Lyndall Allan is the Director of Salt Property, with over 23 award winning years in the industry behind her.
Lyndall was encouraged by friends, family, and former clients to strike out on her own after her long-term success in the property sector.
She is the only female auctioneer in the Newcastle region and is consistently at the top of her game, combining a mix of diligence and enthusiasm, with a fluent and engaging communication style.
Lyndall loves to travel and a few years ago she drove around Australia in a caravan with her husband and three beautiful children. They were open to relocation but couldn’t find anywhere they liked as much as Newcastle so; they came home and Salt Property was born.

Sarah Hovanyecz is a Senior Associate at Osborn Law with more than ten years’ experience in the legal profession. She completed of a Bachelor of Laws with Honours at the University of Wollongong in 2014 and relocated to Newcastle in 2015, and was admitted as a solicitor of the Supreme Court.
She is currently serving as Chairperson and Non-Executive Director of Hunter Prelude Limited, and Non-Executive Director of Hunter Young Professionals, and is an avid reader believing that learning is a lifelong necessity which has led her to being involved in mentoring within the local community.
Outside of the office, Sarah is a keen netballer, and endeavours to incorporate daily exercise into her schedule. She actively supports several charity initiatives in the local area, including volunteering with Dog Rescue Newcastle and taking part in the Cancer Council – Stars of Newcastle 2023 dancing and fundraising initiative.

Adrienne Donnelly is the founder of Organised by Adrienne. In 2016, she saw a need in the market for Virtual Assistants and established her business to provide all round support for small business owners.
Based in Crown Street, Newcastle, Adrienne’s diverse creative team work with her on numerous projects for clients in a range of industries.
Adrienne is also the Co-Founder of the Newcastle Virtual Assistant Network and has a variety of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, Office Administration, and Operations Management.

Jason Schutz is a highly experienced professional in the facilities management industry, bringing more than two decades years of expertise to the table.

Kylie Frearson is a passionate advocate for the buyer in a property transaction. This lead her to launch Buyer’s Agent business Property Solutions 101 in 2011.
She saw a need for buyers to have their own independent representation to level the playing field when purchasing property and made creating this opportunity her goal with her business.
Kylie is an extremely sharp negotiator, with years of local real estate knowledge, and has built a team of professionals just as passionate as she is.
Outside of work Kylie is passionate about supporting women in sport and business, which has lead her to launching a range of different initiatives and scholarships. Kylie and her husband Trent want to be the best possible example for their three daughters.

Kimberly Lewis is the General Manager of local not for profit charity, Hunter Prelude. The organisation supports children with disability, developmental delay and complex support needs to participate in family, school and community life.
She kicked off her career in speech pathology, working within the Government, non-government and private sectors, and more recently has experience in leading teams under the NDIS.
Her career path has been driven by her personal experience with disability, Kimberly was born deaf in her right ear and then during her teen years was diagnosed with Meniere’s disease, which affects the inner ear.
Kimberly is motivated to support women in the workplace and provide all employees with an inclusive and flexible environment.
She is passionate about promoting the rights of people with disability, and supporting access, inclusion and diversity in the community.
Even though it doesn’t seem like she has much of it, in her spare time Kimberly is studying her MBA at UON, likes to walk her dogs and has fun filming Auslan song collaborations with friends.

Chad is the founder of Accessibility in the City, an organisation that supports individuals with accessibility issues and assists them by providing a mapping and navigation tool.
His advocacy for accessibility and inclusion began in 2013 when he started to use a wheelchair to navigate his hometown of Newcastle. In doing this he found a number of physical barriers in the built environment limited his ability to move freely and experience the same events and work opportunities as others.
Chad’s latest project includes working with Transport for NSW on an COVID Safe return to Sydney’s CBD for people with disabilities partnering with community transport application PeepsRide.

Adam Lancey was appointed General Manager at BHP – Mt Arthur Coal in 2019 and has over a decade of experience in the mining industry. He has held roles in finance, business improvement, operations, and logistics.
In addition to his day-to-day responsibilities, Adam’s efforts within the community don’t go unnoticed and he was awarded NSW Diversity Champion in 2016 after being an active member of WIMnet for a number of years. Throughout this role he has participated in their mentoring program.

Kurt Fearnley is a Paralympic gold medalist, corporate speaker and author.
Being born without the lower portion of his spine has never held him back. Some major achievements include crawling the Kokoda Track raising awareness and funding for men’s health charity Movember and Beyond Blue, crewing a winning Sydney to Hobart yacht and winning dozens of marathons around the world.
It wasn’t until his teenage years that Kurt turned his attention to wheelchair sports. He kicked off his career with two silver medals at the 2000 Sydney Paralympic games, and the rest as they say is history.
He is a passionate disability advocate and devotes himself to multiple charitable initiatives, not only Hunter-based but nationally as well.
Kurt has been recognized for multiple awards and honours over the years due to his achievements both in an out of sport. The most recent being 2019 NSW Australian of the Year.

Councillor Declan Clausen was first elected to the City of Newcastle in February 2015 and has served as the City’s Deputy Lord Mayor since September 2017. He is the first openly gay Deputy Lord Mayor of Newcastle, and the youngest person to ever hold the position.

Amy Lovat is the Founder and Owner of social enterprise and retail store, Secret Book Stuff. As a lover of writing and reading, Amy completed her PHD in English (Creative Writing) at the University of Newcastle in 2016.
Since then, Amy has worked as a freelance writer, editor, proof-reader, research assistant and university lecturer for Creative Writing.
Amy’s love for reading and writing inspired her to establish Secret Book Stuff in June 2017 as a Random Acts of Kindness Project. The project began with Amy wrapping her personal book collection in recycled brown paper, with a hand-written note for strangers to find andtake home from various places across Newcastle. The project began to grow organically and soon became a small online business and is now a physical book store, which she opened in June 2019 with her partner, Laura.

Josh Carter is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of Carter Heavy Haulage, a heavy haulage business based out in Rutherford. Before establishing the businessin 2013, Josh was employed as a heavy diesel mechanic with his local Kenworth dealership, a position he picked up straight out of high school.
After completing his trade, Josh began working alongside his grandfather Ken in their transport family business. Soon after Ken retired, Josh and his wife, Leonnie, decided to continue in his family’s footsteps.
On an average day at work, you will find Josh either behind the wheel of his beloved truck or working hard to manage client enquiries and quotes at HQ. Josh’ passion for trucks has seen him dedicate his life to the transport industry.
In fact, Josh was recognised for this dedication in 2018 when he received recognition as the Best Professional Driver of the Year at the Road Freight NSW Awards. While it is one of his greatest achievements, he believes it is on par with the purchase of his pride and joy, the Kenworth Legend 900 #189.

Declan Edwards is the Founder and Owner of BU Coaching, an Australian online college designed to help people accelerate their personal development and emotional wellbeing. His main goal in life is to positively impact as many lives as possible.
After studying Positive Psychology, NLP, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Declan concluded that the best way to positively impact people’s lives was to help them be happier and more fulfilled.
Declan is also a published author, award-winning entrepreneur, board member for hyp, (Hunter Young Professionals) and has been recognised among the Top 16 Coaches in Australia. When Declan isn't working, you'll either find him spending quality time with his wife and their Chocolate-Lab x Staffy, Teddy, or singing along to RnB and rap classics and playing his acoustic guitar.
