My name is Raul GIles and this is my first podcast with my daughter. We have been wanting to do this for quite some time and we just want to have fun with it. Many more to come, and hope we can keep it interested and fun.
What is going on. Hope everyone is doing well, everyone is enjoying their summer and getting ready for fun activities. Mia and I just wanted to share our summer ideas, talked about what is going on in today's world of course, and as always her and I have different views noting wrong with that as we all get to learn from one another no matter the topic or situation you are in. What is going on.! This Episode Mia wanted to get into our Zodiac signs as I am a Cancer and she is a Scorpio we compared the two and how Cancer's are the best lol, but don't tell her that. She is more into it then I am, so we had fun with it. Hope you enjoy it..!!
In this episode Mia and I do Zoom as she is quarantine due to Covid... She is fine, and doing great just relaxing and taking it easy. Our zoom went well, I didn't realize the mic was not hooked on correct until I ended the video lol so I apologize the lack of sound, but all good for next time. Keep on smiling.!!

Hello everyone, hope all is going well and everyone is safe. Has there been moments where your mind is going a thousands miles of just thoughts, has there been times where your thinking more then what you wanted. Well on this Episode we talk about making a LIST. Write down of your happy thoughts, a List when your feeling down and not having a good day make a list of your favorite books, your favorite movies, places you have been to. Making a list and writing things down can make you feel different, and express how your really feeling. Keep on smiling and hope you enjoy this Episode.
