A mental health podcast that aims to illustrate that talking about mental illness doesn't have to be depressing.
Rachael and I have a quick review of our 2019, and discuss the ups, downs, middles and mole people that made up our year.
This episode is a teensy tiny little short one just as an introduction to the pod. For me, creativity comes in waves so it's best for me to jump on ideas whenever I can, so instead of trying to organise a guest or whatever, I decided to just do the first episode by myself. Guests will be coming soon!
You can find the podcast on Facebook at facebook.com/beyondthestigma if you're that way inclined.
Rachael, my actual real life girlfriend, joins me in sitting on the floor of our flat to discuss what it's like being in a relationship with someone that struggles with mental health.
The episode is loose, we mis-remember some quotes and go on too many tangents but we had a good time.
