In this final episode the Henry Ford orthopaedic residents discuss the challenges of being the only female resident in their class; they discuss how they deal with the patient perception that they are a nurse and not a doctor because they are a woman. Finally, the junior residents ask poignant questions of the senior residents on how to be taken seriously and how to be assertive but not become labeled as difficult.
