What brings people to Great Falls? For more than 130 new medical students each year, it's the opportunity to begin their journey toward becoming a physician.

For the fourth year, Glacier National Park is implementing a vehicle reservation system to manage traffic and improve the visitor experience in 2024.

Some significant changes have been made from the 2023 season, including no vehicle reservation required at the St. Mary entrance on the east side of the park (about 2.5 hours from Great Falls).

Rebecca and Mari walk you through the press release from Glacier National Park about the changes to their ticketing system for the 2022 summer season. Four of the seven entrances into Glacier National Park will require a ticketed reservation, and some camping grounds will require reservations. The tickets will only be for 3 days instead of 7 days, like they were in 2021. This year, a 1-day ticketed reservation will be needed to access the North Fork region through Polebridge Ranger Station. Follow along with us as we try and figure out how this summer will go.

Kim Martin, a former realtor of 18 years in Great Falls, Montana, shares how the Great Falls Realtors Association started the project to get the 30' x 50' flag at Overlook Park, which is lovingly referred to as Flag Hill. Costing $9,000 a year, the project is completely funded by volunteers and fundraisers. And yes, American Legion will send you a text message when the flag is to be flown at half-staff.

The Celtic Cowboy participated in the event last year, along with seven over establishments. Although The Celtic Cowboy's Sweet Tart Mimosa didn't win last year, people continue to ask to order it. Last year over 2,000 mimosas were sold, and there probably would have been more sold if Great Falls didn't run out of champagne and Prosecco. Voting was hosted on Facebook, and Facebook crashed since so many people were trying to place their votes. All in all, it was a great time and Enbär won with their Cloud 9 Mimosa. But year, things will be different! We have new additions and features, and are making it an all-weekend event.
