This week we have the guest, Shannon Kaiser on to help us learn more about self-love and how we can take an experimental approach to it. Shannon is an author, life coach, and overall lover of life, who helps others around her to reach their greatest and highest self-love potential. After reading her book, "The Self Love Experiment," I was very much so inspired to begin to ask myself the questions that Shannon asked herself during the beginning of her self love experiment. I hope you all enjoy this episode, as I was very much so nervous to be talking to such a brilliant and empowering woman!
Also, don't forget to answer the question of the week: What does it mean to have an unconditional love of self?
