Racing World is back and ready to go once again this week.
Big news with two kiwis conducting IndyCar tests as we made the show so there's always the chance of even more kiwis in IndyCar in 2023. Just think if the field had 4 kiwis in it in 2023.
Then Speedway and our super special guest Taylor Reimer who will be seen at Western Springs Speedway this summer in the International midget series and she is top class talent from the US. It will be great to see her and many other internationals return to the springs in both Midgets and Sprintcars. Nothing like a summers night at the springs.

Today we had the chance to speak with 6 time champ Scott Dixon and 2019 Indy 500 winner Simon Pagenaud as they get ready for this next stop of the series.
The second day at Belle Isle in Detroit and another days racing in the NTT IndyCar series. It's now officially half way in the season.
This one was quite different to race 1 but yet again it had some moments and what a final ten laps thanks to a late yellow.

A Racing World special.
The third day of practice for the 2021 Indy 500 brought the most drama to date of all days combined. Kiwi Scott McLaughlin part of it as well right at the start of the day in an event that could of gone very wrong.
The afternoon then saw a big crash for Santino Ferrucci at turn 2 and halted the practice for some time.

Pretty much our first show of 2021 but there is still a new look show on the way for you soon. However in this show we took a bit of a boys trip out and Alastair Wootten and David Turner headed to Huntly Speedway for the BT40 Midget Meeting in honour of the late Bryce Townsend where they took up commentary duties for the evening. Along with this we talk Motorsport NZ Elite Academy 2021 and what it all means. The second of our two part special from the IMS Oval test before the 2021 IndyCar Season kicks off this weekend at Barber. But we soldiered on, almost seamlessly, looking back a remarkable Jacks Ridge event (and have small rant), the entertaining F1 GP at Istanbul (and have a bigger rant) and the Toyota Racing Series 2021 (and have a BIG rant).
