It's been announced that the guys home city of Brisbane, Australia is now the "preferred candidate city" to host the 2032 Summer Olympics and you can bet they want to talk about it!

To celebrate the 20th Anniversary of the Sydney 2000 Olympic Torch Relay, Brendan and Trent have a very special episode for you.

You'll hear interviews with four relay runners with four very different backgrounds:

Paul Bird is an Australian Paralympic champion and Chef de Mission of the Australian Paralympic Team in 2000 who carried both the Olympic and Paralympic torches.

Katie Nicolson's family tragedy lead to her carrying the flame in honor of her brother who represented Australia at the '92 Olympics. She has a younger sister who has already been selected on the Australian Boxing Team for Tokyo.

Lastly, Michael and David Ellis are a Father and Son who were nominated by their community to carry the torch for all the work and services they had provided to their local area.

Hear all their stories of what it was like to carry the flame that united this country on its way to Stadium Australia 20 years ago.
