CAUSINDY (Conference of Australian and Indonesian Youth / causindy.org), is a bilateral youth organisation which provides a platform for young leaders to create a stronger bilateral relationship.
In response to rapidly changing global conditions as a result of COVID-19, CAUSINDY is hosting a series of online panels exploring the themes of adaptation and resilience across various sectors in Indonesia and Australia. We believe that it is more important than ever that young people in Australia and Indonesia remain connected as a community.
Our third episode of #SquadindyTalk #RoundtableDiscussion featured Tim Graham (Ex-CAUSINDY CEO), Nurmala Syahbani (Ex-CAUSINDY Delegates Lead), Jay Stevens (Ex-CAUSINDY Chair of Board of Directors) and Rio Afifuddin (CAUSINDY Director) as host. In this session (and little reunion!) each members shared their part in strengthening a better future for Indonesia-Australia bilateral relations as CAUSINDY volunteers.
International Volunteer Day is celebrated every year on December 5th to recognize the contribution of individual volunteers, communities and organizations to encourage development at the local, national and international levels.
