24 The tiniest crack in the structure of our lives, or in the shelter of our hearts, is how the light both enters and emerges from within the darkness. Each transition in our lives holds the opportunity for our own ability to hold space for ourselves through.

Awareness is often found through the challenges we face, and during these phases and transitions of our lives there is something lost and something else gained.

A way to find our awareness through these times is to come to see them in a way that honours our passage through them, as we come to learn that the finding of our way through brings about the embodiment of that which we gained through the loss.

In this way, our passage through these transitional moments of our lives open us up to that which wants to reach out from within to come back to life. It is this that the arrival of new beginnings brings to us... a returning to what lights the way of our life.

In the words of one of my favourite astrologers Leah Whitehorse,
"Change happens from the inside out. Freedom is knowing that this is your power"

May the Horse be with each of you, and the spirit of freedom as a guiding light :)
