I'm not speaking about all the women out here, I understand completely the importance of financial freedom, trust me. Both parties should be on board with a plan, but you have to understand that financial education is most important. Once you learn how to read a financial statement, how to invest, calm your mind and focus, educate yourself, and learn something new and of course prayer. Growing up the way we did wasn't meant to make us better, depressed or angry, it was meant for us to become stronger in life or atleast that was supposed what it was suppose to do. Richard Allen projects was a stepping stone into a world that that we needed to be prepared for, but it's only now that I understand that concept. The question is what are we going to do from here on out? It doesn't matter your age or what situation you're in, if you want more out of life you have to go for it. And, if you survived Richard Allen growing up in that era and you're here now, the answer lies in the past, go back and learn from it, use what got you through and apply it now. Time doesn't change, human beings do you must remember that. Trust me on this you can do it, all you have to do is spend one second on your thought process. Often because of prayer, having a relationship with Jesus and/or being positive we tend to be hard on ourselves when we fall down. Then go through that period of not communicating with God, we don't pray, read the word and most importantly we start to develop thoughts that God is all of sudden tired of us. We must not fall into that trap! We can always come to God and he will direct us and continue to uplift and teach us. If there's any chastising that's needed, take it like a Man or Woman and continue on your Journey. Make sure to read your Bible and pray tonight, we'll meet up tomorrow morning....

In my journey I find myself caring more and more about my Black People and trying to survive in a Country where we're hated can be very stressful. Now throw in the Black on Black crimes and I'm just ready to throw in the towel. But then I see something very interesting and encouraging, I see white Americans standing on the front line with us. Going through the same persecution if not more because they're standing with us. And they really don't have too, but because their Ancestors have done and died for it, it is in the thier blood as well. This is where Hate comes in and tries to block that fact, which it can cause people to lack faith and loose hope. Then here comes Depression, if I am going to be a voice, I'm going to be as truthful and encouraging as much as possible, to every last listening hear White or Black.

To be hated just because the color of your skin sounds so STUPID right? But it's true, Black people are hated just because of what color we are. Up 5:00am doing yoga and meditation about a decision I have to make, and then it came to me. Am I settling or can I still go on? A lot of us will came to this decision in our life just as long as we set goals for ourselves. I'm so happy I actually meditated on this, because the answer was (NEVER SETTLE) find away to continue. That's not to say success will come in the way you saw it, but it must be in away where you can say "I'm now content with this level of success". But only you can decide when you're satisfied, you'll know if you're ready to continue on your Journey or if you're ready to start building on your foundation.

When we talk about Black History Month, we focus on the persecution and suffering of those before us as well as the achievements and success. It's very important for African Americans to know their history, and those of it.
But let us also remember that Black History is about developing hate and anger, it is to understand where we came from and can go. Because believe it or not, they're some people that were not black and yet sacrificed their lives and family for yes. But that will be for a later segment.

We often believe that we don't have a choice in life. Being a black man in America means what? I should hate Donald Trump, I better not listen to R.Kelly or else, I better vote for the Black Presidential candidate, doesn't matter if I know who they are or not. I don't even have to do my research, if they black I better vote for them.
It has even got to the point where I actually was a little skeptical to say "Not all white people are those that are gay are not bad people" I met some really wonder white and gay friends in my life. I'm tired of not being Honest with myself, it's okay not to follow the multitude all the time.

I woke up this Morning, and that's always a good start. But we are still human and being in a slump happens, be we just can't stay there. Being an entrepreneur causes you to suffer a little. Not everyone will understand your motivation, what pushes you, now that's not an attack on them. But we need to be around those that have the same dreams that we have, and that's to work under our own entity. Ladies and Gentlemen, the moment we decided to to start our own business, we've opened Pandora Box, now we have to finish what we started. There will be no going back, quitting is not an option.
You have come this far and you damn well better finish this, no matter what it takea.

As my wife and I talked over breakfast this morning before she headed out to work, her laughter and her reinsurance of nothing outside our house hold will affect us. It calmed a storm that was brewing inside of me because of how three individuals tried to take advantage of her of whom are related to me.
Gentleman if you have a special someone in your life It is your duty as her husband to protect her, protect your house hold even from your own family members It is your job, your responsibility and your duty to do this. Trust me, she'll love you for it even more.
