Two slices of electronic rye, four 1/2-inch thick slabs of monkey business butter, a half pound of ghost weed, a dash of no givin a fuck gregarious powdered sugah, and a gansey load of mashidup potatoes. Stir for 1-2 hours depending upon mood or intake of alcohol and susstinces. Appearing weekly at your mom's house, but it's totally consensual...really.
Our 2nd installment of our Tastemakers series was a serious delight to play. For those not familiar, on the last episode of each month, we do it selector style by either inviting a DJ to do an eclectic set or doing it ourselves. This month, it was the hosts' turn to drop some cuts and knowledge. We covered lots of territory even after getting off to a late start due to technical difficulties, and had a lot of fun covering every single inch of it. Our linguistic co-host was Marina Litovchenko, who did our intro in Russian with plenty of style & verve to spare, it must be said.

This was Chicago soul searcher DJ DNS aka Devon Winslow's return to our fledgling show, and we were disappointed 0% of the time for having him either time. In this episode, we get a rousing intro en Francais from our linguistic co-hosts Maxime Denis & Jessyme Caride. Merci! D then proceeds to cut deep into the properly soulful areas of house music as we know it with some rather surprising twists and turns along the way.
