In this recording I describe the mark recapture method, why it is an important tool in understanding populations, and how I am using it to study a butterfly and climate change. My take away point is that monitoring this butterfly using the mark recapture method allows us to identify patterns of population numbers or estimates to see if a continued changing climate is impacting plant-pollinator interactions.
