The Order of the White Lotus goes through each of the short stories in The Tales of Ba Sing Se that tell the tales of love, heroism, self-confidence, sadness, and battle-haiku.
In this plot heavy episode duo, we see just how deep the rabbit hole also known as "corruption and deceit in Ba Sung Se" goes, with our gaang being impeded at every turn but Ba Sing Se officials. Plus, we get a glimpse of Appa's rough journey with our young heroes, and just how hard it is to be an unknown creature in a world where people just use you as a pawn rather than a friend.
The Desert: With Appa gone, our gaang are going to have a much harder time getting out of the desert. With Aang losing hope, Katara takes over the group to lead them to safety. Meanwhile, Zuko and Iroh are on the run and find help from some old friends.
The Journey to Ba Sing Se: En Route to Ba Sing Se! Familiar faces, Serpents, Drills, and Self reflection are all over this 2 episode saga, as our Gaang make their way into the Earth Nation Capital. Zuko and Iroh reunite with a familiar face as well, but this face seems a little different than before...
Bitter Work: Air, Water, now Earth! The anthesis of Aang's natural element, he struggles to find the rocky attitude he needs to bend Earth. How will Toph fare as a teacher after only joining our heroes for a few days? Will Sokka ever get out of that hole?
The Library: After our Gaang meet Professor Zei of Ba Sing Se University, they soon find out that there is a library of infinite knowledge in the middle of a desert. Sokka uses this opportunity to gain the upper hand on the fire nation! But the spirit guardian of the library, Wan Shi Tong, soon finds out that they are just using the library for war knowledge, and he is not too happy about that one!
Zuko Alone: Zuko finds himself as a lone traveler through an Earth Kingdom village, as he looks deep within himself to find out what shaped him to be who he is.
The Chase: The Boomeraang Squad cannot catch a break. Azula and her team are relentless as the Gaang cannot seem to escape their grasp, leading them to sleep deprivation and a fight for their lives!
Avatar Day: Our Heroes stumble upon a small town called Chen celebrating Avatar Day, how fun! But, things take a turn for the worse when they start lighting Avatar wickers on fire, and start accusing Aang of killing Chin the Great! What trials and tribulations await our heroes?
The Blind Bandit: Seeking an Earthbending Teacher, Sokka, Katara, and Aang go to Earth Rumble six where they are amazed by a blind Earthbender named Toph. Why does she seem so familiar and what kind of backstory is attached to her?
Return to Omashu: Our heroes are back in the Earth Kingdom city of Omashu! But, they are shocked to find it has been taken over by the Fire Nation! What happened to Bumi? How will they get the city back? And what kind of scheme is Azula starting to plot?
The Swamp: The Gaang fly over a swamp that keeps calling out to Aang, with the swamp seeming to have a mind of its own. What kind of spooks await Sokka, Katara, and Aang and what is causing the swamp to act on its own?
The Avatar State: Our heroes have departed from The Northern Water Tribe and have now stopped at a checkpoint before reaching Omashu. However, this checkpoint General has other plans for our heroes..
The Cave of Two Lovers: The Gaang meets wandering nomads who offers safe passage from the fire nation through this mysterious cave, but what secrets and challenges await our heroes?

The Order of the White Lotus watched The Last Airbender Movie so you didn't have to. They breakdown the details the movie got right, what the movie got wrong, and what could have made it better. The White Lotus members cap off the episode with their favorite moments from episode 1, while going through some plans for the future.
The Waterbending Master: Our Gaang reach the North Pole! Aang and Katara attempt to find a Waterbending Master, while Sokka attempts to find true love. However, due to strict traditions that the Northern Water Tribe upholds, both parties may find it hard to find what they are looking for. Meanwhile, Zuko has to try and make his way to the Water Tribe as Zhao plans a siege toward the Northern Water Tribe.
The Siege of the North: Zhao unleashes a plan to defeat the Water Tribe, as our Gaang prepare for the fight of their lives, and the future of a nation.
The Deserter: While our heroes are searching for a bite to eat, they come across a fire nation festival, meaning Aang can watch some firsthand Firebending! However, their cover is blown! All this time, a mysterious hooded figure has been trailing them, will this man lead them to friend or foe?
The Northern Air Temple: Aang, Katara, and Sokka gather round a storyteller to hear a tale of this "Airwalkers" from the Northern Air Temple. Aang wonders if they are Airbenders who have been hiding away to the North, but what he finds is not what it seems...
The Fortuneteller: Our Avatar crew cross paths with a village who relies on the power of a fortuneteller. However, her fortunes may not be as they seem for our heroes, or are they?
Bato of The Water Tribe: The Aang gang stumble upon a boat from the Southern Water Tribe and meet up with a friend of Sokka and Katara's dad; Bato! Due to this, Sokka and Katara have a difficult decision to make, and Zuko is not that far behind...
The Great Divide: Two tribes at war must make their way across a large canyon with the help of the Boomeraang squad, but will the tribes put aside their differences to make it across?
The Storm: Aang gets reminded of his 100 year disappearance, while Zuko struggles to find empathy for his crew. Both our young warriors face their traumatic past to find a hopeful future.
The Blue Spirit: While trying to find medicine for a sick Sokka and Katara, Aang gets ambushed and captured by the fire nation! However, a man with a blue oni mask comes to his rescue, but what purpose does this Blue Spirit fight for; is he friend or foe?
The Waterbending Scroll: Aang and Katara finally start learning Waterbending together! However, Aang's innate ability as a bender proves to frustrate Katara as she struggles with her own techniques. This leads our gang to a marketplace where they so happen to find a Waterbending scroll, however Katara steals the scroll from Pirates of all people. As Aang is able to learn these techniques very easily and Katara explodes with a fit of rage. Her own jealousy will eventually get her caught by our well-known antagonist...
Jet: Our group struggles to find a way to escape Zuko so they take their journey through the woods on foot, only to get them caught my a group of Fire Nation soldiers! Backed in a corner, our gang get rescued by Jet, the leader of the Freedom Fighters and proficient fighter all his own. Aang and Katara believe in Jet, but Sokka doesn't take to kindly believing he has ulterior motives, but as the audience soon finds out, Sokka's Instincts by be the key to finding out who Jet really is..
The Spirit World Two-Part Episode! Our adventure continues by stumbling upon a burned wasteland ravaged by Firebenders leading to an encounter with a village that is being troubled by an angry spirit. But our young Avatar does not know how to calm this spirit, so he looks for advice in the way of his past life, Avatar Roku. From here, Aang learns that the Avatar is not just a powerful bender and gets a briefing of his mission, and why it is important that it must done as quickly as possible!
The King of Omashu: The Aang Gang continue to their journey to the north pole after a close encounter at Kyoshi island. They visit the earth kingdom city of Omashu to relive some of Aang's past memories. As hijinks ensue, they end up getting arrested and set to punishment from the King of Omashu. However, this King's identity remains a mystery, and he is not your average king either...
Imprisoned: Our heroes stumble upon a small village following a young boy named Haru, an earthbender. They find out that the fire nation has been capturing Earthbenders and taking them to prison. Katara takes upon herself to save the prison and instill courage into the Earthbenders.
The Southern Air Temple: In this episode, our young travelers find themselves in the the birthplace of Aang, the Southern Air Temple. As Aang reminisces of the good times from his past, there hides a dark truth looming in their midst
The Warriors of Kyoshi: On a new destination named Kyoshi Island, the audience learns some Avatar History, and Aang and Katara learn about Avatar ego, and Sokka learns to not underestimate a girl.
The Boy In The Iceburg: Two young heroes Sokka and Katara unknowingly free the Avatar from an Iceburg! From there, they introduce Aang to the world, and all the dangers that come with it.
The Avatar Returns: Our heroes are faced with a new threat; Zuko, prince of the fire nation. He and his fire nation soldiers will stop at nothing to capture Aang, but Katara and Sokka have vowed to help Aang escape the fire nation and bring him to the Northern Water Tribe to learn Waterbending.
