Andrew is the Founder Chief Executive of Victoria Academies, a multi academy trust in the West Midlands, currently consisting of six primary schools and a SCITT teacher training centre. As well as CEO, Andrew is the Executive Headteacher of Victoria Park Academy, which he led from special measures to outstanding in exactly one thousand days. Victoria Park Academy was shortlisted for the TES School of the Year in 2013.
Jeremy is the Headteacher Designate of Three Bridges Primary School in West London, an innovative and successful school that serves a disadvantaged population. He writes regularly for Teach Primary and Primary School Management in between completing his doctorate at the University of Exeter.
Viv Grant is an Executive Coach, Author and Public Speaker. She is the Director of Integrity Coaching, a leading provider of coaching services for headteachers and senior school leaders.
Cath Rindl is an experienced Primary Head Teacher working within inner city Birmingham. She was born in Manchester and came to Birmingham to study gaining B.Ed Hons in Physical Education and a Masters in Primary Education.
Gilroy has worked in education for over 40 years. He served for 37 years in the education service which included 10 years as headteacher of an inner-city, multicultural school and 11 years as a school advisor supporting 20 primary schools, working as part of the Birmingham Local Authority’s Primary Leadership and Management Team.
Paul Green has been headteacher at Lyng Hall School in Coventry since 2004. He has received national recognition for his work with vulnerable and underperforming children, and Lyng Hall was the first school in the country to be awarded an “Achievement for All” quality mark and lead school status.
