The unseen does not mean the "unreal". Though the future is unseen by us, it is not unseen by God. We have to take every thought captive, bring them into alignment and confess with our mouths the promises of what is yet unseen.
We live in pictures. Humans think in pictures and talk in words. Pictures inspired by our imagination are powerful tools that your brain is using all the time. 2 Cor 4:18 tells us to fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. To see the unseen, you need to use your imagination. You can’t have faith without activating your imagination - letting God’s Word seed thought pictures in your head.
Worship is so much more than just a moment or a song. Worship is laying everything you have and everything you are down, a sacrifice and a lifestyle.

Eph 3:17 speaks about being rooted and grounded in love. You may think peace is the opposite of fear, but it’s not. It may be that peace is the opposite emotion, but fear is more than an emotion, it's an action. You cannot force an emotion to repel it's active challenger. What good ever came from telling someone to “just calm down” mid panic. TRUST is the opposite action to fear, trust is the action that repels fear. Trust is the action which, when empowered, repels fear and ushers in the peace.

Your understanding of God has to come from your intimacy with him. This is what sets Christianity apart from every other religion. If our understanding of God doesn’t come from intimacy, it will come solely from our own intellect. One is self reliant the other completely God reliant. Intimacy requires surrender to the unknown, but it’s by this very intimacy with God that we learn to trust where He leads even when we don’t understand it and we’ll have the faith and trust to follow Him into the greater, the new and the yet unseen.

We have a choice to live by one these two wisdoms, the Spirit of God or the spirit of this world. One mindset operates out of self, and the other an unlimited God and both have enormous consequences.

If you are so distracted by what the enemy is doing, you will not have the faith for what God is doing. We have to hold onto hope and keep our eyes fixed on Jesus.
Faith is not positive thinking. If we bring our positive thinking to our mountains we will get weary when our mountains don’t move.
Faith begins with climbing onto the watchtower to see what He is saying so that we can partner with that. We don’t look at a situation on Earth and try to bring faith to it, we have to start in Heaven with what He is doing and bring that down.

You are called to change the world and you are fully equipped, commissioned and called to live the life He has set out for you. You are fully known and still not disqualified.
God is interested in the whole system, there is no part of your life that He is not interested in. He is not only interested in your “spiritual life”, implying that you are living another life apart from God. What is important to you is important to Him and we have to realise that God has called and commissioned each of us into a different area of culture and influence.
In the parable of the sower we see a farmer sowing perfectly good seed yet having vastly differing results depending on where the seeds fell. There is nothing wrong with God’s word, but to receive the harvest God has planned, we need to begin working on the soil of the culture to receive the seed we scatter.
Beauty is often considered an optional extra, a non-essential and we will not value the beauty around us because it does not contribute to the production in our lives. It is often only valued if it adds to our market success, where it can be commoditised.
But beauty in and of itself is valuable to our lives. You will live your life in a very different way when you live life as a problem to be solved as opposed to a masterpiece in the making.
