Joining the chat is Simon Rix, Bass player from Kaiser Chiefs and band manager at Holy Moly MGMT. Simon is also LUFC podcaster, president of the LUFC supporters trust and one part of Hyde Park Art Club.

We’ve never had more direct access to information about what we can do and buy to make us look and feel better. We’re inundated with adverts and advice about our mental and physical wellbeing. But is this quest to improve our mind, body and soul actually making us sick?

Welcome to season 3 of LIFICAST. We’re bringing four episodes of discussion and debate ahead of Leeds International Festival of Ideas with two guests joining our host, Lotty Leeming.
In this series we’re going to investigate whether or not the rise in new platforms for adult entertainment, like subscription services, are a significant shift in the industry and is it safer? Is Brexit still preventing musicians from touring Europe and introducing audiences to new music and bands? Do the Windsors, the most famous family in the world, have a place in the modern society? And we question whether or not our annual wellness spending of billions is actually contributing to our overall poor health.
