After over 40 years of working with national and international corporations and businesses, world-class sky-divers, cyclists, triathletes, golfers, and thousands of individuals who want to succeed in life, Bill has distilled his knowledge and experience into a series of books that have just one goal; to help people become better versions of themselves.
Podcast Highlights
Who is Bill Lee Emery?
Bill started his career working with computers but he knew that wasn’t his calling. He realized that when he was going to work he was leaving his heart at home. He left his career in search of more meaning in his work, and in the process Bill found mentors and wisdom that he eventually distilled into his series of books.
If what you do isn’t pleasurable or enjoyable, and doesn’t energize you it’s time to find work that checks those boxes for you. As an old lion, Bill is working on passing on the gems of wisdom that he has picked over the past 4 decades and passing them onto younger generations.
Gems of Wisdom
You can have a theory about something, but putting it into practice is the real goal. Criticism comes from two places, internal and external. For many people, their internal critic can do a lot of damage and can hold us back. The first step is becoming aware of your internal critic and why you’re being self critical. Every element of criticism is a positive intention to do something different. Taking criticism as feedback is important to growing so you have to separate who you are from what you’ve done.
You need the emotional capacity to take in criticism so that you can be honest with yourself and other people.
Tips on giving criticism: don’t do it in front of other people, and focus on behavior and not the person. When someone asks you for your perspective, starting with asking them what they like and what they would change is a gentle way to analyze their own work.
When there are differences of opinion, there are two intentions you can have: to protect or to learn. When someone is giving you feedback and your intention is to learn, you can take those good elements and grow yourself, but you have to be aware of your intention to do that.
When you do something for a long time, you come to expect that everyone can do it as easily as you can, but that’s not the case.
We need to be conscious of the level of compassion we use with ourselves. Bill always focuses on self-care and he teaches other people that they need to do the same. Take the compassion you show to other people and treat yourself like someone you are taking care of.
From Perfectionist To Compassionate
When someone is in pain, they will do almost anything to get through it. If a perfectionist doesn’t feel the pain of perfection yet, they won’t be ready for the conversation yet.
Using simple questions can open the door to leveraging a pain point and helping a perfectionist change.
We choose the meanings we make out of every single event of our lives. The meanings that we choose become our reality, and it doesn’t matter if they are true or not. The key question is whether the meaning we are choosing is useful or not. If the meaning you are choosing isn’t useful then it’s time to drop it and find a new, more useful one.

Everyday we are faced with challenges and obstacles, including labor shortages, pandemic uncertainties, and supply chain problems. It’s all too easy to become angry, bitter, anxious, or resentful. We need gratitude more than ever now.
Podcast Highlights
#1 Include an act of kindness in your everyday life
We need to break away from the self centered negative mindset by doing something kind. Who in your life is most deserving of your kindness? Who is helping you navigate these difficult business obstacles and how can you honor them?
By being kind and generous to others, you create a greater sense of connection and ultimately feel better about yourself.
#2 Say thank you for the little things
When things don’t go your way it can be hard to feel grateful, but there are plenty of joys around you. You just need to shift your focus to notice them.
What kind of blessings have you received recently? Shifting your focus to the small things helps you see life’s pleasures instead of life’s challenges, and your mind expands to support you to move forward.
#3 Reframe your negativity
If you struggle for any reason, you might start to sabotage yourself by becoming depressed and generating tons of unproductive negative thoughts. Everything comes with a kind duality, and you can choose to look at the positives of your current struggles.
Negative thoughts only have the power to limit you if you let them.
#4 Keep a gratitude journal
Keeping a gratitude journal comes with a variety of benefits including better quality sleep, increased immunity, greater levels of resilience, and improved mood. To start a journaling practice, all you need is a few minutes of time, the willingness to reflect, and a way to capture your thoughts.
Start with these questions: What experiences in your life are you grateful for? What opportunities do you have today? What have other people in your life done recently that you’re grateful for?
#5 Put your challenges in perspective
Putting challenging times into context can be a big help. Whatever it is that you’re worrying about, think about those who have even less and be grateful for what you do have. Everyone faces difficult challenges. Remember, crisis is a wonderful growth opportunity. Embrace the challenge with gratitude and you will experience genuine growth.

Michael S Seaver is an award-winning executive coach, author, keynote speaker, and podcast host. He’s on a mission to unlock human potential to help people uncover and live their purpose, and live a more meaningful and authentic life.
Michael S Seaver offers no-nonsense strategies to help people find confidence in their life’s narrative, commonalities across generations working today, and ways to communicate with emotional intelligence.
Who is Michael Seaver?
Michael was raised in a small town in west Michigan. It was a place of emotional isolation for Michael where he was taught by his family to mainly follow orders and do what he was told.
It wasn’t until Michael got some experience in the hospitality industry and completed an MBA at the Thunderbird School of Global Management did he learn how to be his most authentic self and understand how to coach other people.
He went on to work at Banner Health as the director of talent sourcing but felt stifled in the corporate role. He left the company to start Seaver consulting and built that business through the years where it went from resume writing to communication training and 1 to 1 branding coaching to what it is now, unlocking human potential and cultural change.

John is an Executive Coach who helps leaders find greater clarity, confidence, and calm.
He is a former Senior Consultant at Accenture for Fortune 100 companies and has more than 25 years of executive and leadership experience across multiple industries.
Who is John Chilkotowsky?
John started off his career as a consultant working with Fortune 500 corporations all over America. He loved the fact that he was always learning and helping people make a greater impact, but after a few years John wanted to change things up and became a non-profit leader.
One of the major turning points in John’s career as a coach was after he had his first panic attack. A friend connected John with an executive coach who helped him understand that he was caught in a lot of older patterns mindset-wise. John had been disregarding self-care so he could do more at work, wasn’t handling stress well, and ignoring signals that his relationships were unhealthy. It was clear he couldn’t work his way out of his dilemma, and instead needed to take a deep dive into who he was. Within a few short weeks, he got so much from his coach that he decided he wanted to help other people in the same way.

Douglas E. Noll, JD, MA left a successful career as a trial lawyer to become a peacemaker. His calling is to serve humanity, and he executes his calling at many levels. He is an award-winning author, teacher, and trainer. He is a highly experienced mediator. Doug’s work carries him from international work to helping people resolve deep interpersonal and ideological conflicts.
Who is Doug Noll?
People often wonder how Doug went from being a trial lawyer to a peacemaker. After trying over 200 cases in court, Doug decided to go back to school and get his Masters degree in Peacemaking and Conflict Studies, which awakened him to the possibility of helping people resolve conflict without litigation. He walked away from his very lucrative practice to open up a mediation and peacemaking practice.
10 years later Doug recalls the story of a difficult conflict involving a divorced couple where he had the insight that people need to listen to emotions more than the words we use.
A study in neuroscience three years ago explained the underlying principle that Doug had realized and led to Doug starting the Prison in Peace Project with his colleague. They now teach some of the most violent prison populations in the world how to be peacemakers and listen to emotions. This grew into a best selling book, teaching online courses and workshops, and more.
Leaders that understand this process and how to use these skills create loyal and dedicated followers.

Living With Gratitude and Joy
Abbie Mirata is a corporate executive, speaker, joy coach and business owner. From the title of wife and mom to the title of franchise owner to the title of corporate leader, whatever hat Abbie is wearing, she is focused on impacting people, creating community and building a kinder world. She believes people are looking for a human connection in the companies they do business with. Abbie draws from her experiences to help others focus on cultivating joy and finding the light they give from within themselves, each and every day.
Abbie Mirata uses her process of 5 Exercises to Strengthen Your Joy Joints ™ to empower individuals at work or at home to be able to gain control of their own responses and reactions to the world, redefine joy as a value and help you maintain your sanity, while keeping your humanity.
Podcast Highlights
Who is Abbie Mirata?
Abbie’s story began when she had her first child because that experience changed the trajectory of her life completely. She needed to figure out how to take care of her child and that led Abbie to a career in real estate. 20 years later she was at the top of her game but felt like she hadn’t accomplished anything.
Now she’s still in the corporate world, but Abbie is also a co-owner of a retail business with her husband, a joy coach, and a non-profit that teaches young people compassion and how to bring joy into their life.
Joy Joints
Joy Joints are an analogy for your ability to build joy as a value inside yourself, in the same way that you build muscles. By exercising your Joy Joints, you can take control of the way that you engage with people in your life.
We have to be self aware of how we come across to other people and humble enough to try to change those perceptions. As a leader, Abbie used to expect people to do what she said simply because she was the boss. When she felt that she wasn’t being fulfilled with what she was doing, she realized that part of that was how she was operating and her relationships with her team.
Abbie left the corporate world and began to study compassion. It began with asking more questions and after a few years of transformation Abbie had the opportunity to reenter the corporate world with a new, more compassionate mindset.
Abbie now focuses on empowering her people and pulling ideas out of them, then celebrating them. She encourages communication among the team and tries to be more supportive and understanding of where people in her team are at over the course of the day. It’s much more common now for Abbie’s team to tell her that she made a mistake.
Many people in a leadership position are afraid of getting that honest feedback from their team, but there are a number of people that would benefit from that kind of open communication.
Trust
You and your team can achieve exponentially more when there is a high level of trust.
What does joy mean?
Joy means lots of different things to different people. For Abbie, joy is a value and guides her in a way that most people don’t think of.
We feel emotions based on the things that happen around us and most of the time we don’t have control over those things. We are placing an enormous amount of expectation on other things and people to make us happy, which often leads to us feeling disappointed when they don’t live up to those expectations.
As a value, joy is up there with integrity and trust. When it becomes a value it becomes a guiding star that helps you make decisions. It will also help you shape your reactions to negative situations and help you see the interaction through the lens of joy.
Joy and Stress
When you develop your joy muscles, it allows you to handle stress in a different way. A component of joy is letting the little things go and when y

Lillian Zeltser is an author, speaker and pioneer of unique aphrodisiac techniques & applications.
Lillian Zeltser transitioned from a career of successful entrepreneurship to become The Aphrodisiacs Expert. Her processes are responsible for thousands of medical miracles. She shares her vast experience, inspiring messages, and techniques with regular and professional audiences of all ages.
Who is Lillian Zeltser?
Lillian’s story begins on her tenth wedding anniversary when her husband surprised her with a trip to France. It was in France where they entered an old book store and discovered a book of 14th century love stories with one page in particular that seemed to contain the recipe for a love potion.
This recipe was the starting point for Lillian and her husband to explore the world learning about sexual energy and aphrodisiacs.
Sexual Energy
Sexual energy is not just your sexuality. It’s the power that impacts your appearance, your ability to be successful in business and relationships, and it affects your mental, physical and emotional world. Aphrodisiacs are natural stimulants that amplify the body’s natural sexual energy.
Aphrodisiacs are highly personalized. There is no one “love potion” that will work on everyone. There are a number of individual variables that a particular person may need that can all contribute to their sexual energy levels, so it’s important to find which aphrodisiacs work for you.
Your sexual energy affects nearly everything about your life. When it comes to leaders, the most successful have several things in common. They attract other people and stand out from the crowd, their magnetism is due to their sexual energy.
Unfortunately, your environment and stress can diminish your sexual levels over time. The process is reversible but it takes work and time.
Sexual energy is an indicator of your whole body’s total health, the mental, emotional, and physical. It’s a measure of vitality which impacts all areas of life, including your creativity and productivity, and your ability to relate to other people like your family, colleagues, and employees.
Indicators of Low Sexual Energy
There are several indicators that you may be suffering from a lack of sexual energy. A lack of interest in sex is just the beginning. Low sexual energy can manifest in procrastination, diminish energy levels, lack of concentration and creativity, intolerance of your social circle, or sudden bursts of anger or bitterness. It’s also possible to have too much sexual energy.
Treating the problem starts with a self assessment. Imagine your body as a factory, and in order to create things you need raw materials. Aphrodisiacs are the raw materials your body needs to rejuvenate itself. It requires a process of experimentation and speaking to your physician or an aphrodisiac expert to learn which foods and spices will naturally improve your sexual energy levels.
Ginger and cayenne pepper are two common aphrodisiacs that anyone can try to observe the effects on their body. It’s important to understand that aphrodisiacs are not medications like Viagra. They take time and repeated use to see their benefits, similar to the way vitamins and minerals work on your health.

Find out what 2021 is going to bring to the table and what you can do to put yourself in a position to win over the next year. Learn what trends are going to continue from 2020 and what businesses can do to win more customers and clients over the next year.
https://wadeathomas.com/mastermind/
Wade reflects on the year that was, 2020, and the lessons he learned over the course of one of the most challenging years in recent memory. As 2021 rapidly approaches, now is the perfect time to look back and consider the good, the bad, and the profound of all the things that have happened this year and what lessons we can take forward into the future.
Uncertainty
2020 required people to become comfortable with uncertainty, both in our personal lives and in business. You have to be able to embrace the uncertainty and move forward. For those who can’t they are going to continue to struggle in 2021 as the uncertainty isn’t going anywhere.
Agility
The world rapidly changed for small businesses in 2020 and the ability to course correct and pivot became incredibly important skills. Many businesses that weren’t able to adapt to the changing environment struggled or disappeared altogether. Agility and adaptability isn’t going to become less important over time and it should be a major focus of your business going into 2021.
Losing a Friend
No matter how hard it is to deal with a struggling business, or difficulties with switching to online learning for your children, there are people who didn’t make it to the end of the year. Things could be worse and we need to take a step back and get perspective on what is the most important in life.
Leaders
Leaders in a time of crisis need to be a beacon for their followers. 2020 has been a lesson in reverse with the leadership in the highest levels of government generally failing what the people needed. When we look back at the good and bad examples of leadership in 2020 we will see how strong leadership can make a big difference.
Unity
2020 was the year of division when it was the year that needed unity the most. All forms of media this year fed and amplified the division all across the country, no matter your political affiliation. People have been forced to one side or the other, where there is no middle ground, and in 2020 we needed unity and the ability to work together more than ever.
Positive Mindset
There was an abundance of negative energy coming from all sources this year. Finding a positive story in the news was a challenge. 2020 reinforced the idea that you need to balance out the information you put into your mind. Positive energy is what gives you the resilience to deal with a crisis like the one we are currently going through and bounce back. History shows that years like 2020 happen from time to time, and we need to be able to confront them with a positive mindset.
Strength
We need to find our strength from within. A lot of times we tend to rely on other people or circumstances to give us strength and make us happy. 2020 shows a lot of people how quickly your life circumstances can change, and that we shouldn’t put our happiness, joy, and ability to function on things we can’t control.
Vision
We need to be able to stay the course and avoid panicking. There was a lot of temptation to throw everything away in the face of uncertainty and fear and go back to the corporate world, but the people that held fast were the ones that won through. When you know what you want in life and where you’re headed, you’re able to adapt and change the plan without scrapping the whole journey.
Stretching
2020 was a great opportunity to try new things and do something different. We had the time and the chance to do things we would never have tried before and get outside our comfort zone. This opportunity to stretch allows you to become a more rounded person so you should take it when it’s available.
Compassion and Empathy
2020 has illustrated how important it is to make comp

As the author of When The Crow Sings, The Fearless Factor, and the soon to be published The Fearless Factor @ Work, Jaqueline Wales has explored human behavior and asked tough questions to discover hard truths for more than 35 years.
Jaqueline Wales grew up in the School of Hard Knocks and witnessed first-hand many of the conditions that sabotage a person’s ability to succeed. This experience helped her enormously. She was a writer, a singer, and a global nomad who lived and traveled on three continents, developed a passion for martial arts earning a black belt in karate, and now an avid Crossfit athlete. She’s an active co-partner in a long-term marriage and along the way, she became the mother of four children who have grown up to be amazing adults.

He is an innovation ecosystems expert, passionate about education and diversity. His focus as a Perth Angel Investor Board Member is to ensure the best ideas are brought to life with the support, funding and mentorship that they need to succeed. Wilson Casado is a firm believer that the education system is flawed and that now is the time for a new way of learning that helps the next generation of change makers be more creative, be more innovative and most importantly, be more happy. Wilson Casado has an extensive professional career in Australia, Brazil, Indonesia, Venezuela and USA in 4 global listed companies, 3 start-up ventures and have consulted to more than 30 companies. He is one of the managing partners of the global consulting firm Visagio. This wide and varied career has taught him the importance of diversity not only in the world place but in education and all other facets of life.
Who is Wilson Casado?
Wilson Casado grew up in Rio, Brazil in a largely middle class family. His memories of that time revolve around his mother and grandmother who both had a major impact on Wilson’s life. Wilson made a conscious decision when he was younger that he wanted more from life and has been enjoying his journey so far.
He tried going through the Airforce Academy but it didn’t resonate with him and he ended up completing an Engineering degree, but it was around that time where entrepreneurship became an important part of Wilson’s life and when he met his mentor. His university career became a formative experience for Wilson and shaped a lot of his worldview.
He started his first company when he finished school and sold software to a number of gyms in his area. It wasn’t exactly what Wilson wanted so after a few years he sold his share of the business to his partner and entered the corporate environment. As part of his work Wilson had the opportunity to travel a lot, which is what led him to the desire to live abroad and travel the world. He settled in Australia with his wife and eventually founded his current business Visagio.
