James sits down and talks to Melissa about hormone health. Dave Shah works at the Wild Training Gym as our sports & remedial soft tissue therapist, Osteopath and trains at the gym with our coaches. James sees Dave every week for a session to keep his body in the best form possible. Dave has also been a huge part of the amazing progress James has made since his elbow surgery. They discuss pain, injuries and how many are simply looking at the wrong thing, the wrong way.
Gregg came back on our Podcast to talk to James about accessory training. He shares his experience of training non specific movements to improve body mechanics, correct strength imbalances, and support a varied training routine with different types of stress to optimise performance and recovery. Today Chloe, one of the members at the Wild Training Gym, and a personal training client of James' spoke with him about food, which is an informative chat about the fundamentals of healthy food. Chloe has recently started studying dietetics at university so James want to check his experience and personal research into nutrition, health and supplements against current education.
James sits down with CrossFit coaches Gregg Walker, Ted Wakefield and Ollie Lemmings and talks about the challenges of coaching CrossFit. They discuss the common misconception of "CrossFit causes Injuries" and how that idea actually comes from some much wider challenges within the Fitness Industry and fitness culture.

Elle Weaver has done pole fitness since 2012 and is the resident pole fitness instructor at the Wild Training Gym.
