This week, we have Stefanie Gass joining us on the podcast. After becoming a corporate powerhouse by 26 and realizing she needed a way to end the 60 hour workweek and travel so she could settle down and start a family, she was introduced to network marketing. 2 years (and a TON) of hustle later, she had “made it”. I.e. The top 1% of this company, paid for cars, free trips, and even walked the stage holding a life-sized, 50K bonus check…
Only to find her ego and insatiable drive to financial success wasn’t sustainable. Nor was it making her happy… with all Stefanie's eggs in this basket, and a team that was off and looking for the next best thing, Stefanie was knocked to my knees. 60 pounds overweight after my second son and borrowing money from my kid’s savings accounts to cover cash flow problems, she was searching for purpose, worth, and her calling.
Stefanie was led to renewed spirituality and went through a massive life transformation to find her truth. What she found was a passion for empowering and educating women to claim their potential, and to understand that true success isn’t found in money, it’s found in fulfilling your passions and fueling your soul.
These days, Stefanie runs a thriving coaching business and host a podcast called The Mompreneur Mastermind Show. Her mission is helping female entrepreneurs conquer their fears, step into their God-led potential, understand that they are worthy of success AND balance, and guide them with online marketing strategies to automate, create passive income, and create more space and time.

Shae Bynes is a passionate storyteller, teacher and mentor whose life and business were completely transformed by encountering the unrelenting love of God. She is Founder and Chief Fire Igniter of Kingdom Driven Entrepreneur, a global movement that inspires, teaches, and mentors entrepreneurs who desire to be led by God in their business so they can experience His best and have a greater Kingdom impact in the marketplace. She has authored or co-authored 11 books, including The Kingdom Driven Entrepreneur’s Guide: Doing Business God’s Way, Encountering God, and Grace Over Grind: How Grace Will Take Your Business Where Grinding Can’t. As an author, speaker, podcast host, and filmmaker, Shae leverages the power of a story to ignite greater faith in what is possible when entrepreneurs partner with an awesome and limitless God in business. Shae and her husband Phil reside in the Fort Lauderdale, Florida area and are the proud parents to three daughters, ranging from toddler to college student.
Originally from the Seattle area, she took what she thought was the “right” path; the path she was “SUPPOSED TO” take. She went to college, got a Bachelor’s degree, got the job in IT recruiting, and started working her way up the corporate ladder. Until this GUT feeling got TOO strong and told her enough was enough. It wasn’t that she wasn’t HAPPY or grateful for her life and career path, she definitely was- it was more so that she started to think that she was supposed to be doing something DIFFERENT and really had this itch to make her career about helping serve WOMEN in a massive way but she didn’t know HOW. So she took a few more jobs in the corporate world, moving into IT Project Management, moving from Seattle to NYC and even getting an opportunity to work at her DREAM company, “Google”. She realized (really unexpectedly) that she had a passion helping women on their health and fitness goals because she knew that helped them build CONFIDENCE and get more excited about THEIR lives. She built that business on the side of her corporate job, until it surpassed her corporate income and she officially became her own boss in April of 2015. Since then she’s spoken on large stages partnering with the Network Marketing company Beachbody, and helped hundreds of women build online coaching business’. But that passion EXCEEDS just the Network Marketing realm so she launched what is already a top rated Business Podcast, called “EmpowerHER podcast” helping women get out of their own way with TANGIBLE steps to take ACTION toward pursuing their dreams. At 29 she is now living in San Diego with her boyfriend of 10 years Seena and their ridiculously cute dog Lizzie (dog moms get it), often doing weird dance parties and trying to impact women in anyway that she can build lives they love.
Diane Mayor helps entrepreneurs lifeproof their businesses with strategic planning you’ll actually want to follow through on. With over a decade of experience in corporate investment banking, Diane knows exactly how small businesses should project, protect and crush their wildly ambitious financial goals, and has presented on planning alongside online marketing giants like Amy Porterfield and James Wedmore. In her spare time, Diane is passionate about travel, live events, coffee, Converse and spreadsheets - though not always in that order.

Karsen is a wife and a dog mama who believes in watching cartoons on slow Saturday mornings, eating cupcakes before dinner, and Jesus. From a young age, she was intrigued and compelled by the stories of empowering women, from Florence Nightengale to Marilyn Monroe. Fast forward to today, she is the founder of Belong Movement -- a radical community that invites all women to belong just as they are, be loved and encouraged along the way, so that they can become all they were created to be. Belong meets once a month at a local coffee shop and event venue called Foundation Coffee Co. in Tampa, Fl. Their main goal and culture is for every woman who walks through the door to be seen, heard, celebrated, known and loved just as they are because that's exactly what Jesus does for us. It doesn't matter who you are, what you do or don't believe, what color your skin is, what has or hasn’t happened in your past, what season or stage of life you find yourself in, all women belong and are welcome to attend and have a seat at the table. Belong brings in guest speakers from the Tampa and surrounding areas to speak on topics such as business, faith, entrepreneurship, personal growth, and more to share their stories and experiences with other women to encourage and empower them to go out into the world around them and do the same! When she isn’t hosting the next Belong Pop-Up, she’s managing social media accounts, creating content, drinking lavender lattes like they’re going out of style, going on boat dates with her husband or hanging out with her amazing friends and dreaming up more ideas than she has time for. Her quirky and bubbly behavior has been known to draw people in from the get-go and make them feel at home. Nothing lights her up more than seeing other women feel empowered to be all that they were created to be through the encouragement and love of the community around them. Today, the mic is flipped and Karsen is actually interviewing ME! We're reflecting on 2018, what my word for 2019 is and honestly so much more. You don't want to miss this episode! This week we have Grant Skeldon joining us. It’s one of my favorites and as you can see we’ve got some new things going on around here with our second ever GUY! — In response to millennials being labeled noncommittal, cynical, entitled, slacktivists, Grant Skeldon started Initiative Network in order to shift the culture of Dallas by training millennials to be Christ-loving, city-changing, church-investing, disciple-making, local missionaries. — Initiative has impacted thousands of young leaders from over 540 different churches across the metroplex. Grant has traveled the world, speaking to over 40,000 pastors, parents, and business leaders on the topic of engaging and empowering millennials. His book, The Passion Generation, will be published by Zondervan in November of 2018. — Grant serves on the advisory boards for Harvest America in Dallas and Movement Day. He is a member at Mercy Street Church, a multicultural, urban church plant in West Dallas. — In this episode, we talk about millenials and the bad rap we get! Grant is out to change the conversation! As a speaker, author and creative ninja Jenny Randle believes deeply in the power of story. At the age of 18, she encountered the greatest love story ever told, the Gospel. The prayer that followed was simple: “Use me to make an impact for you.” Since that prayer, Jenny has served in ministry and worked in the entertainment, publishing and creative industries. From a DJ on the radio to working in the heart of Hollywood editing content for billion-dollar franchises, God empowered her to craft stories that carried impact. In 2009, she was recognized with one of the highest honors in the entertainment industry — an Emmy® Award. Jenny’s newest book, " Courageous Creative " , is currently available for pre-order and releases in the Fall. This interactive devotional encourages others to understand their God-given identity, creativity, and purpose. Together with her husband Matt, they founded a digital marketing agency, Yellow Chair Creatives. In early 2018, they also formed Freedom Creatives, an organization dedicated to empowering creatives in the art of living a transformational life found in Christ. As an MD in residency, Catherine’s life was radically transformed when she encountered the real Jesus, who walked her out of years of heavy bondage. In the process, He birthed a deep compassion in her to reach out to others with the love and power of a wildly passionate God who heals, transforms, restores the broken, oppressed and infirm and releases them into powerful destinies. After 4 years practicing as a board-certified Internist, she retired from medicine to raise her children and wholeheartedly pursue God’s call on her life for the years to come. In 2016, she founded Imprint, LLC, dedicated to restoring wholeness, revealing identity, and releasing destiny through the unveiling of God’s imprint of love uniquely expressed in every person. Since childhood, Joanna Waterfall has been a creator. While her methods have changed some from the forts she made as a kid, her fascination and love for the world has not. Growing up Joanna’s parents encouraged her love for art which lead her to pursue it as her major in college. She started working for herself as a graphic designer, but was inspired by people integrating purpose into their work. Looking around at the creative community and seeing an excess of competition and comparison, Joanna set out to create a community where women can be inspired by purpose and connectivity. With that the Yellow Conference was born. I have truly enjoyed getting to know Joanna and I’m so excited for you to get to do the same! In today’s conversation you’ll get to hear about how the Yellow Conference was created, more on the process of turning a passion project into a career, and of course the Enneagram snuck its way into the conversation (a norm in my life!). Joanna speaks on how empathy can be both her biggest strength and weakness and how it transforms her role in leadership.
