These Podcasts are a documented journey from bedroom DJ to international DJ.
Over the last few years, along with talking about my amazing journey playing and producing house music, techno and DnB, I saw a need to also discuss wellbeing and mental health. These podcasts include topics such as;

On Sunday 10th September, The Bulls Head pub in Breaston hosted not one Notts County FC Players, but two!
Meadow Lane superstars; Tobi Adebayo-Rowling & Matty Palmer joined the pub for the Beach Garden session. Star defender and football’s most smiling player Tobi entertained regulars and fans with a 20-minute DJ Set.
This podcast is a 30-minute monster mash-up performed live on the day by yours truly OLEM.
Coming up in November; 5 rookie DJ’s will do battle on an ‘Open Deck’ night to be crowned Best DJ. Podcast to follow.

To celebrate a valiant effort by the mighty Lionesses at the world cup, The Bulls Head in Breaston hosted a garden/beach party.
Huge turnout and support from all the locals. The alcohol flowed, music encouraged the sun to shine & one local (Bert) had a power-nap amongst the shouting, screaming and music!

In this podcast episode, I will be tackling the very relevant and personal issue of Mental Health in light of the recent sad loss of Keith Flint, and more specifically ‘Post Traumatic Stress Disorder’ (PTSD).
It is widely thought that PTSD only affects the military, yet Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) is an anxiety disorder caused by very stressful, frightening or distressing events.
Any situation that a person finds traumatic can cause PTSD. These can include;
- Serious road accidents
- Violent personal assaults, such as sexual assault, mugging or robbery
- A traumatic birth
I discuss this topic and interview a few DJs who played a charity event to raise much needed funds for the charity ‘MIND’ in High Wycombe on the 9th March 2019.
Please not only listen, like and comment, but share with your friends and family, so that we may each do a little something to raise awareness and make this world a little less frightening for the 1 in 4 people who suffer from a mental health issue.
