The podcast is all about making you the best person you can be with charismatic mindsets with Jay Arias, and others. We will make you the best person tomorrow with relatable experiences, weekly actions, practical advice, and phenomenal mindsets!!!
Today we will discuss why your environment matters the most when it comes to being the best version of yourself. You cannot become the best version of yourself when you cannot be in control of your environment, meaning you need to know where to let people in and when you got to cut them out of your life.
Today's podcast, we will dive into the paradoxical mindset of learning from our negative events and experiences in our lives and making the best of it, in order to be happy and joyful!
Today, we'll dive into the reasons why you shouldn't wait until you're a certain age!
DO WHAT YOU CAN IN THE 24 HOURS YOU HAVE RIGHT NOW
Don't wait, start getting closer to your goals in the 24 hours you have right now and be present in the moment
Today's episode, we talked about letting people go when they have a different perspective on yourself or simply have a different perspective of life than you have. This isn't to say you are better than them, rather you deserve better in life and you know everything will work out because you have this gut feeling of getting the things you want in life.
Dive with me on how perspectives can't be changed and why you move on with purpose, fulfillment, and joy.
Hello guys! I know I skipped a week and it's horrible to slack off! I'll be consistent from now on, to bring the best mindsets on your morning commute every Wednesday!!!
Today's podcast is all about attraction, how to not get it mixed up with gender roles and owning your own happiness!
How? You ask, and it's a simple mindset I've held onto ever since I found my amazing boy Charlie Houpert on YouTube and it's the following:
"What you think is what you'll attract" in a relationship or anything else! Let's dive in!
Today's episode dives into depth of the topic on dreaming big, and why we shouldn't dream big at all! Now before you start hitting me up over @jay.develops on Instagram as to why this is completely a bad mindset to have, let me give you a huge piece of perspective on why dreaming big is the worst mindset ever!
Dreaming big is great, it's good to do so when you truly have the biggest dreams for your own self and it's not because you're following these "big dream" goals which society tells us to do. Rather, I want you to follow your own goals rather than these big goals which society places on us!
Don't fall into this trap, when your dreams have the biggest meaning to you then you are happy and you will win in the long run!
Ever been to an event you've been wanting to go to ever since you were crawling in your diapers, and you ended up not going because you've been flaked on?
Well, now you don't have to as I'll tell you a big secret no one has ever told you in your life.
You can do it by yourself, and you end up having more fun by yourself! Don't believe me? Good, listen to today's podcast as I'll talk about relevant stories on how this mindset has highly influenced my life in a positive, warm manner!
You can have as much fun as you were to go out with a group, by yourself!
Today we talk about not worrying about the materialistic aspects in life because it's exhausting for our souls.
Let's focus on creating meaningful bonds, sharing our deepest memories, and be more chill with life.
Stop being a VSCO girl, and start being you.
Today I discuss why you should always keep yourself in check and how it is the biggest motivational tool ever.
Keeping yourself in check will consistently align your values and goals, meaning you are not contradicting yourself in what you say and do.

Being kind to the people around you will definitely bring back the kindness into your life, and being rude/mean/a jerk will bring back the same energy back to you. This isn't some black, voodo, Hispanic things you can't see. It's an actual science, thanks to Adam Grant and his amazing book titled "Give and Take". Leave the negative out, put in positivity and you'll get whatever you put in.
This week we dive into the three empty words you don't and do tell yourself every single day, to start replacing them with "I love myself" in a warm manner.
Share this podcast with your friend who reminds you of the definition of "self-love" or send it to someone who needs this little reminder, it will make you a complete badass and you will be a warmer person (also it helps this show grow).

Today we will talk about the paradoxical and counterintuitive following statement: "At the end of the day, you will be okay"
This is applicable to all of your decisions, missed opportunities, and even rejections because you are instilling positivity in your mind and prevent it from going negative.
This reminds yourself you will not die and you are grateful for even the small wins in life, being grateful for what you have compared to the thing you lost or can't have!
This week I am proud to announce my new website, which I will have a blog on, and you can read up on about it over at http://jesusperez.xyz/home.html , it launches on Thursday, July 18th, 2019!
Holla at me over @jay.develops on Instagram ( https://www.instagram.com/jay.develops/ ), DM me to know what you liked about the podcast or any topic ideas you have or a quick chat about life- I love talking to all of you guys so thanks so much.
In today's podcast, we'll explore the paradoxical idea of not caring about other unnecessary things by only caring about one thing (Only things which matter to you only).
Diving into the realm of being tired, from an emotional standpoint, to be fully committed on the 1% of the things which truly matter instead of the 99% of the noise in our lives.
Living our best life by focusing in on the things which truly matter instead of caring about things which won't matter in ten years from now.
This is your wake up call, go do something about it.

Today's episode is about the concept of learning, then failing, (getting back up), and you earning something new in life. First you learn, then take the L. You're left with "earn" which is what learning is all about, to earn more revenue or an experience or a lesson you will want in life.
Bonus Points Here: I'm reposting people's tags on this podcasts, all you have to do is take a screenshot of this podcast (No matter which platform you listen onto) and I'll repost it on my personal account over @jay.develops.
It helps out the podcast to gain traction and it's all I ask of you, thank you so much. Enjoy the pod.
Today, we take a deep breath of life by discussing what life should be lived by. Obviously, this isn't a "one-size fits all" deal because we all have our own life to live. I'm living life slowly by enjoying the present moment, to live in the present! It's good to strive for more yet we need to enjoy what's in front of us!
I know, this sounds completely counterintuitive to all the self-help podcasts out there yet when we don't feel all the emotions being thrown our way then we are making a disservice to ourselves by ignoring emotions. We will fall into the "self-help junkie" and completely go insane!
Don't let this happen to you by being authentic with each emotion, it's ok to be sad once in a while (not pushing ourselves down), yet we must rise up!
Today I will explain why being lonely empowers you, how it aids towards loving yourself. Valuing your own time and not waiting for someone to make plans with you is a truly different way of living.

Today's episode will talk about how to be happier by loving the little things in life. Love to "Yeehaw" at the little moments and things in life, you'll be grateful in life :)
Talking about rejection sucks, even experiencing rejection sucks a ton
Don't be afraid of being rejected into something, being rejected. There is a bigger plan for you, embrace them and go with the flow. Learn from it, don't beat yourself up about it so much, and move up. Keep moving forward, I drive two points home to elaborate on why rejection is necessary for growth.
Today we will dive into what it takes to be a successful person, and it's not all the hard work people say they are all about. Sure, working 80-100+ hours a week is a surefire manner to be successful yet even being consistent on one thing will definitely aid you towards success.
I will discuss of why cutting out Netflix, and many other things, will improve your life the most.
Today we talk about how to not fake your own self in order to be the best version of yourself, it is counterintuitive yet once you realize where and who you are is when you will change.
Today we tackle the need to look at things from a different perspective, look at things from all angles in order to live a happy life rather than living in misery, despair, and anxiety.
Today we talk about walking it and talking it. Being confident with each stride you take, the perambulations (Yes, I did use a sophisticated word yet have trouble with sentence structure. I mean, who uses parentheses in the middle of a complex sentence?), and make it your own confidence booster. If you're not talking about your walking then you aren't being your own self, yet if we do too much of either side then we can truly break it.
In this episode though, we'll dive into being confident with your own self by not walking or talking. We'll start with the basics, with you. Let's go!
Today's episode is all about worrying about the big things in life rather than the tiny things. Don't be worried about the big problems which are worth your time rather than getting aggressive to the teenaged barista at Starbucks for getting your order wrong. Go worried about what you want in life, rather than the short term things.
Hey, Jay Arias here, today I am interviewing a past soon-to-be lawyer who wasn't sure if this profession was right for her. Negar Jay, running a successful phenomenal business coaching and content business named Innervibration, talks heavily about her goals not being straight for all her life. Negar started wanted to chase the green papery boys. Negar didn't want to attain a check of over 100K a year instead of following her passion. She hated and dreaded the moments to the thoughts of her working as a lawyer, to only received a check which was essentially meaningless. Negar then got out of the rat hole before entering it, so she decided to pursue something greater than her self and little green papery boys and in the end became a successful digital entrepreneur and is crushing life at the moment.
In the episode, we discuss the true meaning of value, by following our passion, and not following a meaningless paycheck as mostly all of us do in our lives.
This all changed for Negar when she started creating Youtube videos, holler her at this following link: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC54C80oygBFJ7fwy_Kg02uw/videos, creating a name for her and inspiring others to find inner confidence. Negar also teaches you in coaching sessions, about the true meaning of Self-Worth, and so many other phenomenal things we all need to listen to in order to live a purposeful life and I stand by this any day! :)

Ahh, I remember a girl once said this word to me to pump up a "popcorn" snack we received when we hung out. It was hilarious because I have never heard anyone say this word in a sentence, anyways today's podcast is all about not downplaying your actions. God damn it, they're your actions so own them or else all you're doing is degrading your worth to yourself and society. Don't do this, ever. I go into depth how to stop downplaying yourself and doing the opposite, by hyping up everything you say.

Not only does it help you emotionally, but it also prevents you from burning out from your passion and we don't want that happening right? Taking a break makes us human, we shouldn't overwork ourselves!!!
