DAY 11

Self Accountability

A key point in my healing process was self accountability. I had to be willing to reevaluate myself and hold myself accountable for my bad choices I had made in life. Holding yourself accountable does not mean beating yourself up about it. It simply means to acknowledge your actions and make a decision to make better life choices. When we are able to do this it may place you at a point of a continuous cycle of bettering yourself. In turn you can make better choices by habit.

An example of a bad life choice having unprotected sex not being equipped fully to be able to parent a child, if the situation may arise.

In today's journal entry, write about a scenario or two where you made a bad life choice. In what ways did you hold yourself accountable, if so? How can you hold yourself accountable in the future? Explain.
