Whether we acknowledge it or not, technology is shaping our homes, our relationships, our attention, and the way we experience everyday life. So how do we navigate it wisely as followers of Jesus?
Join us for a practical and thought-provoking seminar on technology, screens, and raising healthy families in a digital age. Together, we'll explore how smartphones, tablets, social media, gaming, algorithms, and screen habits are influencing our kids, our families, and our lives—and how we can experience deeper connection and flourishing by cultivating wise, healthy habits and boundaries in a screen-saturated world.
Whether you're a parent, grandparent, student, or simply someone who wants to think more carefully about the role technology plays in everyday life, this is for you.
We'd love for you to join us as we learn, reflect, and have an important conversation about following Jesus faithfully in the digital age.
We all want friendships that last, but keeping them can be harder than making them.
Life gets busy. Seasons change. We disappoint one another. So how do we cultivate the kinds of friendships that grow deeper rather than drift apart?
In this message, we explore what Scripture teaches about building lasting spiritual friendships. Looking at Proverbs and examples throughout the Bible, we'll discover the qualities that help friendships endure.
Scripture: Proverbs 27, Ruth 1:15–17, Colossians 3:13, 1 John 1:7, Acts 20, Proverbs 17:17
Why is it so difficult to build meaningful friendships—and what does the Bible say real friendship should look like?
In this message, we explore a surprising picture of friendship found in the early church and consider what may be keeping us from the relationships we desire.
Scripture: Acts 2:41–42; Galatians 5:22–23 CSB
Everyone wants friends. Yet many of us feel more disconnected than ever.
We were never meant to do life alone.
From the opening pages of Genesis to the life of Jesus, the Bible tells a remarkable story: friendship isn’t an optional luxury—it’s part of God’s design for human flourishing. Before there was sin, before there was shame, God declared that one thing was “not good”: for humanity to be alone.
In this first message of our series, Find My Friends, we explore:
Why we all long for deep friendship
God’s design for relationships from creation
How sin fractured our friendships
How Jesus restores us to friendship with God and one another
Why genuine friendship is essential to following Christ
If you’ve ever felt lonely, struggled to build meaningful friendships, or wondered why relationships can be so difficult, this message is for you.
How Do We Love Jesus?
Andy Rodgers walks through John 21:1–22, and three simple truths about what loving Jesus looks like. It starts with receiving his love, loving the people he loves, and following him to the spaces and places he calls you to. (Even when it’s painful because he is good and wants good for us.)

In this sermon, Brad Sarian unpacks the beautiful truth that Jesus came for us, not because He had to, but because He wanted to.
Due to a technical difficulty, this original sermon wasn't recorded in LA, but Brad preached the same Scripture at the Restored Church in Temecula on 3.10.19. Here is the recorded audio from that morning.
The recording this week had a malfunction and cuts off at 30 minutes. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Brad finished the sermon by explaining how our union with Christ impacts our conflict:
You are in Christ, so your identity is not on the line during conflict. Because you have been made righteous in God's eyes through what Christ has done, you don't always need to defend yourself in conflict.
Christ is in you, so you have everything you need for true happiness. Jesus is a more satisfying source of power, approval, comfort and control, so you don't have to seek it elsewhere.
He then concluded with 4 practical tips from Ken Sande's helpful book, Resolving Everyday Conflict:
Due to the poor quality of the original recording, we replaced it with a similar sermon that Brad gave to Harbour City Church in Durban, South Africa, with Paolo Errico.
