We want to create a space where any & all women can share the experiences about their healing journey.
Sisters Growth was born from a spark of inspiration: the desire to unite women in a powerful network of mutual support. What began as a simple idea has grown into a dynamic movement with a colorful mix of exciting events and warm get-togethers that perfectly capture our mission's spirit.
From this flourishing garden of sisterhood, the Core Team blossomed into existence—a group of exceptional women, each with a unique experience of their connection to Sisters Growth.
Prepare to be inspired as we unravel the captivating stories of these remarkable ladies, their intertwining paths with Sisters Growth, and the exceptional contributions they bring to our vibrant community.
Hi Sisters & Brothers!
We touch on a very sensitive topic in this episode. Our dear Sisters Yvonne & Liz share their trauma on sexual abuse by family members. They share their healing journey in hopes to help those in need. They also advise on how to help other families distinguish ill intentions from predators. And lastly, they encourage the Hispanic culture (specifically) to have these uncomfortable conversations with their kids about sex and body parts.
Hola hermanas y hermanos!

Janeth, Yaya & Bre sit down and have a conversation about how growing up with abusive parents made it difficult to trust men. It was hard to be in a healthy relationship when all they knew was the abuse at home, whether it'd be physical, emotional, psychological, or verbal. They decided that THAT does not define who they are. Whatever they went through & all their traumatic experiences, that doesn't define them or anyone. Instead, it's what you MAKE out of it. Choose victim or conqueror, and these ladies are proving to themselves that they will not live in the victim mentality. For ladies & men that are going through any kind of abuse, we are here for you. You are strong enough to step up into your power. Feel free to message us on instagram @sistergrowth or email us heal@sistersgrowth.com if you EVER need anybody, somebody to talk to. We are here.

Karen & Lesly discuss the importance of financial information especially at a young age. Not many people are taught how to handle money, some just kinda find their way and others just go about it blindly when it comes to investing, tax write offs, or anything of that matter. Karen & Lesly are not professionals, they are only sharing their own life experiences growing up in a middle-low class community. They had to figure out their own way through personal challenges and researching on their own. We hope you enjoy this audio segment! See you on the next one :)
Karen & Jhinna spent the entire day w/ Bre helping her move out of her apartment. During a break, they decided to chill, eat some snacks, drink a miche & record an audio segment. The topic started with "Why do I feel the need to send a sexy picture to a male to feel good? Why do I not send it to my girls?" They all spoke of their experience & perspective then ended with some self love affirmations. If you participated in their mini challenge, feel free to share with us! Enjoy this episode :)
