We have a new type of March madness in the Arizona real estate market. Rates are rising yet sales are not dipping. Investors continue to gobble up any available home and shut out the first time home buyers.
New record low for available homes for sale along with the highest avg of dollars per sq ft.

With all the current hype in real estate by agents and industry insiders tell you now is the time to buy a home ask yourself why you want to buy. Then determine when you should buy. There are two decisions. Personal life decisions and timing. What the data is telling you to do.
I remember the good old days. We did not care what color we were. We were just glad to have friends.
We have lived off of borrowing for decades. Will we now shift and live like our parents and grandparents did?
