Have you ever fantasized about watching your partner engage in sex with someone else? What emotions and thoughts did it invoke?
Driven by curiosity to understand this taboo experience, Christina posed the question in the Esther Perel Discussion Group on Facebook.
Among all the responses, one by Sydney Rousseau caught her attention, "Ooh! Yes please! I am highly visual when it comes to sex. Watching my partner with another woman was so erotic for me. I got to see (and admire) him from a different perspective. His facial expressions, his touch, all of it, was such a turn on. I don’t know if I can even put it into words. His confidence with another woman was empowering and intoxicating. My trust level with him soared through the ceiling in that moment. Just talking about it is making my heart pound out of my chest!"
Intrigued and somewhat aroused by Sydney's revelation, Christina invited her to delve deeper into her experiences. The resulting conversation is a candid exploration of erotic fantasies and personal yet often taboo subjects.

[EXPLICIT] There's light in the darkness. Christina's confusion around the suspicious death of beloved star Stephen "tWitch" Boss led her to connect with a childhood friend, Derek Lewis Gray. Derek is a writer, filmmaker, and author of the book, "The Sum of All Things: Connecting with the Spirit and God in Us All." This podcast stems from a Facebook post where the two saw disagreement. Instead of typing back and forth, they stopped the text thread and scheduled a Zoom. What you are about to hear is an intimate discussion that includes sensitive material. Facebook thread: CHRISTINA: "Hearing of [tWitch's] death shocked me. The media response triggered me. To claim so quickly that this man's death was due to self-inflicted suicide seems negligent. I don't know him but we're friends of friends. He has close friends who feel similarly. I understand mental health is trending and that many people are depressed. And that it's hard to tell who's ok and who isn't. And yes I agree to be kind to everyone because you don't know what anyone is going through. However, this man called Boss by close friends doesn't appear to have typical circumstances that cause one to kill themselves. Consider his profile — a passionate, successful, glowing, thriving career, young children, healthy relationship, moving his body, etc. I've known friends and family to die by suicide. I accept it. This one doesn't seem fair to him to do so quickly, especially publicly." DEREK: "I think your heart is in the right place and I believe in your attempt to articulate the need for the media and the collective to use restraint before posting outcomes and assumptions; however, SOME of your points come across as a bit negligent. First, there is not one profile for depression... I contemplated suicide 3 times in my life. From those who know me today, it would be a surprise even for my wife at the time because I still kept smiling while in public and created the illusion I felt people expected of me. Second, in many communities, there is a stigma around getting help as being weak. So people keep quiet and learn to be functional while we are suffering. Lastly, when you refer to something as trending it’s dismissive. Mental health isn’t trending, it’s just that more folks are discussing it..." Releasing this episode feels vulnerable. Either of us owns the truth and this episode aims to authentically share our process and quest to understand reality. *NOTE: After this recording, Derek sent Christina the voice text shared by Jack "WildChild" Brown (Black'ish star's Dad). Boss sent the message to Brown in May of 2022. Every human goes through struggles. This message is evidence that Boss was willing to talk to friends about personal details and seek help, not that he was capable of suicide. When Dilia Jelen and her former husband slipt many were left confused and in the dark. The two were publicly known in New York City for the work they did together to provide education and computer systems to children of abuse, extreme poverty, and human trafficking. Dilia was a full-time volunteer. Her ex-husband is the founder. They supported over 13,000 kids in 27 countries, including the United States.
To Christina, they were relationship role models. Feminine Weapon Day, an initiative dedicated to 'battling the ills of the world through love' which Christina begin in 2014, has raised over $75,000 for the children the couple once served together. Their divorce was reality-shaking.
The divorce left Dilia without money and in depression. Having since done work to heal herself, Dilia is now ready to get back to the children, entrusting Christina and the listeners of this podcast with her story. Dilia is now in a healthy relationship, happily married, and seeking to have children of her own by way of birthing or adopting.
While in her first marriage she founded ARTEAMOR, a 501c3 that brings art, healing, and transformational workshops to the children Dilia begin serving over a decade ago.
Together, through Feminine Weapon Day on January 30th, Christina and a tribe of loving humans will raise funds for ARTEAMOR to provide children with relationship skills and workshops like those featured on wedeepen.com (redesigned for kids).

Are gender roles necessary to keep society intact?
Coach Imari Tuakli and Christina unpack the question with Dr. John Gray for WeDeepen's Yes, And...
Dr. John Gray, an American self-help author and pop psychologist built a business empire out of his most famous book, Men Are from Mars, Women Are from Venus.
As a teenager, John became involved in the Transcendental Meditation (TM) movement and eventually became the personal assistant of TM founder Maharishi Mahesh Yogi. Gray took a vow of celibacy and traveled with the guru for nine years, learning firsthand the necessary attributes of a charismatic leader.
In 1992 Men Are from Mars, Women Are from Venus was released and became an NYTimes best seller. The book is based on Gray’s premise that men and women have different emotional requirements and that a misunderstanding of the differences leads to the breakdown of relationships.
Nearly 71 years of age, Dr. John Gray shares profound wisdom on the topics of gender differences, psychology, male ejaculation, how to please a woman, why he's monogamous, communication styles, and more.

EXPLICIT: The 9th Annual Feminine Weapon Day benefit took place at a mystical home in downtown Los Angeles. Since 2014, people have been gathering on January 30th to honor the power of femininity and co-creation, in benefit of children who are in need of care. Limited to just 50 people, the sold-out event was a one-night-only interactive theater, “The Space Between Stories.” The raved-about evening began with the group watching the sunset on a rooftop overlooking the city while two World Cup Winning fencers spared to music playing from a rare instrument called, the Ambox. If that wasn't enough to inspire chatter, magician Chad Nelson made his rounds for an extra later of wow.
At dusk, participants were guided through a mysterious silver door and into a whimsical world where ceremony and art came to life. Already connected through shared experience, people further bonded over heartfelt performances, a one-of-a-kind auction, and delicious food by Top Vegan Chef, Nicole Derseweh. No nobody objected to the event being booze-free. What touched every heart was a fireside chat with Christina and the executive director of She Ready Foundation, Dr. Thyonne Gordon. The group learned about issues with the foster care system, and how they can help ease the pain so many children experience on a daily basis. Proceeds from Feminine Weapon Day benefit at-risk youth and children in underserved communities to receive Art & Healing programs, like the ones WeDeepen presents for grownups, adjusted for kids. At the time of this recording, the 9th Annual event raised $8K for the She Ready Foundation from ticket sales, donations, and the auction. In total and through the years, Feminine Weapon Day has raised over $73,000.

Yossef Sagi's life was intertwined with the Kabbalah center for 25 years. He grew up thinking it was the only or best way to live. At age 35 Yossef felt stifled by the limits the center imposes. Curious about his own sexuality, Tantra, and other ways to grow, Yossef exited the system of Kabbalah to become spirituality sovereign.
Yossef and Christina have just returned from Unleash!, the 3-day transformational journey. Before the event, the two admired each other from afar, never having gotten the opportunity to deepen until now. Listen as they recap the event, Yossef's interesting life experiences, Kabbalah, and the consent exercise RDBSM, an acronym for Relationship, Desire, Boundaries, Sexual Health, and Meaning/After-care.
Since recording Christina and Yossef have begun planning a WeDeepen 5-day Transformational Tantra Massage Retreat for couples to deepen their connection to each other and singles to practice love.

Attended by 200+ people, Unleash! just wrapped its 3-Day Transformational Festival. Top Experience Designer and Master Coach, Yarixa Ferrao and a team of 50 people created a sober-free experience at Heartland Collective Campground just north of Sacramento that blew people open. The theme ‘Heaven on Earth’ intended to ignite participants into their fullest expression did just that—by way of performance, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Tantra, dance, breathwork, and two main rules: 1. No Substances and 2. Practice Consent.
The event's WhatsApp chat has not stopped pinging with stories of transformation since the event. Think rolling epiphanies. Movie-worthy.
Early in the episode you’ll hear Yarixa vulnerably share how she opened Unleash!, using EFT to forgive herself for being molested and for molesting her brother as a child in front of the entire group. Her share is a rampage that you’ll be sure to want to listen to again.
A coach to surely become a household name, meet Coach Yarixa once again following her premiere on episode 003.

Brian Howie is most known for podcasting, second for love, and third for politics. He’s a producer of the WeDeepen Podcast Network, creator of “The Great Love Debate” and founder of Podpopuli, a growing chain of podcasting studios. He hosts five shows himself. Brian has been advising since 2017 when he helped launch Christina’s first podcast, “Your Love Accomplice.” The two banter about the 36 Questions, being an investigator in relationships, the meaning of love, and Christina’s appearance on Andy Cohen’s new show “Ex-Rated.” Christina shares her disappointment that WeDeepen’s application for the Shuttered Venue Operators (SVO) Grant was denied by the government. The company was anticipating $25,000 to use for their relaunch.

DEEPEN WITH CHRISTINA begins here! Frank Donner and Christina met at the CSQ Founders Dinner in February of 2020, right before COVID eroded WeDeepen’s progress in the Los Angeles market. Frank, who co-founded the award-winning BLKBX Creative Group, was impressed with Christina, her team, and her vision. Soon after meeting, he became a key advisor. In this episode, the two reflect on what’s transpired since their first sit-down meeting in WeDeepen’s office at Cross Campus Beverly Hills, formerly known as Death Row Records. Recorded from a steamy car in Santa Monica, WeDeepen begins again.

YOUR LOVE ACCOMPLICE: Sex is the most powerful energy on the planet. Yet our educational curriculums neglect it, and sometimes we feel uncomfortable publicly speaking our truth about it. Alorah Inanna's teachings on intimacy have transformed the lives of thousands. Today Alorah is a Deepen Guide and host of Midnights With 'Mary' happening most Fridays in the Los Angeles area. Listen as she and I get super personal and discuss her work as a pioneer in sexual and sensual healing. This conversation is worthy of your time. Our transparency, and the stories shared, may stretch your heart/mind beyond your current reality.
YOUR LOVE ACCOMPLICE: Dating & Meditating is an in-person gathering happening weekly in Venice, CA. Guided by meditation teacher Andrew Barrett, the group meditates for 20-minutes and then hashes out a relationship-oriented topic like "Sending Mixed Signals," "Dating Multiple People" or "Romance vs. Life Partnership." The experience is packed each week with highly conscious, interesting beings. Most are single and all desire to achieve healthy, meaningful relationships. Listen as Andrew and Christina recap what they've learned about dating over the past four months since the experience began. You'll hear thoughts on money as it relates to dating, monogamy vs. matriarchy, and why you must directly ask the questions you seek answers to. Growth is found here.
YOUR LOVE ACCOMPLICE: Shame, Jim Carrey, and a vulnerability hangover flushed through my consciousness before entering this conversation with Anthony David Adams. Anthony, a Relationship Coach and part owner of Majagual (an island in Panama), and I are seekers, explorers of life and the human psyche. Relational love may be our greatest fascination. Because love, when in action, has the ability to break-down barriers, open new mental/emotional portals, and evolve civilization. Curiosity has me wondering how our thoughts may shift your perspectives. Hmm.
YOUR LOVE ACCOMPLICE: Do you feel your biological clock ticking? Gina Patel, age 38, desired to be a mother. Rather than wait for the "right man" to arrive and potentially miss her child-birthing years, she chooses insemination. And while the road has been filled with unforeseen challenges, Gina now has a beautiful 4-month old baby girl and absolutely no regrets. Listen to her inspiring story as she vulnerably shares her process to becoming a Choice Mother and how she's learning to navigate the question, "Who's her Daddy?"
YOUR LOVE ACCOMPLICE: My long-time friend and former flatmate, Danielle, of New York City, and I connect for a conversation about love. The morning of this recording, I suggested relationship coaching as a therapeutic form of reflection and catalyst for growth. In this intimate portrayal, Danielle struggles with identity, self-love, and direction, days after the end of a 5-year relationship. This episode is relatable to all women out there who question their self-worth immediately after a man has left physically but his emotional and spiritual presence still resides within.
YOUR LOVE ACCOMPLICE: Greta Hassel Grace, a Marriage and Family Therapist + "Calling in 'The One" Coach and Dennis Cohen, a Divorce Mediator + Conscious Uncoupling Coach, met while at an ecstatic dance. Both in their 50s and dating other people, Greta and Dennis developed a friendship first. Without pressure, the connection eventually turned romantic and led to marriage. As a couple, they glow. Seeing the pair at parties and events on the West Side of Los Angeles, you can't help but notice them. They have the type of relationship pasted on vision boards. Sitting in a Red Tent at their home in Mar Vista, we talk about their love story, the challenges of dating, and the types of experiences they create for singles and couples to inspire healthy unions. Leaving the conversation, I feel more ready for love.
YOUR LOVE ACCOMPLICE: Can a psychic really help you navigate your love life? I get into it with Professional Intuitive, Terrie Huberman, who's also the guide of an Intuitive Matchmaking Experience in Los Angeles. I find psychics have the ability to get us unstuck from the past and into flow with the possibility and potential of the future. Love is found in mystery. Yet, giving too much power to someone else's word may also be dangerous. Can another really perfectly predict your future? Isn't energy always shifting and changing? Listen as Terrie and I share our own hang-ups and how intuition acts as your guide to love.
YOUR LOVE ACCOMPLICE: Venturing through my first festival with Alorah Inanna, Intimacy Expert & Lightning In A Bottle speaker, and Craig Ruble, a student of Alorah's teachings, fostered a fascinating observation of human dynamics. Recorded in an SUV surrounded by 30,000 campers inspired a conversation about east coast vs. west coast dating, sexual vs. sensational touch, and how many are searching & sorting for "The One." All around us people participated in yoga, educational seminars, spiritual ceremonies, live music, DJs, dance parties - many high on life or a variety of drugs. As upload this episode I'm left thinking, what if all of us - thousands - were stuck by that lake for six months? Would we then find who or what we're seeking? Hmm.
YOUR LOVE ACCOMPLICE: Author Stephen Covey says that human's greatest achievement is interdependence. On the journey to discover a best-suited life partner, willing to dance within the container of a relationship, thoughts are formed, shifted, created, and expanded. Boundaries become established in the exploration of the connection. For this episode I invite Rachel Maskell, Story Alchemist and founder of The Story Circle, married for ten years, to converse with me about how boundaries develop in a relationship. We flow through the topic which may sound relatable or even trigger you. Take note of how it pulls at you.
YOUR LOVE ACCOMPLICE: I’ve heard that many Americans and Western Europeans are starved for touch. To shift us into connection, Certified and Professional Cuddlers, even studios designed for cuddle sessions, are popping up in California. Christina Hepburn, a Professional Cuddler, and host of "T&A Sex Talk", have a fun conversation about touch, the benefits of cuddling and how to incorporate it while dating or when getting to know another before liquid contact. My new motto: Keep your arms open and don't be afraid to touch (only when consensual, please).
YOUR LOVE ACCOMPLICE: Friends Yarixa Ferrao and Nick Onken have a spontaneous Saturday conversation with me about dating, connecting, and unleashing fears. Movement—be it dancing or just going out into the world—opens you up to newness, nearly freeing you, and allowing for magic moments of creation and connection, like this one to happen. Yarixa and Nick meet just moments before I hit record, surrendering by saying YES! to share this podcast. Whether in New York City, Los Angeles, or anywhere else in the world, meeting in real life always feels better than through an app... or at least it does for me.
YOUR LOVE ACCOMPLICE: Energy is moving through us. I'm constantly shifting, changing, and learning. Every podcast guest becomes a messenger. Heather Askinosie and Timmi Jandro, co-founders of The Energy Muse, uncomfortably pushed me forward - literally becoming my energy muse. Anxiety ran through my body as we recorded. As my own worst critic I needed time to shake and move beyond it. Months later, while Mercury is in Retrograde, I'm ready to share this episode with you. We talk crystals, opening your heart, and preparing for love. Can you sense the change or shift in my being since episode one? I imagine you to have changed as well. Evolution is inevitable. Thanks for sharing this wild journey with me!
YOUR LOVE ACCOMPLICE: Lauren Wallet of Rebella destroyed an identity she was once known for in South Africa. Author of Love Lauren, a blog that detailed life as a Professional Dater, no longer fed her soul. After fleeing to Los Angeles Lauren learns the difference between "dating" and "seeing each other" as she more deeply meets herself 90-days sober. Lauren and I talk about self-evolution and the anxiety that can take over when a new love seems to disconnect. Is time really an illusion in matters of the heart? Or should we accept the cycle of creating and destroying?
YOUR LOVE ACCOMPLICE: Is he an Alpha or Beta Man? A "Player" or there for you to have fun with (until you're done)? Brian Howie, Host of The Great Love Debate, and I bring you a double podcast. While the two of us may be at the center of the Dating Industry, each having spoken to thousands about dating + relating, we're still in our process of "figuring it all out." Join us for a fun conversation as we talk about unique male archetypes and a dragon penis tattoo. I imagine the conversation to further your thoughts.
YOUR LOVE ACCOMPLICE: Whether home in New York or Los Angeles, I find myself gravitating towards those with more life experience who appear enlightened. Driven by curiosity, I want access to their knowledge. Alorah Inanna, age 69, radiates Goddess energy. Her long gray hair, glowing skin, and white sheer wrapped gown make heads turn. I first noticed her at events and in pictures on social media. I wanted to know her. Alorah began working with the plant medicine, Ayashausa, in the 1980s. Guided by the Divine, she and her now-deceased husband guided thousands of people towards more fulfilling relationships for over a decade. Now, at her sacred space, a Temple in Marina Del Rey, CA, where we recorded this episode, Alorah guides singles and couples through sensual, not sexual, experiences. Alorah talks, as I listen intently, about why society is touch-starved, the difference between liquid and non-liquid contact, and how not talking provides an opportunity for a deeper connection. Listen as she drops bombs of wisdom. What will you pick up?
YOUR LOVE ACCOMPLICE: Most people aren't meant to be together for forever. Within a breakup, you may find life lessons that prepare you for the love your soul truly desires. While challenging, breakups can also be cathartic, liberating and transformative if you're willing to make a conscious decision to move through the pain and heal.
Amy Chan, known as the scientific Carrie Bradshaw, is the founder of Renew Breakup Bootcamp. Finally, a destination that accelerates recovery! Amy and I chat about how we've personally overcome heartache and the knowledge she's accrued from years of studying breakups. Our conversation flows in and out of dating and relationships, emphasizing how important it is to heal and stay in your center. Because when in alignment with your soul, connection to another who's in alignment as well comes with greater ease.
YOUR LOVE ACCOMPLICE: Are we half-souls seeking, searching for our other half? Or should we just look for a companion - someone to be our life partner? My gay best friend, Ezequiel Leal, and I journey through a conversation about soul connections. Over time we've learned to practice the discovery of self and to follow the heart. Having faith in life and love, while aligning with your own soul, maybe what calls your soulmate into your vortex, instantly connecting you. Listen in and don't get tricked by time. Time is an illusion. Karma, cause, and effect are always at play, especially in love.
YOUR LOVE ACCOMPLICE: Two years ago I ended a relationship after reading Bryan Reeves' article, "Choose Her Everyday (or Leave Her)." The article was read by millions. In this episode, I finally get to pick the brain (and heart) of the man known as the "Relationship Insight Ninja" - Bryan Reeves - on the difference between man and woman OR masculine and feminine energies. We flow in conversation about the journey of self-discovery that one must ride through to arrive in a state of readiness for deeply connected love. Are you ready?
YOUR LOVE ACCOMPLICE: We all come from sex. Its ecstasy makes me tingle. However, I advise, never sleep with someone you wouldn't want to be. Dr. Cat Meyer, a renowned Sex Therapist, and I have a deep conversation about the journey to sexual freedom and pleasure. Our intention for sharing our conversation with you is to spark self-query. We don't own the truth. We hope to guide you further to yours though. Listen. Then go into you. Own your unique sexuality as an adventure. This is your story.
YOUR LOVE ACCOMPLICE: Life is a progression. Our experiences create a reality that is designed by how we respond to each moment. Why am I this way? Because of deep introspection. Yarixa Ferrao, of The Human Garage and creator of the SoulBody Method, and I reflect on our previous relationships, the guides we learned from, and how new trains of thoughts were formed. We also discuss what we love about men...like their bodies and how they're designed to please us!
YOUR LOVE ACCOMPLICE: The mantra So Purkh is known as the chant for men. Mara, a certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher, first told me about the prayer. Shortly after, I began a 40-day practice of reciting the prayer 11x daily. The Sikh mantra is said to uplift men, clear up karma around men, and bring out "The Man of God" in men. Some even call it "the love mantra" as it's also said to call in your one true (male) love. In this episode, Mara shares the heritage of So Purkh and the power of chanting it. Recorded on Day 17 of my practice, hear how it's shifting my relationship with the masculine. Both men and women are invited to chant So Purkh. I imagine it to leave you buzzing and vibrating higher than ever before with a greater capacity for love in your heart.
Update: Since the recording of this episode, Mara is no longer affiliated or promoting the work of Kundalini yoga founder, Yogi Bhajan.
YOUR LOVE ACCOMPLICE: Trying to predict how to share what's on your mind so that others receive it well can be exhausting. My guest, Robert Schwenkler, Founder of The Brotherhood Men's Leadership Community, lovingly speaks his truth even if you don't like it. Robert, who first said no to being on this podcast, draws people towards him with his honesty and desire to do/be better. Listen as we chat about male/female friendship, transformational work, and $$$ from his home in Santa Monica, CA
YOUR LOVE ACCOMPLICE: Lightworkers help us remove blind spots. Prior to recording this episode, I experienced a Bone and Reiki Healing session with Ssanyu Birigwa, also a Practitioner of Narrative Medicine. Listen as we recap the session. Through deep inner work, guided by the anxiety in my chest, my mindset around money and my value shifted, allowing me to step further into my power as a healer and lover. From a closet in West Hollywood, Ssanyu and I share our personal transformations and how they help us uplevel in life.
YOUR LOVE ACCOMPLICE: I have a theory that a man's life purpose is to make women happy. Nick Spano, founder of Re/Creation Cafe, doesn't exactly agree. He believes the purpose of his life is to love so greatly, with such devotion to love itself, that his love impacts the world around him. The byproduct of which makes women very happy. Listen as Nick opens up about how heartbreak is a catalyst, why community is vital to partnership, and how living a life in service to something bigger than yourself is the truest expression of love.
YOUR LOVE ACCOMPLICE: A conversation with Comedian Ross Everett feels like recess. We each throw out thoughts and catch epiphanies like children in a sandbox. While it appears that we may have it all "figured out," I can imagine sitting back down with him in 10 years and laughing about how far we've come. Ghosting, the power of pray, fantasy relationships, and attachment - we talk about it all in my longest but greatest mind journey podcast yet. You'll want to see Ross's show, Stop Stopping The Unstoppable, after hearing about it here!
YOUR LOVE ACCOMPLICE: Self-love leads to self-healing. Let's face it, we cannot rely on doctors to cure us. Get curious. Hopefully, no one knows you better than you. Neil Cannon, the best-selling author of The Vitality Secret, gets real about attraction and the energetic pull of good health. Unfortunately, many Americans are popping pills which suppress emotions and numb desires. Who's really in that body? I find out what makes this single man aged 37 tick. With you as our witness, Neil may have even shifted his perspective from workaholic to open to love.

YOUR LOVE ACCOMPLICE: Kesha Nichols, former NBA Dancer & VH1 Reality Star, left New York City to re-enter life in her hometown of Morganton, NC. Leaving behind private jets and a penthouse apt, she found herself and regained her faith. Two years later, her soulmate walked through the Bible Study doors. Kesha and I talk about aging proudly, conversational narcissism, and how loving yourself may be the key to finding love with another.
YOUR LOVE ACCOMPLICE: As children, we're first domesticated by our parents and then by society. At sixteen, my friends began drinking. I followed suit. I wanted to fit in. It took me twenty years to realize that I don't really like the effects alcohol has on my brain, body, and spirit. At thirty-six, I recently embarked on a 365-day challenge to live life without booze. My guest, Sasha Stone, one of my life coaches, eliminated alcohol from her life years ago. We talk sobriety, social hacking, and how to love your relationship now. We're all unique beings. What's right for me or Sasha may not be right for you. However, our conversation may evoke envy or inspiration to think about dating, your relationships, or your life differently.
YOUR LOVE ACCOMPLICE: What is it like growing up in the age of dating apps? How does it impact our social skills? I talk with Alex Weber and Kyle Kazanjian-Amory of Don't Tell Comedy about what it's like to be single at age 25 and 30 living in Los Angeles. This podcast journeys through the definition of love, soulmates, overcoming shyness and how being in flow with your life purpose may help you attract a partner who helps you achieve it. We even imagine a dating app that matches you with someone who has similar childhood wounds to help you self-correct. No matter the age, love is on the mind.
YOUR LOVE ACCOMPLICE: Listen in as Shaun Derik, Creator of The Hard Part Show, and I explore "perspective" as it relates to dating and relationships. It's like we're all merely making up our own stories; casting people into our lives without a complete understanding of who they really are. How do we change this? Perfecting our communication skills? New social contracts? Expressed deep curiosity of another? Or could it be that we all just need to start being more honest with ourselves?
YOUR LOVE ACCOMPLICE: We've all heard, "you'll meet your mate when you stop looking and accept being single." The chatter heard is hard not to catch and latch onto, mistaking it as our truth. I call bullsh*t on it all. What's right for me may not be right for you. I speak with a best friend and leader in the psychedelic movement about faith in the pursuit of love from an undisclosed location. We explore procreation, age, fertility, genetics, and timing. Listen in. Could it be that we just need to trust life a bit more?
YOUR LOVE ACCOMPLICE: The ever-expanding expectation we place on our significant other to be our everything may be caused by the lack of authentic male and female friendships. America's Top Relationships blogger, James Micheal Sama, and I debate the subject referencing The Ladder Theory, Esther Perel's research, and our personal relationships. Can men and women be just friends? I believe it's a must. Listen and decide for yourself!
YOUR LOVE ACCOMPLICE: Plant medicines, like ayahuasca, heal, inspire creativity and open us up to deeper, greater love. People who use them often report a sense of reconnection with themselves, others, and the natural world. I talk shamanistic love with friends Alexander & Aychele Hill who met during a plant ceremony in the jungle and married just months later. Should you run into the jungle to find love too?! Maybe!
YOUR LOVE ACCOMPLICE: It's reported that 40 million people experience anxiety. For me, it's circumstantial. Andrew Barrett, a Vedic Meditation Guide, and I discuss tools to calm your nerves when stepping outside of your comfort zone. Excitement and anxiety may feel similar as we expand to take in a new partner to arrive in love, in union with each other. Stay with it. Awareness creates the opening.
YOUR LOVE ACCOMPLICE: You want to marry an evolved being? Become one! I talk about self-development and how it prepares us for our dream relationship with the newly engaged couple, Quddus Philippe and Carmina Becerra. Straight from Burning Man, they share why transformational training may be where you'll meet your mate - and find yourself!
YOUR LOVE ACCOMPLICE: Life shifts, changes, and molds as new relationships enter. Sarah Anne Stewart seeded what ultimately became Underground Unattached (UU). A former model, Sarah, guides humans toward greater fulfillment. After hosting numerous wellness retreats she received many requests - from men and women - to make romantic introductions. Sarah and I talk about the "singles event" which ultimately became UU and led her to meet her partner, Craig Clemens. Together, as a couple, the two experience powerful relationship coaching.
YOUR LOVE ACCOMPLICE: Imagine life if men realized their life purpose to make women happy. And if all women were lovers of men. Christina talks about Feminine versus Masculine energy with Brian Howie of "The Great Love Debate" and Amanda Young of "Urban Goddess Retreats." Are we all just spiritually malnutritioned? Brian and Amanda share how men and women may better connect - and the possibilities that can be revealed!
