The purpose of Reason To Believe is to give you strong and intelligent reasons, for believing and following your faith in Jesus Christ.Unfortunately, today many people are unaware of the fact that there are outstanding reasons for believing in the Christian faith and worldview. Christians and non-christians alike wrongly suppose that belief in God and faith in Jesus Christ is simply an issue of blind trust that is opposed to reason. At Reason To Believe we are seeking to redeem this false perception of the Chrisitian worldview, by demonstrating the powerful and persuasive evidence that exists for belief in the God of Scripture, and for practicing the Christian faith.
We seek to do this primarily by providing you with powerful and persuasive Christian Evidences, otherwise known as Apologetics. As 1 Peter 3:15 tells us concerning our faith in Christ, to "... always be prepared to make a defense to anyone who asks you for a reason for the hope that is in you..."
Reason To Believe seeks to accomplish this by providing great tools and resources in philosophy, science, history, and many other areas of christian evidence so that you can know and be assured of why you believe what you believe. These tools will also be useful in engaging those around you who are unaware of the evidence and proof that exists for the Christian worldview and belief in Jesus Christ.
