Hello and happy Thursday! For well over a decade Tom has been Scott Mosier's personal trainer. Their friendship, bond, connection and alignment grew over the years. For the past year Tom has had Ep 500 on his mind and what he would truly love to see happen... and it did! He asked Scott and Scott said yes and it filled Tom with joy - in a way he had not felt ever. 'Anam Cara' is an Irish term for someone you share deep things with. That is what Tom and Scott shared. It is the thing Tom loves most (next to Zen) and dogs (as does Scott) - his chats with Scott while they train. Tom gives Scott a killer workout and they play verbal/mental tennis the entire time, twice a week - every week! Recording the episode was a joy; Tom being very in the moment and at times forgetting he was recording a podcast. It's definitely the longest episode of PYP and the one Tom is most proud of. On the 500th episode of PYP you can see the version that Tom has become. Being PRO YOU has benefited Tom. Doing the podcast has benefited Tom in many ways. Tom is very thankful for the podcast, the listeners, NIKO! And Scott! For being Scott, for impacting Tom's life and being awesome on the 500th episode of PYP!
ENJOY!!! And as always...
THANK YOU, thank you and thank you for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom was in a very good place while he recorded this episode. He is very at peace with PYP and his decision to get to 500 and take a break. He has also healed physically from his injuries and 2026 is feeling good! One of Tom's biggest lessons of personal growth is recognizing our minds are prediction machines. Your mind will come up with story after story. Put in the time and effort to create the space in order to observe yourself and become aware that they are stories and you can come up with a story that serves you. Tom is very excited for #500 and he has become very proud of PYP and his journey. Thank you, thank you and thank you for listening! ENJOY!

Hello and happy Thursday! Another year comes to an end and another PYP episode reflecting on the past year. 2025 began with Tom having an injury and it ended with Tom having an injury. But in no way has Tom attached meaning to either. It was another year of Tom becoming a better version of himself. One thing Tom has found sustainable. Tom looks back and highlights some of the moving moments of 2025 with his client stories, Zen stories and personal growth stories. A big thank you to all the listeners for another year of PYP. Tom is still planning on getting to Ep. 500 and if all goes well, he will! Enjoy, and as always, thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Simply put, this was a feel-good episode for Tom to record. No thought about 'what to share', 'will PYP continue', 'how long of a break'; just Tom's heart being full. A lot of people talk about 'starting' something and never do. Or start, and at the first hurdle they quit. Tom's approaching 500 episodes that he has recorded for over a decade - where's the bad? Tom has always said/felt 'if he affects one person it was worth doing' and on today's episode, Tom actually shares two different Pro You stories of lives affected by PYP. Let's just say Tom gets emotional - in the best of ways! A couple amazing stories and of course a few 'sticky note' notes. Tom truly hopes you enjoy this episode because he sure did! Enjoy, and as always, thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! A deep dive for Tom this episode. Tom shares his current thoughts on PYP and where he is along his journey of personal growth. Reality hit as he began to record - "not everything is truly up to us" - thus, acceptance of reality is key. He shares what life is like now that it has become quieter. Tom shares a few profound moments he has experienced lately. And those are the moments that Tom has while training and chatting with his Anam Cara. Getting to Ep. 500 is a goal of Tom's. With that being said, Tom is the best version he has ever been and he looks at all of life with a different lens/perspective. Tom is thankful for PYP, for Niko, for the listeners and the growth that has occurred while recording PYP over the past decade. As always, enjoy and thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Another episode of PYP is up and ready to be listened to (Link in BIO) and Tom had a lot to share. Are things 'good' or 'bad' and why do we have to categorize them, label them? There's a story Tom has shared multiple times with the moral being 'We'll See'. If you asked Tom about the most profound, moving, life changing moments he's experienced, every one he would share began as a 'bad' thing. So it's gotta make one wonder, no? A poignant story about a client and two other client stories. And lastly, one of the biggest impacts Tom has had in his life, out of the blue, never saw it coming and why he did so well while he was in it. And still is.
Good or Bad..?
We'll see!
Enjoy, and as always, thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Yes, it's been a minute. But Tom is consistently doing one thing: he's doing Tom. Right, wrong, good or bad, Tom has the clarity to choose wisely what he does and doesn't do, in lieu of how others may feel about his choices. Which would be his advice to the listeners - do you! Tom was a different version a decade ago when he began PYP. As one changes, grows, evolves, the things one looks at changes. How you look at things change. This is moving forward and this is Tom's focus. He spends less and less time thinking about yesterday as well as tomorrow. Today is what matters. Today is what is in his control so that's where his focus lies. Not sure where the podcast will go in the future but one thing for sure Tom will be Tom. And yes, he's got some stories for you today! Enjoy, and as always, THANK YOU for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! First and foremost, Tom did not get a new dog. But he has an amazing story about a dog he met named Buddha. That, combined with a book he received for his birthday, are having a real impact on Tom's Pro You journey. The main reason for this episode was due to an email story Tom received from one half of the dynamic duo that is The Canadian Assassins! And to bring it all around full circle, Tom discusses the Anterior Mid-Cingulate Cortex - yes, you got that right! Tom recently replied to "how are you doing" with two answers: 1- Tom showed them the book he's currently reading and 2- I'm the best I've ever been and I'm 60! Just a fun filled episode of PYP! Enjoy, and as always, thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom openly admitted the last two episodes of PYP were a bit uncomfortable to record. There was darkness in Tom's world as well as the real world and although Tom found the light - it was not all 'feel good'. March was when the darkness lifted and clarity landed upon Tom's path. With that, his health and Zen's health were doing great and gratitude was alive and well along Tom's path. Finding the light consistently also allows one to be a light for others; which to Tom, there is no greater purpose. Tom is incredibly grateful and Tom is 'Calm' at 60. Enjoy, and as always, thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom is very thankful to be 'here now' with PYP and it's Ten Year Anniversary! One fact truly sets the tone for this episode; Tom recorded it and then accidentally erased it. Now that comes with the knowledge that Tom has been 'in it' for awhile; searching for the light within the storm. So it took Tom a week to re-record this episode. "What's behind this mountain you're climbing? More mountains!" is a quote Tom loves and returns to it for this episode. Tom clearly remembers growing up wondering at what age - when in life - does this discomfort fade and the fear goes away - forever..? Now Tom knows it never happens. How one deals with, manages, and exists with that knowledge will determine how successful their Pro You path will be.
A big shout out THANK YOU to Sir Hardwick for this opportunity ten years ago and to Niko, the best producer ever!
And THANK YOU, THANK YOU and THANK YOU to ALL the listeners of PYP!
Enjoy, and as always, thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! There's a lot of bad in the world. There has always been bad in the world. So how do we navigate our lives, our Pro You paths, in lieu of the bad? Tom has mentioned the donut and the hole before - "You cannot get a donut without a hole" - no one gets a life without suffering. So there's the "Storm" and the "Light": that which is created by your effort. What Is in your control is what serves you, and what will help you evolve and become the best version of yourself; therefore allowing the best potential to stay more mindful of the donut and not the hole. The light within the storm. Enjoy, and as always, thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! A lot has been going on for Tom in 2025. A lot has been going on in California in 2025. A secret to no one what devastation has occurred throughout Los Angeles. So many people losing everything, so incredibly sad. Can you believe Tom has a very Pro You story describing his personal experience with the fires? Well, he does. And this was solid proof that what Tom had described in the last episode about experiencing a huge shift "In Omnia Paratus" but how would he handle his next test? Well he passed with flying colors. But, there was no excitement or much want to share a podcast episode solely about LA burning. On Wednesday January 8 Tom made the decision to pack his vehicle just in case. Which he had never experienced in all his years in California. On Friday January 17 a tiny kitten chose Tom as her owner. Tom was not looking for anything to add to his life. Not looking for a second pet and definitely not ever going to get a cat.
What transpired with this kitten and Tom is why this episode came out; something wonderfully positive to balance what Tom shares on this episode. The Donut and the Hole. The Yin and the Yang. What one can control and what one cannot. Deeming yourself worthy and experiencing a new and better you. Enjoy, and as always, thanks for listening!

Hello, happy Thursday and Happy New year. In lieu of when this episode came out, it is the official last episode of 2024. And yes, PYP has gone Latin! One of the takeaways from this past year was 'it's not how it begins, it's how it ends'. It seems like every year has its challenges and like most, Tom has his. But Tom was aware that he was doing better in moments than he had in the past; he felt real growth in some challenging areas. December rolled in and there was a very tangible shift for Tom. Similar to that of 2020. Tom explains what 'In Omnia Paratus' means and what it meant to him. Tom also reflects on the moments that moved him the most in 2024. Tom once again is so very thankful for the podcast, for Niko and especially for the listeners. PYP is getting close to being 10 years old and Ep. #500 is around the corner. That means a lot to Tom. PYP means a lot to Tom.
Thank you, thank you and thank you.
Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! The second half of this episode's title: "Is not about you being comfortable". It is truly the Hero's Journey. One leaves what is familiar and faces the unknown, uncertain and unfamiliar. While on this path one will find consistent discomfort. That is why one grows along this path. It is a path of personal growth. Tom had quite a few sticky notes but not a consistent theme. Then Tom got a new client and the personal trainer version that he is now came out. Tom had the experience, the clarity and the awareness to truly prepare this new client for what was ahead. One of Tom's favorite words is Pyung Ahn which means Peaceful Confidence. It is a truly wonderful thing to know that feeling along your path. This doesn't take away the bad, the tests, the life challenges but it changes your relationship with those things that are not in your control. Again, that is a better feeling - a better experience - even though one is going through a challenging time. Tom wanted to mention how much he truly appreciates his listeners. Enjoy, and as always, thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom has consistently taken notes; plans out and organizes the info before he records a podcast. The title "A Test" is about the physical and mental test Tom has experienced the past two months. His next choice also became a bit of a test. He awoke on Sunday morning and decided to record a podcast sharing the story but he hadn't taken any notes - no sticky notes. In the past, Tom used to just grab the mic and begin recording. So it became a 'test within a test' recording this episode. Then, right before he began recording, he experienced computer issues. Now, a test within a test, within a test - how poetic! Good news Tom made it through all the tests and by the time he had finished recording, there was a definite end to the story/test that Tom was experiencing. All's well that ends well! Enjoy, and as always, thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! The title is from a dear friend that Tom chats with frequently. They kept passing it back and forth and pretty soon Tom had shared it with clients. It was truly resonating. So Tom asked for his friend's permission to use it as the title and permission was granted! When someone is on a Pro You path of personal growth, they are on the lookout for tools, steps, doorways, new grooves, anything and everything they can find that assists in their journey of self discovery. But as they continue to grow, they will continue to discover new things that resonate in new ways. So one may end up using a variety of tools, yet they are all similar. Find what works and do that! The notes Tom had collected didn't seem to have a consistent theme at first glance. But once Tom began, it all seemed to come together. Tom felt 'Calm' after he finished recording (Wink-wink!)
Enjoy, and as always, thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Well, it has been a month since we've last heard from the Canadian Assassin's Niko and Kosta, so Tom thought what a great excuse to check in with the dynamic duo and see how they are doing after just over a month of finishing their four week intensive challenge. Well, when Tom received an email from Niko just two hours before their meeting for Part Six stating they were both excited and they had stories to share, that's all Tom needed to hear! What a great final (?) episode and what an inspiring story to end with. The final thing Tom said to the duo was "None of what you shared on this episode would've happened if you had not accepted the challenge of increasing the level of discomfort along your Pro You path. Congrats!" Enjoy, and as always, thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! It feels like Tom has done a lot of episodes recently. Well, it's because he has! He's hoping that's a good thing! The flexibility Tom gave himself to simply record a PYP episode when he felt he had something of meaning to share also allowed him to be open to the possibility of having more to share - which means more episodes. This episode is almost a Part 2 of the previous episode. It picks up exactly where the last one ended. The positive was Tom's level of awareness in those moments. Once again it is not all wonderful and unicorns, but the 'good/donut' is that Tom was highly aware and chose appropriate responses. Tom's hope is that this depth of sharing helps people to find what resonates and how they can apply that to their path of personal growth. And lastly, it is real. It is confirmed. It IS happening! A CANADIAN EXPERIENCE PART VI COMING NEXT THURSDAY! Enjoy, and as always, thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Never before has Tom had an experience recording a PYP episode as he did this episode. Tom was originally excited to share some big news - "A Canadian Experience Part VI" is coming SOON! Tom kept collecting sticky notes waiting till he had enough for a full episode. Tom feels a funk come on but wakes up and has an amazing experience. So much so it's plenty to share and Tom gets excited to record. The morning he chooses to record the wheels start falling off. The good news is Tom was very aware as he observed himself and got through the obstacles and the funk to record this episode. So if nothing in the episode resonates maybe what Tom went through and got through will. Enjoy, and as always, thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! It feels like it's been awhile for Tom, well, because it has! Tom's podcast was taken over by Canadian Assassins! For the past whole month! And Tom already misses them! Tom reflects on the 'Canadian Experience' and shares what it meant to him. Tom also shares another podcast where he listened twice and took notes on it. Tom is also enjoying the book he's reading and shares what is resonating and why. Lastly, Tom has sticky notes that have been piling up since before the Canadian Experience happened. Which he shares and reflects on. Tom felt very thankful during the recording of this episode of the podcast. The opportunity to do what he does, share, and create the opportunity for something like the Canadian Experience to happen. Very proud and grateful. A big thank you to Niko and Kosta and to all the listeners. THANK YOU! Enjoy, and as always, thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! It has truly been an amazing, fulfilling and rewarding experience for Tom. He is so very thankful for the Ketsilis brothers from Canada! It was a great moment in Tom's life; a long time quest came to fruition. But so much credit goes to Niko and Kosta. Such a wonderful display of will and commitment. A true example of what being Pro You is. Each episode there were moments of learning, clarity, increased awareness and challenges. Tom was so excited for the final episode to share what he had been feeling as of late. And yes, Tom gets emotional and gets a sense of sadness the experience is over. Tom wanted to thank Niko and Kosta for being them, showing up, and creating a moment Tom will never forget. Enjoy, and as always, thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Wow. That's all Tom can say about this Canadian Experience. A wonderful thing is happening and it's happening to two very well deserving guys! Week One Niko and Kosta shared positive benefits. Week Two, the same. And Week Three was the best yet! These two guys on this journey and sharing their insights is immeasurable in Tom's eyes. It is an 'as perfect as you can get' Pro You story. A consistent and huge thank you to both Niko and Kosta for just being themselves! Tom is so very thankful - filled with gratitude! Hello and happy Thursday! Part 3 of 'A Canadian Experience' is up and ready to be listened to and it just gets better each week! It is a true Pro You story! And something Tom has always wanted to achieve through sharing these experiments with real people. Take two really good guys who are both on paths of personal growth and add a little more 'unfamiliar, unplanned, uncomfortable' and watch them flourish! There were wonderful results Part 1 and every session there is just more and more! Is it easy, fun or without mistakes - no. But the only way to a better version of you is embracing it and going through it. A huge thank you to both our Canadian Assassin participants for their Pro You effort and for sharing their journey. Enjoy, and as always, thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! It took a little bit, but they got to Part 2 of "A Canadian Experience" (Technical Difficulties). But it was definitely worth the effort. What a wonderful first week for both of our Canadian Assassins, willing participants Niko and Kosta. Both Niko and Kosta share their first week experiences with a new food plan, logging into an app, working out consistently and what their biggest take away was. The theme of Part 2 definitely turned into twofold; Getting comfortable being uncomfortable and little things done consistently. Enjoy, and as always, thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Well, it's happening! "A Canadian Experience" took flight and here is Part 1 of a series of 5 parts. This is the introduction episode. Introduction of our two participants and their introduction to their next 4 weeks. Tom goes over their workout, their nutrition, logging their food and workouts using an app, and what he is specifically looking for in their journey. A big thank you to Niko and Kosta for accepting this personal challenge and the willingness to share their journey with the PYP listeners. This 'Experience' is already feeling different/better than the previous ones and Tom is stoked! Enjoy, and as always, thanks for listening!

But the big news - the big announcement - Tom is bringing back "PYP LIVE EXPERIENCE"! Except not exactly. A little different, a little more successful (hopefully) and a lot more enjoyable! You're going to have to listen to today's episode to find out the details. But Tom is definitely stoked! Tom chats about 'worry' and shares a great quote that really drives it home. Tom also talks heavily about the waste worry is and that it is on you. Enjoy, and as always, thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Today's episode title stems from a text exchange Tom had with a friend. This episode is full of moments #stickynotes Tom has experienced since the last episode of PYP. A few themes run consistently in Tom's life currently and he shares them. One of Tom's favorite client stories and Tom throws out more stuff. Enjoy, and as always, thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom is back at it with this jam packed episode! He has a very heart pulling opening book end in the beginning and a wonderful moment to book end the closing of this latest episode of PYP. Uncertainty. The root of all that is bad; stress, anxiety, fear, doubt, worry, depression. How does one overcome this? Can you overcome some losses? How to move forward. All this and Tom finishes his birthday story and shares a moment that touched Tom's heart. Enjoy, and as always, thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! On the morning of March 25th Tom walked Zen from 5-5:30 am. He entered his complex and soon discovered a homeless dude chilling inside the gated complex. Immediately Tom had PTSD (if you heard the last episode you'll understand). Tom was standing with Zen and when he asked the man to leave, he did. A ton of weight dropped off Tom's shoulders. Tom walked in and by 6:30 he was in a heated discussion with his new internet provider about the non-working Modem and the fact its replacement was not received over the weekend as promised. Then Tom thought he threw out a cord he needed. This was Tom's birthday morning. He was pretty much done for the day. BUT! The best version of Tom took a few deep breaths and decided to just do one thing. Which led to one more thing and before you know it Tom was pleasantly, surprisingly recording this episode. Tom has never recorded an episode on his birthday nor has he ever recorded an episode feeling like he felt. The more Tom recorded the more victorious he felt. As the recording of the episode ended, Tom knew that because of how he responded he was guaranteed a better day than if he would've given in to the older version of him reacting to how the day started. Awareness and acceptance are key! Enjoy, and as always, thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! It is with great pride Tom presents to you the 471st episode of PYP on its 9 year anniversary. That was going to be the topic and title until... YUP! Tom was detained; and what a story it became for this anniversary episode! What Tom wanted to discuss was how different he is now compared to the version of himself that began PYP. In hindsight, Tom realized that what he had experienced was the perfect example of how different Tom is and the version he has worked on so very hard to become. Lastly, the importance of knowing who you are and being that in lieu of everything that is going on. Be true. Be you. Be thankful. Enjoy, and as always, thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! The second episode of 2024 is up and ready to listen to! The other title was 'Zen is 9'. That time of year where it's Zen's birthday, then PYP's and then Tom's. Tom shares a podcast which he took notes on - means it resonated. Tom became aware of the word 'processing' while he was in the midst of a true challenge. So much so, older versions of Tom were knocking on the door wanting to be in the moment as well. Not fun, not comfortable, not planned to experience nor share and why they're called tests. Tom discusses the importance of Zen and their relationship. Enjoy, and as always, thanks for listening!

Hello, happy Thursday and happy New Year! Moving forward became the title of this episode because that is exactly what we're doing - moving forward into the new year. Tom had a couple of great stories jotted down on sticky notes before the actual end of the year. Then he filled out more and more sticky note observations from a spectacular end of the year and an even better beginning of this year! He was excited to share! Tom is hoping everyone enjoyed their holiday time and they hit 2024 running - deeming yourselves worthy! Enjoy, and as, always thanks for listening!

Hello, happy Thursday and welcome to the last PYP episode of 2023! And it's a good one! Good referring to how Tom is feeling and doing. It has been one of the most challenging and yet the most rewarding year of Tom's life. Tom loves doing the 'end of the year reflection' episodes; it's like a highlight reel of the past year. So, looking back at what he and Zen went through this year, Tom was quite stoked and thankful just to get through it all. All the unconditional love and support Tom received was an amazing gift. He was overwhelmed in the best possible way. To Tom's surprise, it got even better! Recently Tom (and Zen) had the best day of the year! It was a gift and a celebration surrounding the fact of how well Zen has recovered. Tom is so very thankful for so many things but this last gift was simply next level. Gratitude, gratitude and gratitude. Enjoy and thank you for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom was thinking he might have an episode a week after his last episode looking at his sticky notes. Then the tipping point; Tom remembered what happened nine years ago today. He knew he would record an episode that would come out on 'Thursday' (some folk call it Thanksgiving) which Tom doesn't celebrate. But what Tom will celebrate is that exactly nine years ago on a 'Thursday' he had spent it alone and had an amazingly quiet, peaceful, rewarding day. He knew he had spent the last year and a half depressed and he was coming out of it. And he was thankful everyday. The very next morning Tom knew he wanted to start a podcast. He knew what his message would be. To be thankful and mindful. Tom has not left that path or swayed from that message in the last nine years. And Tom has only gotten better. Tom sharing his experiences is part of his reward, part of enjoying the fruits of his labor. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom explains what's behind the title and where it came from. The title and a pretty amazing story happened the day before Tom recorded this episode. So it's a full episode of Tom's experiences and they all seem to end 'good' (wink-wink). Personal growth is quiet and a reminder of the importance of focusing on what you can control. Lastly, Tom feels he is being very repetitive with the message that your life is on you and he continues as such. Anyone looking interested in online training message Tom! Enjoy, and as always, thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Yes, it's been awhile. Tom almost had an episode ready to record prior to his producer, Niko, returning from his trip. But then something happened. As it does in life. But Tom's energy was now demanded in another area. As well as his focus and time. Once Tom was in the middle of it all, he didn't have the energy or clarity to surmise his experience. In time, hindsight becomes a wonderful friend. Tom will share when he has something of value to share. Tom believes this episode has value because he wanted to share it. Enjoy, and as always, thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Another episode out in 2023 and what a year! Tom wrote down the title while speaking with a friend. It sounded cool and it immediately made Tom think about 'little things done consistently' and the similarities between them. Building a solid day, A Pro You day, one that not only serves you but fuels you, is the path of personal growth. Tom has shared this principle before in many ways but at the core of it, it all has to do with you taking control of the things you can and letting go of the things you cannot. Tom is dog sitting with Zen and shares how Day One went and his thought process reading into it. Any questions, or comments, or interested in online training, please contact Tom. Enjoy and as always thank you for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom found delight in this episode's title and he shares how it came about. From the opening moment one can tell Tom is feeling good, different. And by different, he means better; better than ever before and there's no hiding how Tom feels - one way or the other! Tom has shared a quote that he made up many years ago, "How one deals with a test has a direct outcome on the test" many times. Well, that could've been the title as well. 2023 has been a challenging year in many ways for Tom, yet he's by far the best he's ever been. Tom shares why July was challenging and how he overcame it. Tom shares his opinion and feelings on all of this and more. Enjoy, and as always, thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom was journaling and wrote he had a feel good day. Then he stopped and thought 'why was it a feel good day?' He was highly aware of the answer immediately, it was because of his actions. Stop thinking and start doing is the key. Yet, another idea which is easier stated and much more difficult to apply to one's path. The more belief you have in your worth, the more clarity you'll have in moving forward on a path of your choosing. Lastly, Tom announces his return to social media and why he chose to. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Is that really the title? Yes it is. Tom is definitely in a place where he doesn't care much about what he's doing or how. So when the title came to him, he went with it. Being open and grounded are words Tom has used before, mainly due to the fact that is where he feels he is. The version Tom is, he simply gathered thoughts on sticky notes, as he always has, and there was no consistent theme... easy. Moving forward. Tom's hope as always, is that something he shares resonates in such a way that you apply it to your walk, your path and you reap the fruits of your labor one day. That's why Tom does what he does. Enjoy, and as always, thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom is hoping that this finds you well. On today's episode, Tom shares a pretty traumatic story with another positive outcome, which is beginning to be a theme in Tom's life (wink-wink) and should be in everyone's life. If 'being fine is a choice' (last PYP episode) how easy is it to actually do? Tom's answer - "It's easy once you understand it. Understanding it takes a lifetime". At least for Tom it did! And why he does what he does, why he shares what he shares - so it won't take you as long! Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! In a brief text exchange, Tom received the title of today's episode and for the last three weeks it hasn't left his thoughts. Tom finishes his mental, emotional and financial test with great humbling clarity, that he shares. Tom's growth is apparent to him in lieu of how challenging this year has been for him. Which reinforces the message Tom is always sharing - 'growth only happens when you're uncomfortable.' The more discomfort, the more the growth. If embraced, this knowledge will help move you forward and you will become the best version of you. And once again, you are worth it! Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Today's full episode title is "Let go of the banana or blame the pumpkin" which is a line Tom got from the book he is currently reading. Tom loves when he hears something that has a bit of a twist but has the same or similar core meaning. Tom shares a story of how monkeys are caught using a pumpkin and how that relates to things that we hold onto in life. All we need to do is just 'let go'; we can't and so we blame other people #pumpkin. Shocker: Tom has another beautiful monster story that actually caused Tom embarrassment as well as growth. The biggest take away from this episode, and most as of late, is the connection with discomfort and learning. The most we'll ever grow is going through a challenging moment in life. Fact. How one embraces, accepts and moves forward with that knowledge is on them. Is on you. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Sustainable Foundation..? How does Tom come up with these titles? It is typically the exact thing he is discovering, learning or experiencing at the time of recording an episode. Tom has used the word sustainable before - "Being thankful is sustainable" - and foundation he has used for ever. Just not together. Why not? Tom had not reached that point on his path yet. How did Tom get to that point? Going through and growing through a challenging beginning of the year and an even more challenging month. Wait? Tom became the best version of himself by going through an uncomfortable experience? YUP! Tom would want to add that this is not the first time nor the last that this was his experience whilst going through a challenging moment in time. Enjoy, and as always, thank you for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! It's been awhile since Tom has released an episode and there was a reason for that which Tom covers in detail on today's episode. Tom reached out to his producer Niko to chat. Tom wanted to share what was going on with him and the podcast. Before they could chat the story had changed. There was an amazing journey that happened leading up to Tom's birthday (which he doesn't celebrate anymore - wink-wink) and post his birthday all wrapped around Tom's best friend Zen getting major knee surgery. Yup, all that on today's episode! Enjoy, and as always, thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! It's official - PYP is 8! Tom could not be more grateful. When he thought about the anniversary all he could feel was gratitude. Tom made a note. Then Tom had a moment of clarity on building a 'solid' day. Tom made a note. Yet Tom didn't feel he had enough for an entire episode and then... Tom had the most up and down ride for three days. All he could think of, and he repeats it during this episode, "When you are ready for the next test, it appears." The very next day Tom had clarity and peace and he knew what was happening and why. Not always fun or comfortable sharing his funk but that then allows Tom to share the good - what he has learned. Come to his well - buy the water he sells! Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom's process with putting out an episode of PYP became simply 'if he had something to share, he would'. Well, Tom has plenty to share on today's episode but it was not fun, comfortable or easy to share what Tom shares. But, always sharing the positive perspective, it is only because of what Tom experienced that he gained the insight and truly a deep understanding of the term Beautiful Monster; which Tom has mentioned in a previous episode. Tom has always been very transparent and no need to change now. This is exactly the same type of process one goes through when first beginning meditation; one sees, for the first time, the chaos in the mind. It can be daunting and overwhelming. Pursuing this path will not be an easy, familiar, comfortable path. So it's a good thing Tom has deemed himself worthy so you can learn from his mistakes. "Come to his well - buy the water he sells!" During the intro Tom thought the title would be just Beautiful Monster, but when he thought about it, it is his beautiful monster that he is sharing, hence the title change. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! And happy Earth rotating around the sun if you're into that kinda thing. Tom has been enjoying Tom thus far in 2023. So much so, that he hasn't had much else to share. Until he did. It wasn't a great morning but it prompted reflecting, which Tom did and then what he shared with a client became worthy of the first PYP of the new year. Tom shares another moment, not a shiny one, but a real one. Which is why he continues to share the good and the not so good because... #drumroll that is life! The episode ends spontaneously as Tom gets emotional sharing the joy he feels and why he shares what he shares. Enjoy, and as always, thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! The last episode of PYP for 2022 and Tom shares as he reflects on 2022. Tom shares the three things he finds most important and what he focused on in 2022 and into next year. Tom is thankful, consistently, and shares the power he feels from that practice; grateful for his successful clients and for his wonderful producer. Tom shares a deep heart to heart he had with a client and ends with the most important thing in his life, his relationship with Zen. Happy year end, enjoy, and as always, thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! On today's episode, which was ready before the last episode #nick presented itself, Tom shares quotes, client stories and a few moments that happened to Tom this past month. Tom has been taking notes for awhile and then he came across a video entitled 'Solutions or Comfort'. What it spoke on truly resonated with Tom, in more ways than one and hence became the title. That time of year is upon us and Tom sends out positive vibes to all the listeners hoping that they are managing their best to the best of their ability. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom had an amazing conversation with an old client whom he hadn't heard from since 2019. His guest is Nick Dugan and when he agreed to let Tom record their chat, Tom got even more excited - too excited! The Zoom session timed out and when they continued their chat Tom forgot to press record. That being one of the technical difficulties, Tom had pretty much let go of the idea of posting their chat. Tom finally listened to the entire episode and decided the good stuff (what Nick shares) was there and, with a little explaining, Tom felt he could post and share their chat as an episode. During their chat, Nick says the line, "Not much to puff my chest out about" and that got Tom fired up. He hears it all too often from his clients; their struggle to see their good, their value, how far they've come, what they overcome. Thus, this is exactly what Tom loves to do - "Point out people's good" - and make them truly see it. Tom explains a lot in the intro and thanks you for your patience in listening. A big thank you to Nick for sharing his story and simply being him! Enjoy and, as always, thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom is enjoying not following a specific schedule for release. When he feels he has something of value to share, he does. Today's episode is one Tom was really fired up on. The topic of Acceptance has been all Tom has been speaking about (mainly with Mosier) the last two weeks. The recording was interrupted due to a technical issue which made Tom "Accept" the fact he wasn't going to be able to record when he had planned. The next moment was up to Tom and the point of this episode; Acceptance. Tom gets detailed with what he means by acceptance (of what you can control) and not an excuse to give up/in. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! What Tom has been highly aware of is that he is consistently observing himself in the world; which has been quite pleasant as of late. But it seems to continue to get better. A certain negative feeling has been absent for awhile now, and Tom has been aware and incredibly thankful. In a nutshell, that is exactly what Tom wants for his clients and his listeners - to be aware of themselves and then be grateful that they are on that path. The path of personal growth. If anyone needs to chat, wants to share something, or is interested in online training with Tom, please feel free to contact him. Enjoy, and as always, thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! It's been a minute since the last episode and Tom had a moment of clarity on why that is. Stopping, pausing, and reflecting are the beginning steps of evolving. Once you've discovered that - it is actually way easier to live a certain way; choosing your thoughts and responses and remaining grateful. But the pinnacles of high level thinking involve being present and remaining highly aware. Those two will never change in importance. Come to his well and buy the water he sells has never been more true. Talking the talk and walking the walk, sharing all along the way. Enjoy, and as always, thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! On today's episode Tom shares a bit of an epiphany he experienced. Tom reflected on the amount of quiet and peace in his life and came to the conclusion that it was not by accident he ended up being this version of himself and having the experiences that he is having. Tom shares a few quotes, a wonderful client story and some special moments that stood out for Tom these past couple of weeks. Tom is truly enjoying his experience and that is the water he is selling from his well on today's episode. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Today's episode is 'unique' - what an example of staying positive! Tom had to laugh at the distractions and interruptions that made this episode a bit of a challenge. But with the same Pro You list Tom uses each and everyday, Tom was able to persevere which is a very crucial step. Tom shares one of the best personal growth stories ever, in his opinion. A line Tom got from his good friend was "Can you see the gift in everything" and it never left Tom's mind. Well it was put to the test in a very extreme way and it was nothing but Pro You goodness! So in lieu of the lack of flow in this episode, what Tom was able to share is all the proof one would need to begin their journey of deeming themselves worthy. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Peace has been a favorite word of Tom's for a long time. After some personal growth and another power talk with his good friend, the word baseline became a powerful word along Tom's Pro You journey. Tom highlights some bits from a podcast he listened to and from the book he is currently reading. Tom shares a very quiet personal moment that truly affected him and some wonderful client stories. The line that affected Tom so much was "Acceptance doesn't mean happiness, it means peace". Thank you, thank you and thank you to all of the listeners and please feel free to reach out to Tom with any questions, comments or if you're interested in becoming part of the Pro You team. Tom is truly grateful for each and every one of you. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! On today's episode Tom shares a quote he stumbled upon about Self Actualizers that led him to an article on the nine characteristics of Self Actualizers that he shares as well. To say he was in his head would've been a bad thing in the past but Tom spent a weekend in his head and it was a good thing; a choice. The title... that's just Tom's new goal which he explains in detail. Some personal stuff Tom has been going through and reflecting on he shares as well. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! On today's episode Tom shares a little; a podcast he really enjoyed and an article sent to him by a client. As a new podcast listener, Tom is now listening to four different ones and truly enjoying the experience. Not seeking, but receiving, confirmation along his journey is one of Tom's most favorite things. Tom rarely shares things he doesn't like but he does today - with a lesson attached! The simple things are not always so simple because we get in our ways. To have experienced 'simple' is a huge bread crumb along Tom's Pro You path. It's all about doing small things everyday, which is no small thing! Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Getting comfortable with discomfort is something Tom is very familiar with, he used to shout it out while teaching his kick box cardio class. The only difference now is that the true value lies in challenging oneself mentally. If there's one thing Tom disliked almost as much as the dentist, it is the cold. So when you hear what Tom did - more than once and without any critique or judgement - you'll understand his message. Simply proving the value in embracing discomfort. Tom also shares a wonderful email from his producer and some podcast reflection. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom rewatched the movie and as one changes so does one's experience, even watching an old movie. Tom thoroughly enjoyed his experience rewatching the film; which he shares. Tom shares a moment he had prior to recording this episode which made him ask himself why, which he also answers on today's episode. Tom shares the latest on his reading and podcast listening. Lastly, Tom speaks on the importance of not critiquing or judging oneself and how that plays an important role in the pursuit of a better you. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Today's episode title comes from a quote that Tom has been reflecting on lately. Tom shares the last quotes on his phone that he didn't post to social media and then goes over his #proyou daily habits. Tom also shares his recent epiphany concerning PYP and he ends with a few poignant client stories. Enjoy, and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom was pretty stoked to share what's been going on lately along his Pro You path. Tom begins by sharing some excerpts from the book he is reading. Tom shares some Zen news and a big announcement dealing with social media. All that is going on is exactly why Tom is excited to share his observations and experience. And the Canadian Assassin does a huge favor for PYP! Enjoy and as always, thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! During a conversation with a client, Tom mentioned he feels like he's in school; but he likes it this time! The reason is that Tom is learning about himself - which we should all be doing! Tom's belief is that when you raise your vibration, you attract things of that same frequency. So you are attracting exactly what you need to evolve and become the best version of yourself. Tom shares some of those things that are affecting his walk. Tom ends the episode with a short story and a lesson. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! If Tom had only one message to leave everyone with, it would be to be thankful. A little deeper dig, be thankful in all circumstances. How is that possible/accomplished? No worries - Tom covers it and it ties in exactly with his message. The same message he began this podcast with. Tom then goes on to share a moment of awareness he experienced and two beautiful examples of unconditional love. And ending with a little poetry and Tom's blood pressure story. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! It's official, Tom Likes himself some Tom! Or another way of saying it is that Tom is finding peace with what is. For Tom to actually verbalize that thought during a conversation and then turning into almost a new motto is another example of the things that truly move Tom these days. Turning fifty-seven was just another Friday and Tom loved that feeling. He's not pretending to feel anything nor choose anything. It's all about Pro You choices and deeming himself worthy - sound familiar? Tom chats about a couple current events and how he is trying to stay as close as he can to sharing what he does versus telling anyone what to do. Lastly, Tom was moved by this episode title. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! The three consecutive podcasts that stick in Tom's mind are the episodes for Zen's, PYP's and Tom's Birthdays. This year it was Seven; Zen, then PYP and now Tom. It's actually Tom's birthday on Friday the 25th. Tom has been reflecting on what it's like for him turning fifty-seven, being alive for 20,819 hours. Ever since 2020 when the birthday's were all five's Tom truly has not stopped growing, improving and becoming more and more grateful each and everyday. It was pretty easy for Tom to share some wonderful client highlight stories and then share how great it feels to be turning fifty-seven. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Pro You Podcast by tjd has definitely helped heal Tom. He has stated this numerous times. But it still continues to help Tom by simply getting things out of his head; first onto paper and then spoken to you, the listeners. The net result is whatever Tom shares is now out of his head - space created! That space is then filled with the good that lies within Tom as it does with each and everyone of us. Another amazing chat with Scott (where the title came from) and Tom shares some quotes, an article on imagery and some wonderful client stories as well. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! After a double Thursday break, Tom was super stoked to record this episode and reflect on what PYP and beginning it seven years ago means to him. But that isn't even the big news... "Tom slayed his only Dragon"! If you listened to Tom share at all - you must have heard him mention the dental drama he has been through the last eight years and the 'ptsd' he still feels. Well at least until now. It has been a good time to be Tom and it remains very true. Tom's vow is to continue to do exactly what he's doing, hopefully ensuring he will continue to receive that which he is receiving. To Niko and all the listeners of PYP THANK YOU THANK YOU and THANK YOU. Enjoy and as always thank you for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom mentioned, in a previous episode, that he and Zen found a nearby waterfall. The effect that discovery has had on Tom, his perspective and life has been rather large. So much so that during a client session the words "Find your waterfall" just came out and in that moment it hit Tom; all his choices, effort, time and deeming himself worthy had manifested a very special place for him and Zen. Tom also shares a very familiar, yet quite a trippy moment. It involves Zen, so Tom was very aware, very present and once again, very, very grateful. Tom is walking the earth, having experiences due to deeming himself worthy and then sharing those experiences with you - the listeners! Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! On today's episode of Pro You Podcast Tom dedicates it to a wonderful human and monk Thich Nhat Hanh. Tom has quoted him a numerous amount of times in the past and in Tom's mind Thich lived his life truthfully and honestly with the intention of helping others - nothing more respected to Tom. Then Tom shares a truly big moment. Here it is only January and Tom makes a discovery that, to him, changed his life. It resonated with so many items on a list of why Tom is the best version and why he is so thankful that the timing was... huge. Lastly, 'Creek Shoes' - who knew?!?! Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! On today's episode Tom shares a word/phrase that he has been using lately with his clients which ended up as the title as well - "Reframing your reality". Marianne Williamson has a quote Tom loves, "We truly only suffer when our minds argue with our reality'. This could not be more true, in Tom's opinion. Shifting one's perspective (to one's good/blessings in life) is a word/phrase Tom has used a lot in the past. Recently he heard the 'framing your reality' phrase and it stuck. What struck Tom is exactly what he's sharing today as well as an article from Boodha Groove and as always some notes. Lastly, why Tom didn't work out the past two weeks and why was Tom kool with that? Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello, happy Thursday and Happy New Year! Time just keeps moving forward - doesn't it? So, how are we doing PYP listeners?!?! Are you getting better at being you and handling your reality as is to your best ability? If so, congrats! If not, just keep working on you, "little things done consistently" and deeming yourself worthy. That is what Tom preaches and what Tom has done consistently to get to the version he is today. There were notes from 2021 that Tom didn't get to chat about last episode so in a way it's a continuation of reflecting on 2021. Lastly, Tom wanted to share what moved him the most, affected him the most and what he was most thankful for. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! If anyone has asked how Tom was doing lately the answer would have been "Consistently Thankful". Tom spent time thinking about this reply, how it sounded and what he meant by it. Since it truly sums up Tom's journey and success it seemed very apropos for it to be the title of this episode. This is the last episode of 2021 but Tom will do a follow up to this episode with more of a reflection on 2021 with specifics. Tom has complete clarity on where he is and where he has been. For that, he is consistently thankful and not too overly concerned where he is headed, he's just focused on staying present, here and now. Enjoy and as always, thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom was chatting with a client when he stated how he was simply 'observing and responding' - Tom quickly grabbed a sticky note! That separation is just enough to stay consistently aware of oneself. It is also the first time Tom went two weeks without recording a PYP episode - test passed! Tom is entering a third phase of PYP which is recording an episode when Tom has something to say. That is the only thing that will dictate when an episode comes out. All of this is part of Tom's effort to consistently pursue the best version of himself that he can. Lastly, Tom's client's success has been so very rewarding he shares how special this is to him. Hello and happy Thursday! Tom covers a wide array of topics on today's episode: First the significance of this particular day/holiday to Tom, a Top-Ten list and Tom breaks down a tool he has always used with clients and never spoke about in detail before. It is not getting any easier out there so Tom is emphasizing the importance of choosing one's response and staying present. Quotes, Mosier notes and still more! Hello and happy Thursday! Tom takes a very spontaneous trip that gives him a sense of control, power and freedom and a feeling that he was very aware of and enjoyed. Stating what Tom has stated over the course of his podcast, he is very mindful of the verbiage he uses; Tom says what he means and means what he says. Once again, come to Tom's well - buy the water he sells! *and it's free! Or not, completely up to you! Tom always ends his episode with 'deem yourself worthy' because that is truly the only motivation one needs. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom is definitely the best he's ever been but he also realizes that doesn't mean no 'bad'. Tom came up with a quote while preparing for this episode - "Welcome to Life! suffering included!" Which is very true so what becomes most valuable is how we see things and how we respond, even when there may not be easy (or any) answers. This is a tough time of year, so be kind and patient with yourself! And if you need help, assistance, a cheerleader, an ear to listen, a shoulder to lean on - Tom is here! Hello and happy Thursday! It's Tom, the Pro You guy, once again doing what he does - "Walks the earth and then shares his experience". Most of today's message came from one of the many amazing chats Tom has with a certain friend (& client) where today's title came from. A grand step along anyone's Pro You Path is that of patience (overall) but especially with yourself. Attaining and maintaining this ability is an omnipotent step that everyone must deem themselves worthy of. Enjoy and, as always, thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom was wondering what to chat about on this episode and realized he had no notes from the week. Tom sat quietly for a moment and asked himself - why? Three or four why's later, Tom had his message and he was quite stoked about it! The final 'why' was answered with "Because I'm thankful" which inspired a brand new gratitude list. It did not take Tom long and he came up with a list of 50 - yes, 50 - things Tom is thankful for; that fill the space between his ears and why he is the best version he has ever been! A personal favorite and an episode Tom is quite proud of. Enjoy and as always, thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! On today's episode Tom uncovers the meaning behind '420' for those that care. Tom shares an article and client news, as well as how his path (one of consistently asking himself why) is going. Tom has mentioned gratitude and its power since the beginning of PYP. Nothing has changed Tom's perspective on gratitude but it has become much stronger. Tom is consistently thankful for all the little things; what he has, what he doesn't, what he gets to experience and what he doesn't get to experience. It is, and shall ever remain, a superpower. Enjoy and thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! When one looks at it, PYP has been a simple verbal documentation of Tom's personal growth. Staying true to that, being okay with how one feels is a huge one! Tom is highly aware how long and how challenging personal growth (& the work) is. But, the upside is even better - a better you walking the earth! If you could wake up and push a button that made you a better you and your life as is easier, would you push it - of course you would! Well that is exactly what deeming yourself worthy is and what being Pro You is all about. Tom is here, available, for anyone who wants/needs to talk. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Did you miss PYP? Well, Tom (& Niko) took their first vacation from PYP and skipped last Thursday. First time in six and a half years. Tom did it just to remove the "I have to" every Thursday thingy. It was wonderfully empowering. Continuing with his current theme of asking 'why', Tom decided to share an updated version (He previously did an episode early on called 'My Story' where he shared his) and continuation of his story. Asking "Why would someone listen to PYP? Why is this guy saying, doing what he's saying and doing?" Hopefully some of those questions are answered. Either way, Tom feels proud that he is the version he is and that what he is sharing now along his Pro You path is something he never thought he would achieve nor experience. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! "Be like water": A very popular phrase that Tom did not create. Water has been a symbol for wellness, for life, for cleansing and for fluidity. Tom was referred to a podcast and water and it's symbolism were discussed and Tom took notes! That's the good news but Tom begins this episode with how and why he recently stepped in the mud, not realizing how deep it actually was and thus, how long it lasted.
Still flawed. Still imperfect. Still moving forward. Still the best Tom has ever been. Thus, Tom is still very thankful. Everyday, more and more. It is and has been his super power. Enjoy and as always, thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! This episode took a little doing. Some technical difficulties made this episode quite the challenge. But alas, Tom won with help from his Canadian Assassin and a new Microphone cable! PYP be good to go! So his episode takes off from where the last "Asking Why" left off - Tom still reflecting and listening to his higher self (thank you Madeline!) and above that Tom is being okay with exactly what he is doing and working on and fending off any impulses to do more. Hence, listening to his higher self. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! This is a pretty big episode for Tom because what he experienced was pretty big. It started out as a simple 'no' and choosing not to go to the beach. What led from there was quite a shock and yet Tom fully embraced all of it. It was as if Tom was being guided by a future Tom/a better version. Tom credits being open and present and then having the ability to trust his gut. Tom's world was small, it moved slowly, prior to this moment - but it slowed even more. It was so tangible Tom could feel it. A very unique experience along Tom's Pro You path he is very proud to share. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom has always had moments where he was experiencing a specific theme with different clients at different times. Tom has repetitively mentioned: being present, being thankful and being in the moment. All of those are Pro You when experienced, but as with everything Pro You, easier stated and much more difficult to apply. Long term goals are more difficult than shorter term goals. If one achieves multiple short term goals, inevitably they are on their way to achieving any long term goal. That perspective added to being present made Tom realize that 'Today' is truly all any of us have and that is where our time, energy and focus should go. When applied there is a true sense of power; controlling what one can while they can. With no thought, time or energy going to tomorrow or yesterday. Enjoy, and as always, thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom fell into a wormhole. Not a bad emotional/mental wormhole, but a home improvement project wormhole. Tom actually navigated that well, but he was not aware of what that experience did to him and before he knew it he was carrying weight that was not his to carry 'again' and he felt it! The positive is that Tom is highly aware that evolving involves embracing one's flaws and moving forward in lieu of those flaws/hurdles and the feelings they create momentarily. So for Tom, it's a win-win because he is still here, he 'gets to' and he is better everyday! If you need a helping hand, a shoulder to lean on, an ear to listen , or just a consistent cheerleader in your life please message Tom! Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom has been, and will always be, very repetitive in his words and actions - "if it's not broken"! The things that have truly affected Tom's journey, he shares and they seem to be pretty consistent; being thankful and being present. Tom has come up with somewhat of an equation that he has repeated many times. Tom has now shared these things with another stranger with the same outcome. Tom truly thinks it's so basic it could help anyone - it helped him! Lastly, Tom shares why he is so very thankful and it's not for what he has, it's for what he doesn't have, doesn't have to deal with or endure. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! It was not easy for Tom to use the title he used. Things can sound very different to different people depending upon where they are along their Pro You path. In the last two years, Tom began using the phrase, "I like me" and added, "It's not like I didn't like myself before, I just never thought about it." Well now Tom has evolved into saying, "I like being me" as in "Tom enjoys his life, his reality and the experiences/moments that he has along his Pro You path". Tom shares two very special moments that affected him deeply. Tom didn't mention it in his verbal intro to this episode but Tom reveals the only other person that sounds like Tom - which is quite a compliment coming from Tom. Lastly, there are more Trainer Challenges and quotes! It does not get much better than that - right?!?! #lol Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! On today's episode of PYP Tom talks climate and infrastructure - wait, what? Yup, you heard it correctly! Then, Tom shares two different Trainer Challenges to two of his clients - and it is all about deeming themselves worthy - heard that before?!?! A lot is going on in the world, so Tom hopes that your focus and intention are on your world - what you can control! Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom has stated many times that he feels his job is that of a 'mirror'. He simply shares what he sees when speaking to his clients. A mirror doesn't lie, doesn't show you a reflection due to a hidden agenda. So keeping it real, if you will, is what Tom experiences along with his clients and Tom adds that the key is getting comfortable being uncomfortable. Which is exactly what one finds along their Pro You journey of self-discovery. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Being true to yourself is something Tom has been doing and practicing for quite awhile. The moments of payback/reward for that effort is truly worth any effort! Tom shares his magical trip (another one) to Lake Tahoe. The moment Tom and Zen arrived the experience began with an amazing moment. One Tom will never forget. It is in being the 'Observer' in one's life that one gets to see with great clarity what is truly important and then decide where to place one's valuable time and energy. Hello and happy Thursday! Here we are with another episode of PYP where the host "Tom" shares what he has been sharing a lot lately; addressing your squeaky wheel. It is not fun, familiar, comfortable, quick or easy. And that is exactly why one MUST "deem themselves worthy" of the choosing to place their valuable time and energy into things/areas that serve them in the pursuit of becoming the best possible version of themselves. The people who do deem themselves worthy - like his clients - although it is unfamiliar and uncomfortable, Tom could not be happier or more proud of those that do! Hello and happy Thursday! Another PYP episode, another beautiful artist and once again Tom's heart was full after chatting with James Brunt and his wonderful wife Caroline (who chatted with James and Tom for a bit). Tom knew of James because of his amazing art. But Tom didn't know much of anything else about James until this past March where Tom got to meet 'online' some of his favorite artists. It was during that event where Tom became even more impressed with James; his personality, his energy - everything! And then James touched Tom's heart in a very unexpected way - James spoke about fatherhood and it brought Tom to tears. James wasn't trying, James was just being James, but Tom felt all of James' beauty, all his love and Tom will forever be affected by his chat with James. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! On today's episode Tom shares what's been going on lately and how he had been using the word 'acceptance' a lot lately. Whatever tool works he'll use! Whatever tool works he'll share! A little reading, just enough quotes, client moments and a couple Mosier Notes as well - a very full episode! Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Another land artist on PYP today but not just any land artist - Tom's favorite! Jon Foreman aka "Sculpt the World" has been an artist Tom has truly come to admire, respect and, Tom admits, his work is truly affected by Jon's work. Which is the biggest compliment you can give someone, to Tom. Having the opportunity to chat, share, listen and learn about Tom's favorite artists has been nothing but a blessing. Tom's cup over floweth's! A huge thank you to Jon for his time and his amazing artistry! Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom has released two episodes with artists and he has two more recorded. He will release a 'solo-pod' in between the artists as he has done the previous two. Getting to chat with (and record forever!) some of his favorite artists has truly filled Tom's cup.
Tom has some more amazing client stories and as Tom has said, "It is a good time to be him and a good time to be a part of his tribe." Tom shares a couple articles about spiritual wellness and ends with the simple fact that every moment is a learning moment. A lesson we should all learn. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Truly another very special episode for Tom. First, it's his wonderful producer Niko Ketsilis' (The Canadian Assassin himself) 100th episode as producer for PYP. His Pro You attitude and gratitude have simply made PYP better these past 100 episodes. Thank you, thank you and thank you Niko for being you and all you do! Secondly, this episode and this special guest made for one of Tom's all-time favorite episodes. It goes over the normal one hour time and Tom's first thought was to make it into two separate episodes, but decided to put it out all at once. That's how special this episode is and how very special Tom's guest is. All the way from Ireland, Sir Sean Corcoran! An amazing artist, person, friend, husband, father and who, by simply being himself, forever changed my life and gifted Tom with the most amazing moment, weekend and memory ever. A huge thank you to Sean for just being himself! Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! #400 - did that! Moving on! And here we are at #401 and here we are 'stepping into our light'. Tom's not sure when he saw those words but they truly resonated with him. Tom shares some more client success stories - which he loves! That being said, Yin & Yang are always present, so Tom shares some not so fun stuff. Tom, shockingly, is still flawed and is still tested. Tom is way past that and very much focused on rewarding his growth and effort, not the distance to still travel. It is one of the superpowers that enables one to be present and thus, step into their light! And why there are so very many reasons to be thankful in all circumstances. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom's heart could not be more filled nor more proud. Episode 400 is a big deal to Tom. The new version of Tom truly sees what 6 years of doing 400 episodes means to him, his walk and his life. There is no grey there. Complete clarity. Being able to celebrate with an amazing guest is what made Tom's heart overflow. Michael Grab is truly the best (in Tom's humble opinion) at what he does and has inspired not only Tom but people all over the world. Tom became familiar with Michael awhile ago but it wasn't until the BeLeaf Virtual Event this past March where Tom was invited and felt a part of this group, which inevitably led to Tom feeling comfortable in asking Michael to share his time and energy. Last but not least, a huge shout out/thank you to CH for green lighting PYP for me 6 years ago and Niko, the best producer ever!
And finally, to you the listeners:
Tom could not have arrived where he is without PYP and its listeners.
Thank you, thank you and thank you for listening to 400 episodes!
ENJOY!

Hello and happy Thursday! There are no easy quick answers, fixes... life is not a straight line. But if you are evolving and growing part of that is accepting that the journey is not a straight line. Tom shares an article on the 'Energy of Gratitude" and wonderful client stories that are all aligned with life not being a straight line. And lastly, a not so magical walk to a nearby Seven-Eleven and what transpired along that walk. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom's chatting away on today's episode about 'The Watcher' in us; which Tom has never heard of before but found very interesting. Tom chats more about Yoga and the emotional benefits from such practice. Everything Tom does seems to be topical for PYP. Especially his training sessions with Mosier. And that is where/whom he got the term for today's title from. Always learning, always growing, always evolving or not - up to you! Hello and happy Thursday! Tom had a 'feeling'... when he finished recording this episode of PYP. The feeling was a good one like he 'did good' - he felt good about the episode and it's flow. Tom ended up watching the movie "Eat, Pray, Love". His experience viewing it was dramatically different and a specific character truly resonated with Tom; so much so he took notes and made it a focal point of this episode. What inspired Tom about his character was his fight; his fight to evolve and move forward - stop thinking! This character had a 'why' to why he was there, being and doing him, and that 'why' is what inspired Tom to reshare his 'why'. At the end, Tom mentions 'bread crumbs' (which he has used as an analogy for the fruits of his labor) were always sufficient to continue doing what he was doing. To Tom, this is 'finding truth' about oneself. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! This episode will go down as one of Tom's all-time favorite episodes. The simple fact that Tom was asked to participate in a virtual global art festival (BeLEAF 2021) was the biggest honor and led to the biggest weekend of Tom's life. Tom being the best version of himself, sees with great clarity what is important and what is not. So to dedicate an episode of his PYP was another something special that will make Tom smile for years to come. Hanging, chatting, watching, observing and being a part of an art festival filled with so many amazing people/artists was an over the top moment/weekend for Tom. Tom is quite proud that he gets to share what he does on this very special episode of his PYP. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! There is a first time for everything. Tom began this episode with as clear an intention as he has with every episode before but, at one point, Tom began to hover (if you will) and chose to stay on a single point - a huge key in the success one has along their Pro You path and that is the ability to deem themselves worthy. Of what? Give a listen to today's episode and you see/hear what caused Tom to hover and he breaks down the why and how of deeming oneself worthy. Enjoy and, as always, thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom admittedly loved turning fifty-five and has a tattoo to prove it! That being said, turning fifty-six (20,454 days) seems to be going just a little bit better! Tom can't even believe how amazing 2021 has been thus far. March, which happens to be Tom's Bday month, is also when the LEAF Live event happens. Tom's Bday is today which makes it a special podcast release; a birthday gift on Tom's birthday to YOU - the listeners! So much good is in Tom's world that he has become quite repetitive about how his story is what is possible and Tom is definitely bearing the fruit of his labor; Pro You choices and deeming himself worthy. Thank you for traveling along with Tom on his Pro You journey. Tom is well aware PYP has helped him get to this moment in time and to the version he is today. Hello and happy Thursday! Tom is hoping all is well in 2021 thus far for all! Being present, thankful, mindful, all seem to be in the same neighborhood as being in the moment. Tom has shared experiences he has had when being present and how good it feels to truly experience and understand those moments of being present and all its benefits. But such is life; there is a next level. Tom experienced what it felt like at the end of a day when he was not present. Tom's clarity in that moment was to focus on not feeling like that; thus, being present/in the moment as much as possible. Lastly, Tom shares the update and dream team that is now working on his film for the LEAF (Llano Earth Art Festival) that is going virtual and global this year (March 27-28) LIVE this year on social media. Tom is overflowing with joy and gratitude. Enjoy and as always thank you for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! And we all are, moving right along through 2021, being our best selves! Tom has certain feelings at certain times in his life. If it happens more than once, it's familiar to Tom. He began recognizing certain phases in his life when all was well. But inevitably it took him to a new challenge; a period of struggle, choices, growth and renewal. Tom has stated numerous times how good he feels. What comes next, what Tom is sensing/feeling, is that this phase of his life may be ending. That is all good news, and it is just news at this point, but - Tom being Tom - is highly aware and getting excited and stoked to share as always! Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! It's true, PYP is six years old and Tom could not be more proud. The entire episode could have been about what PYP means to Tom and his path. That would have been plenty to reflect on, share and be tremendously thankful for. But there's more! Tom shares a 'Bucket List', a list he never really was consciously aware of and how all three items have been checked in 2021. Hello and happy Thursday! On today's episode Tom shares a little about "Mantras and Meditation" from doing that Google thing again. It is never about the destination, but a conclusion, 'if' so desired, is a wonderful thing and Tom shares the end of the 'Unicorn' saga. The best news is Tom shares some client epiphanies! Hello and happy Thursday! Tom could not be doing this good #cupoverflowing if he had not been challenged by comparable bad. If one is not challenged how can one rise above? The greater the challenge the greater the rise #cupoverflowing. Not only that, but Tom shares a few client/mentoree success stories. Tom's clients are all the best they've ever been and thrived in 2020 and continued into 2021. Tom could not be more proud of them and the role he played in their Pro You journey. Enjoy what Tom feels is his best Pro You moment in this episode and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom hopes this finds you doing well, your best - being your best authentic self! Why is Tom so stoked? Because 2021 is off to an amazing start and Tom is simply doing what he does... Sharing! Walking the earth, having experiences and sharing those experiences is what Tom has always done and probably what he will always do. He just loves what he is currently experiencing and so very blessed to be able to share what he 'gets to' share! Come to Tom's well, there is only one option of water he sells (& it's free!). A wonderful client of Tom's said it beautifully, "Tom's message is out there. He is just executing it now." Tom loved that comment/observation and concurred! So in a very consistent Tom fashion... Enjoy, and as always, thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Two Things. Yup; two things Tom has never spoken about he shares on today's episode. Mainly because both things are new and somewhat interlinked. Tom is by far the best he's ever been and he's embracing and moving forward better than ever before. Now that doesn't mean there are no challenges or difficult choices to make (which is all a part of one's journey!!!) but Tom is simply applying all his Pro You tools that got him this far and have not let him down since. One thing is that Tom asks for a favor. Tom has never asked for anything from the listeners in the past, almost six years. But on today's episode Tom is asking. So be you, do you, Tom wouldn't want it any other way. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! 2021 is here - how are you doing? Tom is hoping you are navigating your Pro You path to the best of your ability! Because, well you know! But Tom's point on today's episode is that there is 'Yin & Yang' present everyday and in every moment. The better version of you will be able to focus on that which they choose to focus on; what they can control. Trying to avoid anything bad is trying to avoid the inevitable and a grand waste of one's precious time and energy. Acceptance, the ability to let go and move forward are omnipotent along one's ProYou path. Thank you for being you. Thank you for following Tom's Pro You path! Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! In the second episode of 2021, Tom shares his one true message and it's right up front in the title: being thankful and all its power. Tom felt that he achieved certainty with all that is going on and that became the focal point for this episode. But as Tom began to organize his notes, the one true message came to light and thus, Tom went with his gut. If this was the last episode what would Tom's message be..? To be thankful.
So thank you, thank you and thank you for listening, following and supporting Tom's Pro You journey! Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday (and Happy New Year!) Not the exact episode Tom would've liked to begin a new year with but... it is what it is - is it not? Yup! MOVE FORWARD! Pro You! Tom, 'experiencing/sensing/feeling/becoming aware of' a bit of uncertainty, chose to 'STOP' and question it and himself hard. He wasn't thinking PYP at the time, but when he spoke to a client who actually shared a story of uncertainty, Tom knew he had to make an episode (first of a new year or not) about handling uncertainty. Hence, here it is; an episode on dealing with the uncertainty in your life and in our world presently.

Hello! Happy Thursday & Happy New Year's Eve! So much to share on just one episode if one is looking back on the best year ever! As it was for your host and friend little ole' Tom. Tom shares two lists; one about the things he does not do anymore that have aided in his Pro You Journey. The second is a list of his highlights of the past year. Highlights on 2020..? YUP! And Tom ain't shy about it because he's been walking, talking and sharing his message of gratitude ever since he began PYP. Come to Tom's well buy the water Tom sells!

Hello and happy Thursday (& Christmas Eve!) On today's episode (second to last of the year) Tom talks about being Pro You - wow... what a great concept! LOL But Tom breaks it down in ten steps. That should only take anyone a lifetime or so. LOL again! Tom also shares a topic of much joy and pride, "How well his clients and people he mentors are doing and why are they doing so well in lieu of all that is not normal?" Tom is most thankful for the PYP listeners and the opportunity to have an audience for his words, journey and message. thank you, thank you and thank you. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! When Tom considered himself a seven or eight out of ten, he embraced he was still tested. Tom recently proclaimed himself an eight point seven out of ten. Yes, self-appointed, but to Tom it makes perfect sense. Like achieving different belts along the way to receiving a black belt in martial arts. Well, Tom is excited to share that even an eight point seven can and will be tested. Looking up the word 'resolve' was part of Tom's next morning where he drew this one conclusion (referring to a quote that says 'it's not about finding answers, it's about losing the questions') Tom may not know exactly which version of himself he will be tomorrow but he knows he will do his best today. Lastly Tom shares one of his favorite Pro You success stories about a guy named "Joe". Enjoy and as always thank you for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! As 2020 comes to a close, Tom is highly 'aware' of the intense feelings this time of year can cause, without a worldwide pandemic. The Pro You path is one of self discovery and that is not always fun nor comfortable. But, none the less, it is growth and it is the most important work you will ever do in this lifetime. So deem yourself worthy, become/stay aware and each and everyday be thankful for what you have and the ability/opportunity to become the best version of you! Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Knowing this is a very challenging time of year for many, Tom knows the current situation is not making anything easier on anyone. So Tom doing what Tom does, he shares how he is managing his Pro You Path. As always, it begins and ends with gratitude. What Tom is sharing on today's episode are the fruits of his labor... 'the other side' of what he did, his actions, the decisions he deemed himself worthy of and the responses he chose. If anyone needs to chat, someone to listen to or a need to share anything - please feel free to contact Tom: he is here! Enjoy, and as always, thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday/Thanksgiving! Tom's message today is simple; it's the one he based his PYP on: gratitude and thankfulness. Tom's journey led him to a place where he didn't need certain 'things' that he may have wanted/needed in the past. Stopping, reflecting, asking 'why?' and living in the present moment have filled any void from human constructs in his past. Sharing what he is thankful for is incredibly easy so Tom works hard at never losing focus of that which is most important, that which he can and cannot control and that which does serve him. There is so much Tom is thankful for that he doesn't have time to complain, think about yesterday or tomorrow.
Enjoy and as always, especially today, "Thank you, thank you and thank you" for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom finishes up Part II with one of his most common phrases: "How one deals with a test directly determines the outcome of the test'. This being the reason for a two-part episode and proving once again the valuable lesson it illustrates. Tom gets his notes and he has a lot of them! November has become an important month for Tom and he shares the reasons why. Lastly, Tom shares clients' notes which are always his favorite! Enjoy, and as always, thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! What an episode Tom has for you, the wonderful listener, today! While Tom began a story dealing with a common theme of his, "How one deals with a test directly determines the outcome of the test" his Zoom recorder stopped recording. The good news is that Tom noticed it after only a minute or so after it stopped recording and the 41 minutes recorded were saved! On the other side, it took Tom the rest of the day to finish recording the episode, hence the Part I. Which in itself became a test and how Tom dealt with it would determine the outcome - once again! In the end it all worked out #shocker because Tom is solely focused on responding and that is exactly what he is SHARING on today's episode! Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! The title is the first line of a T-shirt that Tom has. You have to listen to the podcast to find out what the second line is. It was just another Tuesday; just pay some bills and wash his car is what Tom had written down. What transpired? Nothing short of a huge test for Tom. One where there wasn't a true good feeling about what transpired but acceptance was the true key and the Pro You path Tom chose in the end. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom likes Tom! Wait, what?!?! It's true. It's not that Tom didn't like himself before, it's just that he had so much noise between his ears he couldn't. The White Noise, as he calls it, didn't allow him to be present, thus he never truly thought if he did or didn't like himself nor the importance of 'being your own biggest fan' which Tom is a huge fan of now! Literally! Getting out of one's own way, allowing the good to arise, everything one needs lies within - none of these Tom made up (shocker right?!?!) but they all resonate with him, he understands them and 'come to his well' that is the water Tom sells. Lastly... Tom is still not perfect - shocker #2! Which makes the point of this episode even more poignant; Tom likes Tom in lieu of his flaws.

Hello and happy Thursday! On today's episode of PYP Tom shares a theme that has been on his mind on and off for quite awhile - being alone. What does that take, being alone? Why would someone want to be alone or okay being alone? Exactly the point, no one would really want to. But where Tom is along his Pro You path, responding is the key and choosing one's response is an "8.0 out of 10" on a Pro You chart! Tom did not predict or design his path but it is one he is very proud of today and why he enjoys sharing his Pro You path. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom continues to delve into the Pro You experience and he is better than ever and stoked to share what he's learning and experiencing. Tom asked his clients and mentoree's to answer two questions. Tom shares the answers and is quite stoked with the awesome replies and so very proud of his tribe! Staying focused on the 'doing nothing' theme Tom continues to investigate what that truly means and how he can apply it within the context of his walk, journey and path. Hello and happy Thursday! Tom has always been a strong believer in the quote "If you like what you're getting, keep doing what you're doing." And Tom is! With hindsight and clarity Tom can see how he got to where he is at the age of fifty-five in October of 2020, and that's what Tom is selling on today's episode! Cutting out the bad simply means more space for the good; the good that lies within all of us that is waiting for us to get out of the way so 'it' can come forth. No matter what it is in life, Tom believes deeming oneself worthy is a road you'll never get off of nor get lost on. It is a very good time to be Tom and it is also a very good time to be a client or mentoree of Tom's; hear the success stories! Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom revisits a topic that he has previously shared on PYP as well as a Sunday Morning Message he sent out in '06. Stopping, pausing and reflecting Tom has done but what about doing nothing? Well, once again easier stated and much harder to apply/accomplish. Understanding the importance of downtime, Tom really focused on what doing nothing is, what it involves and how one can achieve it. Of course Tom went to Google for some answers and he shares what he found. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! On today's episode of PYP, Tom shares the two powerful words he has been using with his own Pro You path and his clients: move forward. Tom has mentioned efficient living and to simply move forward freely and easily is the truest sense of efficiency. There is no benefit to dwelling, questioning why or placing your time and energy into things you cannot control. The other path is the Pro You path which is based on the belief that no matter what you go through you will come out better, stronger and faster than you were prior to the 'learning' moment. Tom has a few quotes to back his theory up as well! Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! A while back Tom shared how he has truly become a minimalist; got rid of his storage unit, then got rid of anything in his home he hadn't used in a year. Consistently pursuing a life of minimalism, and the principle that less is more, Tom continued with that theme with his clothing this time. Efficient living is the goal and Tom feels the blessings/fruit of that labor. Tom shares his notes from walking the earth this past week and what's happening in California with all the fires. Lastly, a popular section of his "Mosier Notes" where Tom is always learning! Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom wants you to know first and foremost how much he is cheering you, the listeners, on and wanting you to know that you are the reason he does what he does - so thank you for being YOU! One of Tom's favorite quotes he has used with a few clients as of late is: "The mountain you are carrying you were only supposed to climb". So very true! Mental weight has tangible weight and can add up to a debilitating level if allowed. Stay mindful, stay aware, stay thankful are as always Pro You weapons of choice. Hello and happy Thursday! A very sad but true statement, "You don't know what you have until it's gone". But it fit today's episode of Tom's PYP. That being said, Tom has experienced the good that can follow if that thing that was taken is returned - and the lasting impact if it is not. One thing Tom has always shared is that "After each individual battle we build armor. What's the armor for? The next inevitable battle." If we grow through what we go through (choose our response) at the end of each battle we will be a better, stronger, version of ourselves. Remember that moving forward is Tom's message. Hello and happy Thursday! On today's episode Tom continues his search for a better version of himself by examining the word Ego. Tom is understanding, or trying to understand, terms and words that he never used or that never resonated with him before. Ego is one of those words; what is it? Why do we have one? Examining and pausing are the two speeds along a Pro You path. Once you've deemed yourself worthy, the fruits of that labor become extremely apparent. Hello and happy Thursday! Magic. That is what it feels like is happening in Tom's world. Little moments, but moments, that are unforgettable splashed along Tom's Pro You path like fairy dust has been sprinkled. His clients, the ones he mentors, his tribe, are all thriving. Magic. Tom and Zen sitting with coyotes... MAGIC! Day to day, moment to moment, magical moments have appeared so as Tom always says "keep doing what you're doing and keep getting what you're getting". Hello and happy Thursday! Right off, Tom admits 'staying in the moment' and a past title - 'being present' - are fairly similar. But often Tom will hear someone say something a little different and it will resonate deeply with Tom. People search for 'tools' that resonate with their own personal journey. Staying in the moment was exactly how this episode came to be. So it was an easy decision to choose the title. These are all the steps one finds along their Pro You path of self discovery. Quieting the noise, removing the questions, that's what staying in the moment does. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! On today's episode Tom continues his journey - his spiritual journey to be exact. Tom chose to pursue a spiritual path when he turned 55 (three years ago) and he has been on it, consistently improving, ever since. His vision, perspective, insight, everything has shifted. Even his vocabulary. just check out his PYP Episode titles - words he never used before the age of fifty. So 'Vibrating Higher' is the easiest way to explain what Tom is trying to share about his experience walking this here earth. Hello and happy Thursday! Tom stole a few titles from his friend Scott; like today's. For a Caterpillar, the cocoon cannot be a fun time, not comfortable, not easy nor familiar. But the joy of the butterfly outweighs all of that - No Mud. No Lotus. The ProYou path is one of self discovery and it is not always good news. Hello and happy Thursday! On today's episode of PYP Tom is keeping it real. So real he added the hashtag 'sorry not sorry' as a part two of today's episode title. Taking out feelings; distancing oneself, allowing for separation, is the best way to gain clarity, perspective and the ability to be thankful in all circumstances. If Tom believes fully in what he is sharing, should he be sorry? Well, he's not sorry. Tom wants you to be the best YOU today, not tomorrow or next week, month or year. TODAY! So sorry, not sorry if the water seems a little cold from Tom's well today #winkwink

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom was stuck for a moment; he needed to share a message but wasn't sure of the exact message. So he waited. He waited to record an episode that spoke to what he was seeing and hearing from people. Tom took some time off and he wanted to share that experience but deep inside he knew there was a message waiting to be shared if he allowed it to come to him and it did. Which was new and kool all in itself! Tom truly wishes, hopes, that others will experience what he is experiencing, will enjoy what he is enjoying and will be thankful as much as he is and thus receive the fruits of that labor as Tom has. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! When it comes to being around Tom's good friend and client Scott Mosier, Tom is a sponge. He is loving being back in Scott's life and they are definitely vibrating on the same frequency. Tom is more present than ever and is learning the huge benefit to staying there. There isn't comparison, reference, looking back or looking forward - j u s t n o w . The power in that is tangible and Tom feels like he is learning more about himself now than ever before and that's what he's selling on today's episode! Enjoy, and as always, thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! On today's episode of PYP, Tom shares his two out of body moments that his dear friend, and client, Scott dubbed being 'Present' - hence this week's title. Tom shares that moment with him also being commissioned to build a cross which Tom absolutely loved doing and it was a total success. Tom gets a little emotional and he spontaneously comes up with a letter that the 55 year old Tom would write to the 15 year old Tom. It is a very good time to be Tom and he is as always, most thankful! Tom is also very very thankful to his listeners, clients, people he mentors and followers of his podcast and his journey - thank you for being you! Enjoy and as always thank you for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! This is the third or fourth time Tom began listening to the episode so he could record the intro and wound up listening to almost the entire episode. But this time was different. Tom touches on something he thought might be a splash opinionated or it could make someone feel uncomfortable, so Tom listened a little more intuitively this time. Joy. That is what Tom felt as he was listening: Tom likes his own podcast! And he concurred, agreed with and liked everything he shared. That's pretty huge after five years of recording and three hundred and fifty-three episodes. It's a good time to be Tom and he... is most thankful! Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! On today's episode Tom shares a phrase that he always uses with his clients and those he talks to - 'being a mirror'. Tom has failed at more things than he can count and has struggled in many of the areas that the majority of people succeed in. Tom shares what's different and what he does that is not challenging and rewarding along his Pro You path. Lastly, Tom shares an interesting Monday evening he had whilst foam rolling and playing with Zen. Enjoy, and as always, thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! It's a good time to be Tom. That's a fact, but it is not easy for Tom to feel so good and to share it. It's actually quite unfamiliar for Tom to be this good anyways yet alone with all that is happening in the world. But Tom has stated when PYP became his journal: I'll walk the earth, have experiences and share those experiences and that's when the podcast became easier for Tom. What he did not foresee was doing so well and wondering if he should share how well he is doing. Again, unfamiliar. Well Tom has never swayed from being him, or his path, so once again Tom is keeping it real and sharing. What he is experiencing and feeling is a sense of true purpose which fills him with joy, calms any noise between his ears and adds to his peaceful Pro You path. Yes, it is getting better to be Tom and he loves it. A special shout-out and thanks to all those in Tom's inner-circle and you know who you are. HUGE hugz to his tribe! Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! In today's episode, Tom is quite proud of, not due to the content, but just THE FACT that he has recorded and uploaded 350 episodes! Those are big things to Tom. In almost every episode Tom mentions "little things done consistently" - this started out as a little thing: one episode. It is a good time to be Tom and he is sharing his message - his Kool-Aid - to anyone who wants to listen. March, April, May of 2020 are the best months of Tom's life. Come to his well, buy the water he sells for free! Deem yourself worthy people! Enjoy and as always thank you for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! The title is not a 'yellow thing' it's a 'Purple Thang!' More and more Tom realizes that he cannot compare his path to anyone's simply because there is no one doing what he is doing especially where he is living. Tom makes clear he is not tooting his own horn. He is pointing out the dichotomy of him up until forty-eight years of age and being fifty-five. Tom's world is small, he made it that way and he keeps it that way. Him not fitting in is what Tom is embracing in a new and profound way, as he never has before. It is what makes Tom special, as it does all of us. Tom goes deep and shares things he's never shared before. Even Tom wasn't sure of the why to this episode but there is not much Tom filters; when it's time, it's time. Move forward. Repeat.
"Come to Tom's well; buy the water he sells."
Like it or not this is where Tom and his podcast are headed. Tom got breadcrumbs! #lol So Tom hopes you like it! Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom hopes this finds you well. Tom still in celebratory mode; April 2020 still proving to be Tom's best month. The title of today's episode is a quote Tom heard about two years ago and he loved it. What he is learning is that the process, like all things, takes time, and that's what Tom was doing; spending his time wisely while the new vibe became 'his' vibe. Tom never wanted a lot of clients just people he can positively affect. That is what brings joy to Tom's world. Thank you, thank you and thank you for being you, supporting Tom's journey, his podcast and buying the free water that he sells from his well! Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! On today's episode of PYP, Tom is filled with joy! That's really all that needs to be said. Tom truly feels a part of the Morrison family at this point and began working out the entire Morrison family once a week. It all began with Mandy watching Tom's #10secondsofzen videos and suggesting her husband Chris begin to train with Tom. The rest is a beautiful story that Tom is honored to be a part of. A big thank you to Chris and Mandy from Tom. Now here is Chris and Mandy to share their story, journey and path in their own words. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Pyung Ahn; Peaceful Confidence. Yup, that's this episode's title and Tom's favorite phrase in Martial Arts. It also best describes Tom's current status along his Pro You Path and yes, it's April 2020 'The New Normal'. Tom wanted to document how he looked and felt on his PYP during this time specifically. In April 2020 this is how Tom looks, feels and today's episode is what is occupying the space between his ears. Tom hopes you are navigating your Pro You Path to the best of your ability. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom's joy continues as the celebration continues! Having guests again on PYP has filled Tom's cup! Hearing stories that he has heard for years and yet hearing new and different moments from the same stories. Tom cannot hide his joy while recording these latest episodes nor can he hide his pride. He is so very thankful for the moments, the people and the experiences he has shared with them. You may find this hard to believe but Tom is more thankful than ever. Hello and happy Thursday! Tom is in celebration mode and that may sound a bit unusual due to the pre-existing new normal, but nonetheless, it's true! Tom's first guest in awhile, PYP producer Niko was a great moment for Tom and his PYP. It did not stop there - Tom did another guest, with one more scheduled, and they feel like celebrations. Tom gives a little update on his world and how he is continuing to navigate his Pro You path amidst the new normal. It almost feels weird, for lack of a better word, talking about how good some are doing in lieu of what's going on around us all. But it doesn't change that some are navigating their path better than others. Fact. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Tom openly admitted to not being this excited about the podcast in awhile. The thought of guests, and not having them, was a turning point in PYP for Tom; "Tom-Solo Pods" had begun. Tom found his voice, purpose and 'walked the earth'. Until the new normal! Technology is a wonderful thing - and especially now - so with that Tom decided to try and have a voice chat and record it. Everything moved fast and before Tom knew it he was chatting with his good friend and PYP's producer "Niko Ketsilis" who Tom has mentioned numerous times on the podcast, online and recording it! Being able to share Niko, his story and their history completely filled Tom's heart with joy. A huge thank you to Niko from Tom for simply being him! Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Yup! You heard correctly - good news in this 'new normal'. Tom also shares his birthday and why he feels even more thankful now than ever. Then he discusses the meaning and difference between fear and worry. Wishing you all the best - sending you positive vibes and hugz! Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! It's true, Tom turned 55 yesterday and he couldn't be happier about reaching that age and feeling the best he has ever felt! It was going to be the topic of the podcast but there is so much going on right now Tom wanted to search, find and share some news that could change your perspective a little in this new normal we are all experiencing. Thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! It is a different reality than it was just a short while ago. One's normal, one's comfort, one's familiar, are no more the reality we are facing on a global scale. That is a lot to think about when you want to record a podcast and you're not sure what your message is. That is what Tom experienced while thinking about and recording this episode. Tom even had to add on after recording this episode; he went to a near by store and was completely engulfed in panic shopping. Tom got out, got home and got back to being a better Tom, which he did and what he shares on this episode. Be well, stay focused on the present and take it "Day by Day/Moment by Moment" please! Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! As Tom finds himself 'in between episodes' the title came to him; still on the spiritual journey. One that began three years ago. Learning about oneself can be rewarding and also very draining. To be aware of what's happening, aware of how you would've responded automatically in the past and now, in the moment, how you are choosing to respond. All good. All positive. All Pro You growth. It still can be tiring. Staying focused on simply doing the little things consistently is key and, as always, being thankful in all circumstances. Enjoy, and as always, thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! It is a big day for Tom; hitting the 5 year anniversary of his Pro You Podcast is a very proud moment for Tom. How much he has grown with PYP, how it has helped him heal, how it has helped him become the version of himself that he is today, and how the podcast has brought so many wonderful people/listeners into his life and onto his Pro You Path. Tom could not be more grateful than he is for the podcast, for all he has and is today. A big thank you shout out to CH for green lighting it 5 years ago and a big shout out to Niko, my wonderful producer that helped the Podcast and me get to year 5 smiling!
Thank you, thank you and thank you!!!

Hello and happy Thursday! It is the best start to a new year ever for Tom but that's not what he chose to share on today's episode - well a little - but not the focus. The focus became what was on Tom's heart since speaking at the Camarillo hospice. What he feels every time he is around Jim - "Loss" - and hence the title. Tom is still riding the wave of him being his best, and 2020 being the best, but more importantly is being present, not losing sight of what matters, and what matters are usually those things of the heart... what the heart feels the heart feels. So Tom wanted to address loss, types of loss, and getting through the grieving process. Not always the easiest, funnest or most comfortable, but Tom will share whatever he is currently experiencing no matter what; hoping the message lands/resonates with at least one listener. Then Tom will know he achieved his purpose. Enjoy and thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! It's a good time to be thankful (which Tom always is!) and it is a good time to be Tom! What a night, what a week, what a start to 2020! Tom has shared all of his journey thus far so he will share the good! Tom's share at the Camarillo hospice was magical and amazing and that was just the start of this Pro You week Tom had! Hello and happy Thursday! On today's episode of PYP Tom shares a little about being happy and having/achieving patience. Look out, Tom Googled and he's sharing! #lol Tom also became very aware of a shift that prompted an add-on to this episode and the next PYP episode's subject matter - stay tuned! Hello and happy Thursday! On today's episode of Pro You Podcast Tom shares a little bit about the passing of Kobe and the affect it has had on him and Los Angeles. It is a huge reminder to enjoy what we have while we have it and Tom gets reinforcement on that exact point that he also shares. But the main thing he wanted to share is being in a place where one can identify and appreciate all the little things in one's life. These are the big things actually, that give color to one's Pro You Path. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! It's. Getting. Real. Up in here people! #lol Tom walks the earth, has experiences and then shares those experiences with the ones he cares about the most - you, the PYP listener! Tom felt great at the end of 2019 - yet he made some Pro You choices (that came very easy for him to do) not expecting a physical change. Tom did feel a change in frequency, in energy. Tom does not take credit for it, it was not designed for these things to occur in January of 2020, but... they did! Embracing the quiet, and he has had a lot of it, Tom shares how he can tell he has benefitted from 'embracing the quiet' along his Pro You path, the new energy he feels and his new experiences at Rincon! Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Seasons in life: the things that ebb and flow - that's what Tom is sharing on today's episode of his Pro You Podcast. More and more all Tom is saying is that it is all about 'how one responds' and this is especially true with the seasons of life that one will encounter over their lifetime. Many not chosen, nor written down, nor welcomed. Still, one must deal, mange, cope, and eventually overcome what lies in front of them along their Pro You Path.., or not. Enjoy and as always thanks for listening!

Hello and happy Thursday! Another day in the Pro You neighborhood and Tom is still reflecting. With time still at his disposal, Tom is spending it at the beach and naturally reflecting. It's a different kind of reflecting; no worry, no angst, just pondering. With that comes clarity and a shift in one's perspective. Tom began doing things, not sure why as far as timing goes, but it was at the end of 2019 and there was a tangible shift mentally that Tom felt. He simply moved forward staying aware (and taking notes) of this shift. Tom then asked himself "Why do we do the things we do?" And thus, it became an episode of Tom's Pro You Podcast! Enjoy and as aways thanks for listening!
