discussion of how growing up in a MFC has impacted our relationships today 52:04.
Our show kicked off with a quick conversation about our plans once lock down is over 3:00. We then went into our main topic where all four of us chose our top 5 characters from Game of Thrones 13:26. There was a lot of diversity among our lists and Daryl even chose a never before seen character at number 1 45:00. We closed with a preview of MJ's documentary that premieres tonight on ESPN 1:05:00.
