If we have been truly born again, then we have also had that experience, which results in repentance and surrender to The Lord. We as Christians must be passionate in our walk with Christ. This means that we do not conform to this world. We do this by sacrificing our lives to The Lord , by drawing closer to Him through His Word and prayer.

God calls us to scatter the seed for His kingdom. He doesn't tell us to figure out the process or way that the seed grows, but He invites us to trust in the only One who can bring the growth of the seed.

Our world feeds us with a constant amount of ideas about our lives. We are told to live our lives all for our own desires and wants. We are reminded both by the world, and much of the modern-day "church" of why we deserve "this" or "that" and we're even given ways of how we can convince God to give us those things. In this sermon, we go to the book of James to see what God has to say about living with this mentality, and how we can break free from the bondage of living as a king to living as a servant of The King.

We, as Christians, are surrounded by the world filled people that are watching us, people that don't know the Lord. Let us allow God to use us by enduring the race He has placed us in, a race that is sometimes rugged, and let us keep our eyes on Christ through it all.
