RUF is a campus ministry where every student is invited to connect with Jesus, experience his goodness, and channel his love. Every Wednesday we come together for a time of fellowship and worship. Don't bite back, don't strike back, but bless instead. To do this, we need to know Jesus' ministry on our behalf; the Holy Spirit; and confidence in the justice of God. When we do this, lives get changed.
Jesus is the Son of God who entered our world on a rescue mission to seek and save the lost. The Devil wanted Jesus to abort this rescue mission. Jesus accomplished his misison!
The death of John the Baptist is a vivid reminder that we live in a world filled with injustice. In the face of injustice, we are prone to doubt God's existence, goodness, and power. God hates injustice but loves us, so much so that He was willing to suffer injustice so that our story can end in laughter, not tears.
