Al Richards is a true inspiration to those who have faced addiction and are seeking a way to overcome it. After battling a weekend alcohol and cocaine addiction for eight years, Al lost his job of 24 years as a result. But instead of giving up, he turned his life around and spent the next 14 years working tirelessly on himself and helping others understand addiction. In March of 2021, he started The Other Side of Addiction Podcast, which has quickly become a space for open and honest dialogue about addiction and recovery. And just this past February, Al started the ARC/Addiction Resource Collective Networking group, in an effort to connect people with the resources and support they need to overcome addiction. Al believes that it's time to lift each other up, and he is leading the way with his powerful message of hope and healing. Greatness has a hard time happening in your comfort zone. To get that you have to stretch and expand beyond what you normally do. This year is the year that I make a concerted effort to get uncomfortable in order to reach for the things that I want in life. I started naming my years now and it has had an impact on how I show up through out my year. What will you name your year?

If you could be guaranteed to get 10% of what you asked for if you were to write them down, how many things would you write down? Steve Harvey opened my eyes to the 300 list in 2019. I've been making a written list every year since then and it's definitely working out great for me. I also discuss vision boards and Bullet Journaling to have a more productive year.

So many people think that they need to be independent in this world and they fail to realize that they would never have survived infancy without the aid of someone else in their life. We are all dependent on someone else at any given point in this life and we should be doing more to cultivate connectivity. I discuss the book We: Ditch the Me Mindset and Change the World by Eric George and cover the 6 outcomes he writes about from creating connectivity.

As we get near the end of another year, it’s a good idea to start to look forward to next year's goals. But first we need to take an honest look at where you are now. How can you know where you’re going if you don’t know where you currently are? I’ve talked a lot about finding your passion and purpose in life, but now I’m going to reveal to you how to really find out what that is and how it can drive you into your future. You need to connect to your purpose and take committed action or else you’re not really going to go anywhere.

Want a sure fire way to create resentment in your relationship? Just start acting like their parent instead of their partner. In this week's episode, I cover many of the examples of what you or your partner may be doing that would be considered parental and what it is that you can do to fix that before it's too late. Once resentment gets to a certain point, it is almost impossible to recover the relationship. Better to identify these things early on and get it corrected while you can. Or better yet, recognize them yourself and choose to not get into this type of relationship.

Nebraska Congressman Madison Cawthorn recently called on mothers to raise their sons to be monsters. It was a very toxic masculine thing to say and I whole-heartedly disagree. There are many reasons why men are not owning their masculinity. I will cover just a few of them in this week’s episode.

I am an extroverted introvert. You’d be surprised at how many actors would actually consider themselves introverts. This should not prevent you from having amazing moments in life though. In this episode, I talk about events that happen in our life that lead to new paths that we never would have been on had we not put ourselves in certain circumstances. Some are good things that happen to us, and some are bad. Either way, if you look at the situation with the right frame of mind, you could end up in a much better situation than you thought originally possible.

I have a great guest coming on next week, but for now, I have some things I want to get off of my chest. Big concerns that I have in this world that I think it’s our responsibility to be not only aware of, but begin to do something about. If we don’t stand up for ourselves and begin to come together, more and more of our freedom will be taken away from us, it’s already starting to happen.

Did you realize that making a decision is a masculine trait? When you allow your woman to make a decision, like where to go out to eat, you are giving up your masculinity. If you find that you’re spinning your wheels, or are over-analyzing/overthinking, it’s because you can’t make up your mind. Have you ever heard, “Hamlet was wrong?” He was the most notorious person in literature for overthinking and he died young as a result. Don’t let that be you.

Is it just me, or does it feel like we’re being divided up into smaller and smaller groups nowadays? I discuss things that cause divisiveness among us as a society and ask the question - What is it all for? Who wants us to be a divided people, for what cause? It can’t be a good one. We need to find some way to stop fighting amongst ourselves and start to pay attention to what is going on in our country and find out who this is actually benefiting. If you’re like me and not one of the richest people or one of the lawmakers, then you’ll want to listen up and ask yourself some good questions around this problem as well.

I stumbled upon a YouTube video that was titled, MGTOW - Why Men Stopped Dating. I’ve been asking for your cautionary tales for awhile and this one video was chalk full of them. What exactly can you do to get that woman to go out with you? How can you tell when it’s time to make a move and get that kiss? So often guys are like deer in the headlights and completely miss their opportunity. Then they sit and wonder why they didn’t get a second date, or why she didn’t seem interested. In this episode, I reveal the answer and explain what you need to do in order to escalate and give you the best chance for propelling your dating life further. This isn’t Pick-Up Artist BS, this is the real honest way to approach and escalate.

Many of us have been in the presence of someone with narcissistic tendencies. In fact all of us have, because we all possess them, some at higher levels than others. We hear all about the bad things that people do in relationships, but what about the good signs? What are some of the things you need to actually look FOR in a relationship. So often we spend so much time looking for warning signs in relationships that we never take the time to look for what makes this person “a catch” and it can be to our own detriment.
I start off with examples of the 8 biggest red flags and then dive into a slew of green flags to turn it into a positive episode. Discover what things in your relationship are good things by listening in.

Taking ownership of your life means being accountable to yourself. If you don’t take the time to look at what it is that you truly want to accomplish and then formulate a plan and get someone to hold you accountable, the odd of you getting that thing done is slim to none. Accountability is next of kin to self respect. You have to have the will and desire to see things through so you can be proud of yourself. I talk about my own shortcomings as a man and a father and how I went about turning that around so that I come out on top. Hopefully this will help you out too.

My fiancé joins me on this episode to talk about what it means to “be real” in a relationship and also her definition of what “normal” even means to her and to many women at large. We discuss how our relationship started, and how we were able to let our guard down over time despite our concerns. Relationships don’t have to be hard, and oftentimes we expect them to be, but if you allow yourself to be real and vulnerable, you can cut through a lot of the things that eventually show up later in your relationship that can be deal breakers. Bringing your “representative” to relationships can waste a lot of time getting to what’s really going to just be in the relationship. It’s better to get that stuff out of the way early rather than later so you don’t have to be so wrapped up emotionally and make it hard on yourself to get out of a bad relationship that really, shouldn’t have gone farther than the first date.

What’s going on? What?! Anthony is doing a solo episode? What is up with Scott? Is he alright? The answers are on this podcast and hopefully a lot more. Scott might not like what I say in its entirety but he can’t stop me from putting this up since I am also the producer and recorder of the podcast and I am more invested in what it means for me to want to talk about what it means to be a good man and what I think about these #crazycovidtimes who knows, we’ll see. More often than not, we think that we are right. That’s not a bad thing however we do have blind spots that we think are not a problem when really, it’s not a problem we can see but everyone else can. I used to think there was nothing wrong with me. I was a nice guy and everybody liked me, but when I really took the time to reflect on myself and notice my flaws, I suddenly realized that I was pretty messed up. This is a topic that I think many men feel like they are just fine the way they are and if we took some real accountability, we’d find that we could definitely improve ourselves.

With the adding of letters to the LGTBQ+ community alphabet, I’ve come to realize that sexuality isn’t just gay and straight. In fact, I’d guess that there are not as many people on the 100% gay or 100% straight end of the spectrum as you’d think. Most people float at some point in between the two ends of the spectrum. Scott and I discuss this spectrum and how it applies to you and why it’s important to know where you stand on it so you can move forward completely comfortable with your own sexuality.

Today we have two special guests to cover our topic on the sleep-deprived masculinity stereotype. We chose them to help us because they both conducted and wrote a research article of the same title.
Nathan Warren is a Ph.D. candidate in marketing at the University of Oregon. And Troy Campbell, a behavioral scientist (PhD, Duke University), former marketing professor (University of Oregon), former art, film, and psychology scholar (UC Irvine), professional designer and researcher (Netflix Insights, Disney Imagineering, UnitedHealth) and currently chief scientist at On Your Feet.
Prior research connects masculinity to agentic characteristics (e.g., assertive, individualistic) and finds that health-related consumption is often aversive for males. The problem appears to be especially prevalent in men, who report getting significantly less sleep, on average, than women.

Originally we wanted to do a top 10 list, but Anthony being an actor couldn’t resist and did his own top 10 list so then Scott pulled movies from memory that he would use to round out his own top 10, so here you go with a list of seriously manly films that if you haven’t seen, you totally should.

Chef de cuisine at Salt Lake’s own Bourbon House, J Looney took some time out of his busy day to talk to us about food and how men should know how to make a couple of tasty dishes. It’s very masculine in fact and women love a man that knows his way around the kitchen.
“Food is a magical powerful thing and I don’t think people realize this, but when you think about it, food is the most intimate thing we do next to sex. We're voluntarily taking something into our body and in the same regard our bodies are engineered to basically take care of themselves.”

Limiting Beliefs can seriously alter your life in many aspects. We all have them in our lives. Beliefs about relationships, success, money, career, etc. As men we have to swim through those from the aspect of our own masculinity. What happens in your youth really does have a way of shaping you and to break the mold, you need to have new beliefs that are beyond what you think you know. Scott and Anthony did an exercise that they challenged each other to for this one.

A process through which a child becomes estranged from a parent as the result of the psychological manipulation of another parent. The child's estrangement may manifest itself as fear, disrespect or hostility toward the distant parent, and may extend to additional relatives or parties. It often occurs with borderline women or narcissistic men to get the kids on their side through lies, gas lighting and talking bad about the other parent or their family. More often than not it eventually backfires.

“You’re either born as a fighter or not!” says Jeremy Horn, at least that’s the way he used to think. “There is no in between. “Women aren’t interested in me.” “I can’t lose weight.” “My boss doesn’t like me.” These are all phrases that someone with a victim mentality says. The truth is this type of thinking is only going to keep you in your place and never move into a better situation/relationship/job in your life. Being around someone who is always complaining can be very draining, Imagine what is happening to the person doing the complaining? The best thing to do is to take accountability and live up to the positive masculine energy within you. Take charge and demand more of yourself.

Our guest this week is a former gang member who went to prison and turned his life around after he served his time. We talk to Junior about his tumultuous past, what got him into that life and what he did to get out of it. He tells us about what he saw along the way and how taking full responsibility for his actions was the only way that he could free himself from the blame game and allowed him to transition from boy to man to move forward to a better, more fulfilled life. The Thug Life is not all that it might seem to be and the plateaus that members of gangs aspire to are really not that high minded. It is mostly a situation of circumstances and what you choose to do in those moments.

Is it real? Or is this something that every man goes through. Most of the time as men, we can live in a cocoon of denial and tend to live our lives for other people until we reach a breaking point. When that happens, it feels like our whole life crumbles. Thus the word Crisis in that phrase. You have to start to figure out what it is that YOU really want FOR YOURSELF and that can lead to some destructive habits, unless you can get a handle on it and redirect your energy towards something productive.

We got Hugh back for another episode! This time we’re talking about the need to have a mentor, why it’s important to save you time and how to go about finding one. Hugh discusses his failures and successes and how having a mentor brought about those conclusions versus not having one. He also talks about how it’s important to be coachable and to be willing to do the really hard work to create the opportunity to get the mentor that you need to move forward. Without a mentor you are left to experimentation, which is a valid way to figure things out but it takes so much longer.

As men we get subjected to expectations by our parents on what it is that we should be in our career. Some men go through their whole life working a job that they never would have picked out for themselves only to have a mid-life crisis and realize that what they really want is something else entirely. The reason some men take so long to make that change is because of their fear of disappointing their parents, and the truth is, you’re going to disappoint them one day anyway, so better to take that stand early in your life so that you don’t live it for other people.

Almost 50 years of combined service on the police force between these two police officers who are married and have a family and all the same issues that most people have raising a family and being married. They are human beings. We talk to Chad and Holly, some of Utah’s finest, to talk about the current situation that cops have to live in and what their thoughts are on it all.
The truth is many police officers are upset about what happened to George Floyd and feel like what happened to him would not have happened on their watch. They would like the bad apples weeded out as well because it makes their job more difficult because of the poor decisions that those officers make.

This week we actually have as our guest the male that we feature on our #boyswillbeboys segment. Ken Akers is a former Navy Military Policeman that stood up in front of a 7-Eleven during the protests and stopped a mob from looting the store. Ken, A black man who looks like a professional football player decided that there wasn’t going to be looting at the 7-eleven on his watch. He used his voice to take his stance and for 2+ hours he kept hundreds of people at bay and even got people to stand behind him. Here is a couple of links with him on the local news channels in Utah. We talk about what caused him to even put himself in that situation and how that translates into masculinity in the world today and how we are still powerful and have more ability that we give ourselves credit for, even when standing up for something you believe in. The birth of a new man.
This is the fox interview where he tells the story about the soda bottles in the principles closet. Ken Akers can stand against looters today because someone stood for him as a child
Here he is on KSL showing more footage of Mr. Akers taking a stand in front of the 7-eleven. https://ksltv.com/438698/man-who-defended-7-eleven-from-looters-speaks-with-ksl/

There is such a thing as a code among men that isn’t openly stated but is definitely honored, well, for the most part. We want to reveal some of these codes to those that don’t know but also to provide a little bit of entertainment during these difficult times. We also share some of our animosity in what we are personally experiencing and hopefully this will give you some insight into how you’re handling the pandemic and protests as well.

Having good guy friends is probably one of the most important rules a man can have for survival in this life. We as men must have another guy we can confide in and bounce stuff off of to make sure that we’re not crazy for thinking what we think about situations. Getting a males perspective is essential when making big decisions. Why do so many men not have not have another male that they can call their best friend? Mostly that has to do with worrying about what it looks like and our history. Scott and Anthony break down this strange phenomenon and what to do about it.

So many men are looking for that hot girl that completely takes their breath away. Some might call that The Thunderbolt. Going after this woman can actually be disastrous because you’ll probably end up pretzling yourself to be who you think she wants you to be instead of being your fully authentic self. The truth is you’ll have much better odds of finding and keeping a woman that doesn’t turn every guy's head as they pass and that you can find the deeper inner beauty in. After all looks fade with time and if all they have going for them is looks and that goes away, you’ll be really bored with them in your old age, that is if you even make it that far while other guys are trying to steal her away from you.

With the weather finally getting better it seems like everyone is wearing less and less clothing. As a man this is my favorite time of year and I absolutely appreciate the view. For many guys though, this can make some of us think that perhaps the grass is greener on the other side. What we are failing to see is that when we make the choice to go to the other side, after a few weeks or months that grass that your now on starts to look very similar to the grass that you just left for this one. Scott and I discuss how to avoid this and what is the main factor to help you get through this.

Special Guest Hugh Vail of www.mustangmedicine and was a part of the Operation Underground Railroad. He talks about his journey on finding out what virtue really is beyond what you would normally think. It comes from the Greek word Arete which means: Excellence In All Things. We as men can all strive to be this form of virtue, to ourselves and one another. He shares his story about how he is making virtue popular through his horsemanship. We all have faults and we all have deficiencies, it’s how we adapt that can make all the difference and sometimes we need to learn how to ”just be.”

Special Guest Dr. Kat Lofley from Trilogy Medical Center joins us to talk about Erectile Dysfunction and helps us look into the mental and mechanical aspects and cures for this malady that has seemed to increase among men as of late. With the increase of access to free porn and the hookup culture of online dating, the age of men affected by E.D. has been getting lower and lower.
For many men, their masculinity and identity is seriously tied to one organ and if they don’t reach out and get help from a professional, it can lead to major depression.

Resilience - 1. The capacity to recover quickly from difficulties; toughness. 2. The ability of a substance or object to spring back into shape; elasticity.
Ever notice how when you're chasing your dreams, things tend to get tough when you’ve been after it a while. What are the traits of being resilient and why must I at these moments? Listen in and Scott and Anthony will give you the rundown.

Young boys are really struggling in this world of girl empowerment and they are being left in the dust with the way that society has revered boys in this day and age. From home life to school they are getting the short end of the stick and are not getting their needs and wants met emotionally and mentally. Men aren't the only one dealing with changes in masculinity. If you have young boys give this a listen to get some tips on ways to approach your son(s). It begins with validation.

Some of the happiest looking people are often only showing you a mask on the outside. As men we have been conditioned to, “suck it up, be a man,” and many other phrases that come across as not masculine, so instead we keep it inside with no outlet and not able to realize that other men are probably also suffering from the same things we are. This is why we suggest having more guy friends because there is nothing more therapeutic than hearing another guy talk about the same things you’ve been keeping inside and realizing that you’re not crazy for thinking those thoughts.

We recorded this mere hours after Utah got hit with the biggest earthquake in 27 years and during self-imposed Social Distancing. It’s important to realize that during these times, worry is not going to help. Panic is not going to solve the problem. It’s time to keep calm and wash your hands. There is always a different outlook to take on these things and leaders are flexible enough to know when to make a zig when others zag. We get into the top qualities that represent leadership and how men can do something about it.

We live in a consumer culture, where most people spend time only consuming (taking) rather than creating. It’s almost like a disease that we only consume. Much of the time men hold themselves back because of fear of not being good enough at creating art, writings, films, music, etc. When the truth is, that sense of perfectionism is more crippling of masculinity than anything and nothing good was ever created on the first try. It’s like we are trapped in the expectations of others, and that is a prison we put ourselves into for no good reason. The only person you have to compete against is yourself. So what are the real benefits of creating? Listen for the answer.

Ever wondered how to build confidence? Have you experienced a significant power distance between you and your boss or someone of importance in your realm of existence? We shouldn’t feel intimidated to ask our boss how their weekend was, or if they know of any good Thai Restaurants because they are human too, and once you can break down the distance and realize that they put on their pants one leg at a time too, and that they have needs and wants just like you do, then you can start to see the humanity in everyone and reduce this artificial gap we created in our minds and start to feel on equal footing with them and regain our confidence in any situation. What about a woman that seems, “out of your league?” Are you allowing there to be a power distance there? Why? We get to the bottom of this on this podcast.

In the era of lost masculinity, are you finding that you are needy after you get involved in a relationship? Do you tend to cling and have it backfire in your face? The needy/clingy mindset is actually repelling what you want most away in your life. It’s actually better to change your perspective and think about how excited you’ll be to have it instead of being desperate to keep it. That is a lack mentality and the only way to break this habit is to start giving without expectation if you want to be a healthy man.

We discuss the number of reasons why it’s unhealthy for you and for your next relationship. Perhaps you are using it as a way to avoid pain and leaning on it like a form of medication like that of a junkie with smack. You could be self-medicating with a new relationship.

For some people in the world, Marijuana is actually doing more harm than good. We are covering this topic because Anthony and Alice both have this affliction and suffered from it for a long time before finally discovering what had been causing them pain for years. Boundaries are one of the most important things you can set in your relationships for your life. Too many times we feel like setting boundaries is selfish or not becoming of a good partner, but the opposite is actually the truth. Boundaries are actually a healthy thing but they take work to preserve them.
The first thing you need to do is know what your boundaries are and when they have been crossed. Scott and Anthony recall experiences where they didn’t set proper boundaries and what happened as a result and also times when they made positive boundaries and how it made a huge difference for everyone involved.

What is acceptable behavior for men these days. It’s become very difficult for men to be in the dating scene as they try to tread lightly. Meanwhile women are confused as to why the men they are with aren’t making a move with them when honestly, the men just don’t want to be accused of anything that would make them seem like a sexual predator.
The problem is, the real predators are getting away with it because they are selective at choosing their victims and innocent men are getting hit with charges of rape when they didn’t do anything. It’s probably going to get worse before it gets better. We take a crack at this and what can be done about it right now.

New Years resolutions don’t often have the teeth necessary to make good things happen. Setting clear, definable goals is a much better solution and gives you the best possibility for success.
First thing you have to ask yourself is, “What do I want for myself?” Your goals has to be for your own personal reason.
There are 3 types of goals, they are: Objective goals, Process goals and Performance Goals. We discuss those, so listen in.

In this year end podcast we discuss the year and what’s ahead, but we also dive into one of our most controversial topics that many men have fallen victim to.
The best way to avoid this is to have a solid 5 and 5 list of qualities that you must have in a significant other and those that you won’t tolerate. Anthony and Scott give a sample of their lists.

As a man, it's important to admit that you have a dark side to you. We all do. This isn’t a knock on men for having this. What we want to let men know is that, yes, you have Dark Energy within you and once you acknowledge that, you can take ownership of it and utilize it as a way to advance your cause. Like Batman, who never kills anyone, even his enemies.
We discuss that every man has a well within that they can stuff the angst down into. Some men have a deep well and others it can be very shallow. This can lead to gaining development and understanding of this energy at different times in your life. Sometimes it builds up and you have raging energy like the Hulk and you are always angry and easily triggered. Again, acknowledging the dark energy within and the level it’s at is only going to help strengthen you as a man and better deal with the tough situations that arise.

In what ways do men tend to envision what it means to be masculine? As men we seem to have an idealized version of what it means and that isn’t necessarily healthy or accurate, or even something that is possible to them so we tend to feel confused or inadequate.
Men in film like John Wick, Rambo, James Bond give off this idea that men need to do things all on their own, when in reality the richest men in the world got there with a team who helped them rise to prominence and success.
Do you have to always be strong and aggressive in situations? Or can you take a step back and see if another approach might achieve what you want better and quicker?
#boyswillbeboys features four teens - Narayan Weibel, Spenser Stratton, Adrian York, and Taj Ortiz-Beck came to the rescue of two drowning swimmers last month.

Why do we men think it’s not cool or unmanly to ask for help? Do we really think that this will get us what we want faster? How do the most successful people gain all that success? Well, they certainly didn’t do it all by themselves. It’s become a stigma for men to ask for help without realizing that this kneecaps them from getting what they want much faster.
True strength is being willing to relinquish leadership to someone who knows what they’re doing more than you do.
#boyswillbeboys features Matt White who took it upon himself to help a young man Chauncy Jones who offered to carry his groceries for some food. Matt set up a gofundme page for Chauncy and it’s helped raise over $90k for Chauncy and his mom.

How do you escalate with women during the #metoo movement? Are you like a deer in the headlights? Not sure what move to make without getting labeled as a creep? You’ll want to listen in on this one.
Sexual assertiveness starts with low level sensuality and it can’t have strings attached. You can’t do something like giving her a backrub and expect to get sex out of that. You have to do that because you genuinely want to get her to be more relaxed and then just read the signals she gives. But she will immediately sense if you do that and have expectations behind it.

Mental Health is a very real thing. Being depressed is a normal cycle to go through for anyone, but deep depression can lead to self injury. In this episode, we take a look under the hood and see why men are the highest demographic for suicide rates and why that’s increasing.
The truth is we need empathy, we need connection in this world. The solution to getting out of the funk you’re in can be found by listening to the suggestions Anthony and Scott make.

Is being stoic a good thing or a bad thing? Scott and Anthony get into it about elements of stoicism that can be effective in nearly all situations. The thing is, it has to be applied in the correct way. You can’t be passive aggressive and call it being stoic. There is a huge difference. We give examples of historic and modern day men who have applied themselves with a stoic nature and how that had a bigger impact that flying off the handle.

In order to live your best life, you have to dig down and be true to what your values are. Know yourself and that which brings you joy. The second order of that is to trust yourself, trust in your abilities and skills.
Often times a mid-life crisis will push is to evaluate what it is we’re doing with our life. This is something, we feel, you should take inventory of sooner rather than later.
Don’t be afraid to take a deep dive into your life. Being responsible, especially for yourself, is a very masculine thing to do, don’t put yourself last when it comes to getting what you want in life.

Different types of ROP have occurred throughout history, but they have since disappeared from society today. It is this missing ritual that has lead to the toxic boy mentality and hasn’t allowed men to grow up and claim their manhood in the world. Many men have expressed that they are still waiting for their Mancard to come in the mail, and it’s not going to until they go through a Rite of Passage on their own.
We discuss the historic ROP and how to apply some of those principals today.

Anthony and Scott talk about a booklet that Anthony penned called, “So You Wanna Get Married Huh?” and get to the heart of why he felt it necessary to write it.
Asking someone to marry you is probably one of the biggest decisions you'll ever make in your entire life. This podcast talks about the reasons for doing it in the first place and what signs to look for before making that decision. The book was based on 3 main rules that Anthony learned after getting divorced from his first wife. Rule #1: When your friends tell you someone is bad for you, listen to them. Rule #2: When you haven't made up your mind about the person your dating and your friends tell you someone is good for you, don't listen to them. Rule #3: When you're already smitten and you solicit your friends opinion, all you're looking for is Rule #1.
We dissect each rule and also discuss other universal truths in relationships that nobody really talks about before you get married. We also talk about all the wrong reasons people get married and how to avoid those.

Anthony and Scott get into a discussion about the sexless marriage. It's becoming more and more common for couples to stop having sex in their relationships. We dive into why this occurs, how to identify the underlying reason for why sex is dropping off in activity in your relationship and what could be done about it.
Sexless marriage is a symptom of something deeper that is going on one of both of the people in the relationships lives. There could be trust issues, or lack of a good approach. It could have something to do with expectations vs results, or even something that occurred early on in their childhood that is resurfacing.
Plus we start a new section of the podcast called, "Boys Will Be Boys," where we give light to the boys and men that are doing good in the world with their masculine side to make a positive difference.

Identity is an issue that most men have a hard time with based on their own personal wants and needs. Most times we do what we do based on what others expect of us rather than what we truly want for ourselves. In this episode, Anthony and Scott explore how to uncover your identity and what ways you can nurture it to greater expansion of your life and way of being.
These identity issues are usually based on a paradigm that we create as a child and that dictates what we think is important for us to fight for based on our wants and needs. Those things usually get put on the back burner and we end up living unfulfilled lives that we try to fill by meeting the needs of the people we're involved with instead.
Plus we continue on with our ,"Boys Will Be Boys," segment where we highlight the men and boys of the world that doing good things in their community and the world at large.
